"The hotel is well equipped, with a self-service laundry room, where clothes can be washed on the day, which is very convenient. The mountain view room we booked has a very good view, but the only drawback is that it is close to the railway and there is noise at night. The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, and we slept at night with the windows closed, so the noise was not too bad."

"On the positive side, Xiao Miao, our butler, was very enthusiastic and provided great service! Thumbs up for that! While the service was warm, the hotel facilities really aren't worth it. I'm not sure if it's a hot spring hotel, but the blankets felt damp. The air conditioning vent was directly facing the bed, and even on the lowest setting, it was still very cold. There are too few elevators, so we always had to wait! The breakfast was the worst – limited variety, small space, and the restaurant's capacity was clearly insufficient; we almost had to eat our bowls outside. I saw tongs for serving food fall on the floor twice, and no one picked them up; they were just put back to be reused. While people were still eating breakfast, the cleaning staff was already sweeping around them. The food safety rating on the wall was C. I don't really understand, I've stayed in many hotels, and this one, apart from the enthusiastic service, really wasn't worth it in other aspects. Maybe it's because I was just passing through and didn't use the hot springs."

"The hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. However, I had feedback to the hotel that the hotel should at least have a power socket adaptor for International travellers . My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel ."

"Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!"

"The room was great. Although there were few guests in the off-season of March, we were upgraded to a suite for free. The facilities were clean and sanitary, there was a separate cloakroom and study, and the mattress was moderately soft and hard, which was conducive to sleep.
