"It is convenient to park by car, quiet and close to the city. The villa area is large, with private hot springs, clean, and very suitable for a family. It is cost-effective, but the air conditioning is not strong. The hotel explained that the central air conditioning is under maintenance. Fortunately, the temperature in Anshun is not high. In addition, it is slightly better after changing rooms, which does not affect sleep at night."

"On the positive side, Xiao Miao, our butler, was very enthusiastic and provided great service! Thumbs up for that! While the service was warm, the hotel facilities really aren't worth it. I'm not sure if it's a hot spring hotel, but the blankets felt damp. The air conditioning vent was directly facing the bed, and even on the lowest setting, it was still very cold. There are too few elevators, so we always had to wait! The breakfast was the worst – limited variety, small space, and the restaurant's capacity was clearly insufficient; we almost had to eat our bowls outside. I saw tongs for serving food fall on the floor twice, and no one picked them up; they were just put back to be reused. While people were still eating breakfast, the cleaning staff was already sweeping around them. The food safety rating on the wall was C. I don't really understand, I've stayed in many hotels, and this one, apart from the enthusiastic service, really wasn't worth it in other aspects. Maybe it's because I was just passing through and didn't use the hot springs."

It is about 40 kilometers away from Huangguoshu. Because it is difficult to book tickets for the scenic spot and you have to wait for two days, you pass by here to rest for a day. Overall, it is very good and deserves a score of 4.7. The service is OK. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the quilt has a little defect (there is a stain on the quilt core that has not been washed clean). Facilities: basically all. Breakfast: relatively rich. Two free hot spring tickets for check-in: good."

"Excellent hotel . Love that robot making delivery . We have had all 3 nts meals at the Cantonese restaurant . Excellent services and their fresh steamed 石班魚 , if you order with them early in the day before 1pm , was soooo fresh and steamed to perfection . Their pool is excellent , one of the biggest pool .. needless to mention several hot spring pool with different heat to suit individuals .. both indoor and outdoor . Pity l didn’t get to visit the 2 floors shopping . My husband is glad 😃"

"The hotel seems to be a mix and match of several buildings. The hot spring pools are ok but nothing like those at a local hotel by the lake.
For the price I paid it was OK but I prefer nicer hot springs.
The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"Facilities: The water quality and temperature of the hot spring are good, but the opening hours are recommended to be delayed appropriately
Service: Reservation, front desk, tea room (especially the cleaning lady in the waterfall viewing tea room is super nice), restaurant, hot spring and team staff are very friendly, and the supply pick-up and other services are timely👍
Avoid: The travel photography staff is very bad. First, they try to figure out whether you will spend money. ”Will you wear makeup?” ”Will you wear clothes?” ”The room only includes one set of clothes, will other people wear it?”... Then they look ugly..., and finally they didn't take the photo. Whatever, I have to fight wits and courage when I come to vacation, and there is no scenery that must be photographed in the hotel, forget it😤
Environment: I originally expected that the resort hotel would have a walking and strolling part, but the hotel actually does not have this part
Food: After arriving at two o'clock, you can only order simple meals, but a pasta also takes half an hour to wait, the production is a bit slow, and the taste is hard, plus the service fee is more than 100 yuan, the cost performance is not high

"Newly renovated apartment hotel with complete facilities.
The hotel is located in Anshun Shenjun Ecological Cultural Tourism Town. Across the hotel is Happy World, where children can play nearby.
The room is not very big. Four rooms form a unit with a brand new kitchen, which seems to have never been used.
The air conditioner in the room is very warm, the bathroom is not divided into dry and wet, and the drainage is very slow. After taking a shower, the water on the floor of the bathroom is used again, which affects the use.
The guest room where my friend stayed also drained slowly. I hope the hotel will check whether the sewer is blocked to facilitate future guests to check in."

The location of the hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding dining and entertainment facilities are rich and varied, and you can relax and vacation here or business activities, which can meet the diversified needs.
The front desk service is careful and polite, responsive and easygoing
The rooms are spacious, with work areas, leisure sofa seats, clean and tidy rooms, soft and comfortable beds, bringing a quality sleep experience.
Especially the rooms have excellent lighting, large panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, only this one around, beautiful scenery outside the window, night view. The curtains have good shading performance, the bathroom hot water is very constant, the bath is very comfortable, the central air conditioner is hot and cold, comfortable and perfect

MM34299****This stay was absolutely phenomenal! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a 15-minute walk to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area ticket center, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they even proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room with a fantastic view overlooking the hotel's outdoor lawn. The room was spotlessly clean with attention to every detail; the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The toiletries were branded and very pleasant to use. Breakfast in the morning offered a rich variety, with fresh hot dishes, pastries, and fruits. Upon checkout, the staff even gave us a complimentary gift. The service throughout was thoughtful without being intrusive, and the value for money is just incredible. If I ever come back to Anshun, I will definitely choose to stay at New Century Grand Hotel again!

AAnonymous UserThe guesthouse owners, a husband and wife, were incredibly kind. They offered free pick-up and drop-off when they had time, helped with laundry, arranged drivers, and recommended itineraries. Thanks to the wife's strong recommendation, we visited Huangguoshu Waterfall in one day, avoiding the peak tourist season and saving us a lot of trouble. They were truly accommodating, giving the sincere and warm-hearted owners full marks.
The guesthouse itself, as shown in the pictures, is very authentic, clean, and quite comfortable.
The exterior environment is average, like most guesthouses in the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, lacking a unified planning. However, it's conveniently located, about 700 meters from the scenic area and roughly the same distance from the food street.

The style also tended to be a combination of Auchan and Chinese styles. Overall, it was pretty good and I was very satisfied with my stay.

The toilet facilities are modern with dry and wet separation, and the details are well attended to. The negative ion hair dryer in the room is good, the giant screen viewing effect is good and there is free VIP access. The latex pillows on the bed are comfortable to sleep on, and there is free fireside tea and parking. There are also natural hot springs to soak in. Very cost-effective, highly recommended

SShanshangdehaiIt happened to be snowing here when I came here, and the hot spring hotel is so beautiful. The price/performance ratio of this place is really good, because it has only been open for half a year, and the promotion here is not enough. So I am really satisfied with coming here now. The hot springs are very slippery and not cold at all. As for the hardware facilities here, they are okay since they are newly opened. There is a little story, that is, when I went to a restaurant to eat, after finishing the meal, the waiter would ask me how my meal was, and then gave me a fruit plate. These little details are very nice, and I will I feel very touched, the service is very good.
