History on this hotel I’m not sure it looks like it was just taken over and they’re going to be updating everything but what they’ve done so far was comfortable large breakfast area every morning. Maintenance was great front desk was great housekeeping was great maintenance. Was there if I needed them 24 hour front desk recommend to stay for the night.
Very small hotel. 10 rooms. Room was clean, no bugs, friendly staff made me feel welcome. Sheets were newer, crisp, bed was comfortable. Bad things; Train track about 1/4 mile behind - 4 or 5 trains through between 8pm and 6am - but they would impact most of the hotels in town. Other bad thing; room heater was a very small electric wall heater. It was around 7degrees overnite but it took from 5pm till about 1am to get the room marginally warm. No electric blankets. Slept in my sweats. Food was marginal road food at the nearby truck stops.....still beat the hell out of staying at the Hotel 6, which I did last time.
The hotel is OK, it feels a bit old, especially the door has not been opened a few times, and I found a neighbor to help and didn’t open it. Later, I waited for the hotel people to open it. It was very cold at night, so I took a back to the car and waited. The room was on the side of the road. The parking place was all ice and snow. I looked at no room for people. I ran back to the front desk and asked for the rooms that were lit inside. The front desk asked me to add 10$. I said yes, but then I added 5$.

It’s got to be the best hotel in the trip first get upgrade because the room that I Was not ready I got a free agreed to much room is like three rooms and one bathroom was outstanding. I never seen a bathroom like this before the bed. Oh my gosh, did you sleep sinking it comfortable no headache, no neck ache the only drawback with rooms that I had to leave and they told me to. Make this stop for sure.
