"Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional."

"About 20 minutes from the airport navigation, next to an artificial lake, there will be planes flying overhead when sitting outside, but it does not affect sleep at night. Health is not bad, breakfast is the standard holiday. There are restaurants such as Chinese food near the hotel, the taste is medium, and this area is mainly black friends."

"The Westin Hotel always gives you a Westin's own perfume.
I came to Atlanta on a business trip and tied it to another hotel.
I felt so bad that I could stay at the Westin Hotel and sleep comfortably.
Clean bedding and clean everything well organized room and scent

"The Service was great everyone was respectful, room was very clean and housekeeping was very nice and quiet and gave us everything we need. The cons of the service we weren’t allowed to eat breakfast unless we paid, certain amenities in the room didn’t work, & we didn’t have a microwave. Overall if you’re doing a short stay about a week 8/10."

GGuest UserHotel is beautifully decorated. Art deco is nice, but the rooms are severely lacking in amenities. No fridge, microwave or mini bar. When you're in a city typically you eat out a lot and sometimes you wanna hold on to leftovers for later so that was kind of a bummer. The location was great, but the noise was very hard for sleeping. The road is constantly noisy and they put us in a room right above the front door so it was constant talking and cars pulling in. Nice hotel just a shame we didn't have the best visit

GGuest UserIt was a very pleasant experience staying at Kimpton the Shane. Home keeping was done everyday. Nice toiletries were provided, replaced as requested/required. We were there to visit the city but it also could be a nice spot for staycation as they have a lot of options of room service along with a bar and restaurant attached!

LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis hotel is okay. It's close to the aquarium and the Coca-Cola museum in the civil Rights museum. Breakfast was okay. It could be a little cleaner those sofas were a little grungy. The hotel charge me two times. I had to contest it with my credit card company and show the receipt that my boyfriend paid for the room. They didn't take payment off my room when we checked in so we paid twice. I had to call my credit card company and I had to call trip.com to resolve the issue. The staff aren't very knowledgeable. They don't really know anything about Atlanta or can't recommend restaurants. The hotel was okay but really not up to Marriott standards..

GGuest UserVery nice newer hotel. Service was ok. Security arrived quickly to reset the safe, though the maintenance staff couldn't fix my dripping shower faucet. They showed up right away, misdiagnosed the problem and said it would stop over time. It didn't. When I notified the front desk the next morning, they assured me that maintenance would be there to fix it. They never showed up again. Three days of hearing a dripping shower faucet...
Oh yeah, and don't get a room on the second floor near the fitness center. Gyms bros too weak to properly put down dumbbells. *****s letting them drop and thus rattling everything on the floor at all hours of the day and night.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.
