Guest UserThe hotel is newly opened and belongs to the Jinjiang Group.
What was particularly impressive was the ability to connect to Bluetooth and listen to music from your phone in the shower – I haven't seen this in other hotels before. Also, the glass can be fogged up with a single press.
The room was very clean and even had an air purifier; it wasn't cold even without the air conditioning.
The front desk service was excellent; I was quite satisfied.
I stayed in room 503.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is right across from the Qinhu Xili commercial center, offering a wide variety of dining options. The service was also very friendly, and the breakfast was quite varied. We decided to stay in a nearby hotel because we couldn't book a room we liked at the Hilton in Changshu at the last minute, and the price exceeded our expectations for such a good hotel.

The hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

The hotel room experience this time was great! The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the night is good. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the quality of toiletries is good. The scenery outside the window is also beautiful and makes people feel happy. The only small downside is that the TV channel is a bit small. Overall very satisfied, will choose next time!

Guest UserOk, after all, the price is here, ~ to be clean, quiet, and also meet my health requirements, originally came to play, staying for one night is not a big problem. But the front desk lady is still very enthusiastic, knowing that I am here to play, introduced the business district and attractions close to the hotel, it is still possible.

Anonymous UserThis is an old hotel that opened in the 1980s. It used to be a state-owned guesthouse (of course it was later restructured). It is located at the foot of Yushan Mountain, opposite the Tomb of Yanzi. It used to be high-end, but now it is not expensive. I tried it. The old decoration from more than ten years ago is a bit outdated, and the service and reception are a bit Buddhist, especially because the outdoor temperature is 25°+ at noon and the room is a bit stuffy with the sun shining from the west. I found that the air conditioner could not be used and thought it was broken. I contacted the hotel and they said that they had uniformly disabled air conditioning, saying that it was not necessary to turn on the air conditioner in this season. They didn't even provide ventilation function. So I was stuffy in the room with my children for the whole afternoon, and it didn't get cooler until the sun went down in the evening. This is the first time I encountered a big hotel that does not allow guests to use air conditioning. There are also many damaged decorations or old facilities that have not been repaired. Even the towels are spread out and they continue to use them. It's really frugal. Maybe they lie down to save costs, or maybe it's because they mainly do business or group reception and don't pay much attention to personal user experience. There is a swimming pool and gym in the annex building, but you cannot enter directly by swiping the room card. Guests have to go to the front desk to exchange for a paper ticket before coming back. There were no towels or tea inside, so I had to run back to the room in despair to take a shower. The user experience is quite different from that of new hotels outside.

Overall the hotel is good, the room is very large and the bathroom is good. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are spotless. Breakfast was in a cafe that was part of the facilities, a bit cramped, although the lady in the kitchen was very friendly and helpful. The common areas are in great need of renovation and the cleaning could be improved a lot, both in the common areas and in the room, especially the bathroom. The reception staff were very friendly. They kept our bags for a few hours after we checked out.

I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, they said standard rooms were unavailable and gave me an e-sports room instead. It smelled heavily of smoke as soon as I entered, so I immediately requested a room change and got a king-sized bed room. However, there was no hairdryer in the room, and all the toiletries were in small sachets. There was no water cup and no complimentary bottled water. Perhaps this is the quality to expect from a 99 Chain Hotel; maybe the value for money is just like this. It was a bit worse than I expected.
