"The hotel is well equipped, with a self-service laundry room, where clothes can be washed on the day, which is very convenient. The mountain view room we booked has a very good view, but the only drawback is that it is close to the railway and there is noise at night. The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, and we slept at night with the windows closed, so the noise was not too bad."

"The hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. However, I had feedback to the hotel that the hotel should at least have a power socket adaptor for International travellers . My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel ."

"The room is wonderful .However, the breakfast buffet is quite disappointing and the staff station at the buffet reception is not so friendly, could be a bad day for her.On the whole, is still good experience.The pool and the gym are well equipped.The staffs are very helpful, especially the house keeper, they are very effective with the tasks.We are most surprise, when the room was done with the make up after we had our breakfast.Regrettably, such a grand suit, the shampoo and the shower gel come in a small bottles which make it appear to be devalued."

"On the positive side, Xiao Miao, our butler, was very enthusiastic and provided great service! Thumbs up for that! While the service was warm, the hotel facilities really aren't worth it. I'm not sure if it's a hot spring hotel, but the blankets felt damp. The air conditioning vent was directly facing the bed, and even on the lowest setting, it was still very cold. There are too few elevators, so we always had to wait! The breakfast was the worst – limited variety, small space, and the restaurant's capacity was clearly insufficient; we almost had to eat our bowls outside. I saw tongs for serving food fall on the floor twice, and no one picked them up; they were just put back to be reused. While people were still eating breakfast, the cleaning staff was already sweeping around them. The food safety rating on the wall was C. I don't really understand, I've stayed in many hotels, and this one, apart from the enthusiastic service, really wasn't worth it in other aspects. Maybe it's because I was just passing through and didn't use the hot springs."

"The hotel is easily found with a prominent sign. Upon entering the lobby, the receptionist (staff number 7) was very welcoming and quickly checked me in, even proactively upgrading my room. The room was very clean, with no noticeable paint odor. The style was different from other business hotels, making it particularly photogenic. The bed was large enough for a family trip with children. This hotel pays great attention to detail, and the price is excellent value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"When we came back from Huangguoshu and went to the hotel, the front desk strongly recommended that we go to Anshun Ancient Town and Gufu Street. We drove ourselves and it was not far, but it was really lively. The whole street was full of various snacks. We specially found a few local specialties recommended by the front desk. The taste was great and worth recommending. The hotel room was large, the facilities were complete, and it was newly decorated without any strange smell. The service industry was also very good. I recommend this hotel!"

"Facilities: There's a robot in the lobby on the first floor, and food delivery can come right up to your room, which is super convenient. Near the front desk, there's hot water and coffee available for takeout, which is a really thoughtful touch.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was very comfortable, and there was both a soft pillow and a buckwheat pillow.
Environment: The environment is great. The front desk staff upgraded our room type when we checked in. It faced the residential area, so it was very quiet, and we slept wonderfully at night. The hotel is also very close to the ancient town; just a few minutes' walk out the door, and you can find lots of local specialty snacks.
Service: Huge thanks to the front desk staff for the room upgrade during check-in. Another staff member even offered us complimentary breakfast when we returned to the hotel at night, and while I didn't manage to wake up early enough to eat it 😩, I'm still incredibly grateful.
Overall, the experience was excellent, highly recommended! If I get the chance to visit Anshun again, I'll definitely choose this hotel."

GGuest UserMy hotel experience in Guiyang was terrible, so I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay in Anshun turned out to be. This hotel is conveniently located near the high-speed rail station and the West Bus Station, which is the departure point for direct buses to Huangguoshu Waterfall. When navigating, remember to head to the second-floor platform and proceed towards the bus station. The room itself is very comfortable and spacious, equipped with a mini-fridge and a large TV. The bathroom also features a convenient wet and dry separation.

Service: Reservation, front desk, tea room (especially the cleaning lady in the waterfall viewing tea room is super nice), restaurant, hot spring and team staff are very friendly, and the supply pick-up and other services are timely👍
Avoid: The travel photography staff is very bad. First, they try to figure out whether you will spend money. ”Will you wear makeup?” ”Will you wear clothes?” ”The room only includes one set of clothes, will other people wear it?”... Then they look ugly..., and finally they didn't take the photo. Whatever, I have to fight wits and courage when I come to vacation, and there is no scenery that must be photographed in the hotel, forget it😤
Environment: I originally expected that the resort hotel would have a walking and strolling part, but the hotel actually does not have this part
Food: After arriving at two o'clock, you can only order simple meals, but a pasta also takes half an hour to wait, the production is a bit slow, and the taste is hard, plus the service fee is more than 100 yuan, the cost performance is not high

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area ticket center, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room with a fantastic view overlooking the hotel's outdoor lawn. The room was spotlessly clean with attention to every detail; the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The toiletries were branded and very pleasant to use. Breakfast in the morning offered a rich variety, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruits. Upon checkout, the staff even gave us a complimentary gift. The service throughout was thoughtful without being intrusive, and the value for money is just incredible. If I ever come back to Anshun, I will definitely choose to stay at New Century Grand Hotel again!

LLooExcellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃

We have booked two room, but unfortunately we have got one on the ground floor and it had a smell of mold as well as traces of mold on the ceiling and walls (which I understand is quite common in china) If we have got another room, I would evaluate our experience as excellent.
