"The overall stay was convenient and the staff were all accommodating and helpful during our stay. The only downside was the pool (very cute) and gym amenities (unoperational) reflected in the system during the booking. Supposed to access their gym only to find out that the gym is not operational. Could have been updated in the system to meet costumers full satisfaction. On the other hand, the food services were good and there was a variation in the menu."

"It was very beautiful in a hotel that had just opened. The hotel is not resident, but there is a sense of security because you can contact me immediately if there is something and the response is quick. He solved it quickly when he had trouble.
The key room is beautiful and sophisticated interior and cozy. There is a kitchen and a large refrigerator. The plates and cutlery were substantial and used when delivering or buying fruits. Amenity is also available.
It's a short walk to the beach, and there's K-Market diagonally in front, which is convenient for shopping. Fashionable cafes, Lighthouse, pho and spring rolls are delicious Phở House are also within walking distance. The 10-minute walk will take you to Rocket Fruits, where fresh cut fruits and smoothies are delicious, and Silk Spa, which is reasonably priced and well-served.
It's a nice hotel that makes you want to live, so I really recommend it!"

"Everything was great! The service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly polite. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. Most importantly, the rooms were clean and tidied daily! We rented an apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable. Each room had air conditioning, and there was everything we needed. Rent a scooter; it's a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. No insects, which is crucial in Vietnam! There's a very cozy rooftop pool with towels and sun loungers. You can relax there and watch planes land. "This is a perfect hotel for us. Right across the beach. Decent breakfast with new options everyday. Room is wide with bath tub. Balcony faces the ocean! We loved it. Infinity pool at the top is good when the sun is too hot outside. Beach is lovely. Just walk 1 minute to cross the street. Highly recommended hotel. Best value for money. Check nearby hotels and you will see."

伊伊尔姆河畔普法芬霍芬霍根The proprietress was very enthusiastic and helped us book a car to the airport. The car drove very well and steadily, and it was cheaper than grab! Breakfast included, optional, the location is also good, quiet in the noisy, the room is clean and big. Our room has a small balcony, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony at night...I am generally satisfied.

GGuest UserThis was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.”
Let me start with the positives.
The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey.
We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger.
The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay.
I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.
The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed.
To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem.
We then left for our day of sightseeing.
When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel.
As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right.
Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night.
For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient.
As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement.
I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance.
Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests.
Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

GGuest UserAs a relatively new hotel, the facilities and rooms were incredibly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

PPAMELA SUE ANTANLocated right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming.
Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter.
We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

MMichael BrightThe signature by M heritage hotel is a hidden gem that we absolutely loved. If could rate it a 10 I would. The staff is the key to the best hotel in Danang. From the moment we checked in we felt comfortable and relaxed. The friendliness and hospitality we received we were exceptional. Nick was very kind and gave us wonderful recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. I am sorry But I lost track of the names of the beautiful young ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles and interesting places to explore. They all made our stay a great experience that I have already shared with numerous people in Danang. The hotel is very clean and our room was serviced daily with fresh sheets and towels and free water. Nick even helped me with a scooter and did everything needed to have it delivered. I actually feel like the team is family. Th room was quiet from other rooms and the street. Several nice sitting areas with WiFi to relax in it on each floor. The free breakfast included in the nightly rate was very good with good service the hotel is in a nice quiet safe neighborhood with good restaurants and coffee shops. I highly encourage everyone to try this hotel.

Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings …

RRuan Ming Jun (The Good King)The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay.
But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming.
Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay.
On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard.
Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.
