"Big shout out to Miss Jiao Jiao! She was very professional and had a great attitude. The facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast is excellent, featuring local Inner Mongolian specialties like spicy and non-spicy lamb offal, milk skin, freshly wrapped shaomai, and even Western-style cheese. The restaurant's decor is lovely and really captured a festive New Year atmosphere."

"The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to Art College Metro Station, which made getting around very easy. The room was very clean, and the bed sheets felt silky and extremely soft. There were two types of pillows — one very soft and one firm — which was a great option. The breakfast deserves special mention: it was rich, delicious, and had a wide variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only small downside is that the lobby area didn’t feel very cozy, but honestly, it didn’t matter since I didn’t spend time there 😄"

The front desk service was absolutely excellent – friendly, warm, generous, and always ready to help. It was a huge plus that they could store our luggage for us."

The professional service goes without saying, as does the abundant breakfast (some dishes might even be prepared by Jiangnan Hui chefs, and the taste is consistently good). Not to mention facilities like the laundry room and gym. It's the thoughtful and attentive services, like a bottle of water, a bowl of congee, or afternoon tea, that truly show they anticipate guests' needs. This hotel is trustworthy and highly recommended."

"This hotel has pretty nice service. Reception girls are so friendly and kind. Especially inner Mongolian reception girl. During our stay we were comfortable. Only one lacking is poor wi fi connection except for that everything was great."
