The facilities are great, the room is spacious, and the service is good. However, the cleanliness needs improvement. The bathroom counter wasn't wiped clean; there were water stains and some sticky, unknown liquid on it. It felt like it hadn't been cleaned at all. I didn't even dare to use the cups. There was also a noticeable amount of dust on the floor tiles.

Bedding & Service 183: The bedding is comfortable, with mattresses and pillows that are just right in terms of firmness, ensuring a high-quality rest. The front desk service is warm and efficient, with some staff even assisting with travel itinerary planning. Overall, the meticulous and attentive service makes guests feel right at home. Environment: The environment is quiet and comfortable, with good natural light and ventilation. Some rooms feature elegant and modern decor. The surrounding area offers convenient living, with restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities downstairs to meet daily needs.

I was very satisfied with the room's view; the tower view was great. The location is also excellent, and the hotel's environment is nice. All areas were very clean, and the service was so meticulous that the butler even reminded me about the weather forecast for the day!

Staying at Indigo Chengdu Financial City, I was extremely impressed by both the front desk service and the excellent location. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Jiaozi Financial Business District, adjacent to Chengdu's new landmark, the Twin Towers. In the evenings, you can simply step out for a stroll and enjoy the dazzling light show of the Twin Towers. Jiaozi Park and the Financial Museum are just a few hundred meters away on foot, making it exceptionally pleasant for a morning run or an evening walk along Jiaozi Park. Shopping and leisure are also incredibly convenient; high-end malls like SKP are approximately 1 km away, and Intime Centre is also very close. With a full range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, you'll never have to worry about finding places to eat or shop. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, the location here is impeccable, offering superb accessibility and efficiency.

Our family stayed at the Louis Castle Qingtong Hotel for two nights during our trip to Chengdu. The service and environment were excellent, definitely a five-star rating! We contacted the front desk in advance about breakfast, and they were so patient, even giving us two complimentary breakfasts. On our second day, we had an early start, and they thoughtfully prepared portable breakfasts for us. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they were always responsive to our needs. The room was clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a solid night's sleep. The individually packaged toiletries gave us peace of mind. Getting a taxi was super convenient, right by the roadside. The cleaning staff were meticulous, cleaning our room on time, and communication with them was very smooth when we had requests. Overall, there were no disappointments; the environment was clean and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Chengdu, and I highly recommend it to friends visiting the city.

On a business trip to Chengdu, choosing the Hanting Hotel was an excellent decision. The location is super convenient; it's easy to catch a taxi and close to all the major shopping areas. The decor is very new, with a minimalist Zen style, and the environment is exceptionally clean. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, hot water instantly, and smart toilets, all of which are thoughtful touches.

This hotel offers great value for money. It's in an excellent location, right across the street from the W Hotel, with the same view of the Twin Towers. It's also close to the subway, surrounded by shopping malls, and has countless dining options. The Jiaozi Avenue night view is incredibly modern, with street performers every evening. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, clean, and well-designed. Although it's a domestic brand, all services and amenities meet and strictly adhere to international standards for its class. This hotel has a lot of potential!

Any requests were promptly addressed. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, providing comprehensive amenities. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The W Hotel Chengdu truly stands out among the many luxury hotels in the city. It's young, stylish, trendy, and full of vibrant energy – luxurious without being 'old money,' high-end yet incredibly chic. Every restaurant has its own unique background music, and every staff member radiates a youthful glow. The breakfast selection is quite rich, featuring handmade Dan Dan noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons), as well as pan-fried buns, all of which are delicious. They offer three different Haagen-Dazs ice cream flavors daily, and the rum raisin and macadamia nut flavors are particularly good. The bread offered at breakfast is also exceptionally tasty, with classics like almond croissants, floss bread, and muffin cupcakes. I want to extend a special thank you to the hotel's management and operations team for their professional, warm, and thoughtful service during my family's stay. This includes Front Office Manager Eaton, Style Director Polly, Assistant Front Office Manager Amber, Duty Manager Covey, Peter, and many other staff members whose names I didn't get to remember. My sincere thanks and best wishes go out to all of them! The W Chengdu is definitely worth another visit!

A great choice for business trips. The room was soundproof, so I had a very quiet night's rest. The bedding was comfortable, which really helped to alleviate the fatigue from my business trip. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the hot water came quickly, and there were enough toiletries. The breakfast had a good variety, and I was able to eat well. Xiao Ma at the front desk was professional and I highly recommend their service.
