"Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you."

"My visit to this hostel was wonderful. The rooms are clean, odorless, the bedding is spotless, and the rooms are cozy. The people staying there are friendly. The manager greeted me professionally and helped me with my bags right from the taxi. He met me, introduced me, and walked me to the taxi, helping me with my bags. The service was top-notch, and he immediately shared the Wi-Fi."

"I really liked this hostel. The staff at the reception are great, always ready to help and give advice. A big plus is the free laundry and the option to leave your luggage until departure. The showers and restrooms are clean, they definitely keep an eye on that. There isn't really a common area, but the kitchen is spacious enough, so you can easily gather there! I recommend it :)"

"Starting with the positives: 1. The breakfast quality is highly rated. 2. A free airport shuttle is provided. 3. The staff are noted for their friendly attitude. Now, let's move on to areas needing attention: 1. During check-in, there was a discrepancy in the room rate (the hotel administration stated that the booking at the advertised price was canceled and required payment at a higher rate than shown on the website). 2. The cleanliness level in the room did not meet expectations (it was very dusty). 3. There was a high level of noise in the room (renovation work was being carried out on the fourth floor during our stay). 4. The shower in the bathroom wasn't working (we reported it, and they immediately replaced it with another broken one)."

"The best hostel I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly, and it was in a great location near the metro and a huge shopping mall. Breakfast was included!"

"It was my home away from home for 9 days. All staffs are very friendly, yet very professional, and I got to know each and everyone of them. Zuhro was exceptionally helpful. She has resolved every issue that I had right away. The facility and the room is very clean and tidy. Their breakfast bar is outstanding as many people have mentioned before me, and I must mention/add that they clean the breakfast table very throughly after each and every use. I have been around many hotels in many countries, but have never seen the hotel staff to clean the breakfast table so throughly for next customers like they do. They deserve a Big applause. The location is not perfect but it is not bad either. All touristic places are within $2 away by taxi. Bus is another option. Many bus lines are within walking distance, and I have used buses to go different places after a couple of trial ride of a few local buses (I don't speak Uzbekistan). All you need is an ATTO transport card to ride both buses and metro which you can buy at Chorsu Metro station and a few major metro stations if there vending machines are not broken nor out of the card."

"Upon arriving in Tashkent, I was looking for affordable accommodation where I could have a room to myself. And then I found this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by both the price and the service. I booked a single deluxe room, but for some reason, I received a double bed without any extra charge. I certainly wasn't expecting that! Compared to what's available in the city at this price, and even a bit more, this is the best option. The shared shower and toilet didn't cause any inconvenience. It was never occupied, and I could always take a shower in peace. The location is in an industrial area, but taxis here are two or three times cheaper than in Krasnodar. So, I honestly can't find any downsides to this hotel. An excellent choice. I will definitely recommend it."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, both inside and out. The interior is beautifully adorned with vases, carpets, and elegant wood finishes. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, answered all our questions, and were always ready to assist. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including combs, shaving kits, toothbrushes, shampoo, and conditioner. The towels, bathrobes, and bed linen were all spotlessly clean. Fresh water was delivered to our room daily. The breakfast was beyond excellent – so diverse and delicious! We enjoyed porridge, sausages, and salads, all incredibly tasty. There was also a great selection of cereals, samsa, plenty of pastries, and yogurts. The fruit selection was amazing, even featuring dragon fruit, delicious cherries, and local apricots. The hotel's location is perfect; it's just about a 10-minute walk to the market and only a couple of minutes to the Hazrat Imam Complex. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely return if we're ever in Tashkent again! Thank you!"

"Our flight was delayed, and the nearest budget hotel was a 15-minute taxi ride away, costing 35,000 rubles each way. I booked it, and we arrived 20 minutes later, almost midnight. The guy was great, checked us in quickly, in two minutes, and he got all five stars. We slept for two hours and then headed to the airport. The beds weren't big, but they were comfortable. We didn't even know anything else after two hours of our stay."
