"There are several hotels of varying sizes nearby, but after reading the reviews, I chose this one, and it was definitely the right choice! 👍 It's close to the high-speed rail station, within walking distance, making it convenient for transfers. The place is clean and fully smart-equipped, with no strange odors, and the sofa is stain-free. The service is excellent. They offer late-night snacks, and the breakfast spread is rich and delicious; I ate it without any stomach issues. Even if you arrive right at the end of the breakfast time, there's still food available. If you can't get a spot to do laundry and are extending your stay, you can ask the housekeeping staff to help wash your clothes the next day. All the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, are very friendly and proactive. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Anshun!"

"The hotel is very close to the ancient city, making it super convenient for getting around. However, parking is limited. There was a spot right in front of the hotel, but they wouldn't let us park there, only tour groups. The breakfast was really bad; I'd recommend eating out instead. There were so many tour groups that the elevators couldn't keep up, and we had to wait a long time. Also, despite booking a 'city view' room, we couldn't actually see the ancient city."

"This was my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and while the usual 400-yuan rooms were over 1200 yuan this time (a bit painful!), the experience was still very good and left me with a great impression. This particular Atour has a nice location right by Hongshan Lake, and the lake view from the room upon entry was beautiful and expansive. The room felt a little small, but the design and layout were excellent. The bed, pillows, and bedding were all very comfortable. Many details were well thought out; the bath and hand towels, for example, were not only high quality but also individually packaged, which really impressed me. Breakfast was also very good; while it didn't have the vast spread of a large hotel, it had everything you'd need. This stay introduced me to Atour Hotels, and I'd say the value for money is excellent, provided it's not peak season pricing."

"The front desk service was excellent; they upgraded our room for free and even included breakfast. The hotel offers a pick-up service, and after booking, the driver contacted me half an hour in advance to confirm my arrival station and time. The hygiene was great, with a good separation of wet and dry areas in the bathroom. Facilities were comprehensive, and the washer-dryer combo was super convenient for travelers. Service was top-notch, and the self-service breakfast included freshly cooked noodles, which was a nice touch. The environment was good overall, apart from a little noise from renovations upstairs. It's also very conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from the Anshun Old Town commercial area, perfect for a leisurely stroll."

"The warm bowl of rice noodles for breakfast was so comforting. My clothes got dirty visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall, so having the laundry and dryer facilities on the 3rd floor was incredibly convenient. What I liked most was the convenient transportation. It's so close to both the high-speed train station and the direct bus station for Huangguoshu Waterfall! Plus, there are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. Definitely recommend! 👍"

"The hotel is very new, and the room was much larger than expected. It's perfect for families with children, and there's plenty of space even if you have a lot of luggage. Plus, it has a bathtub, which the kids absolutely loved. The hotel is located in a newly developed area, and we even discovered a really good restaurant nearby, which was super convenient."

"Anshun's whole season, ”live comfortably” in place. I came to Anshun with my girlfriends. I did a lot of strategies and finally chose this whole season. It really didn't disappoint us. The room was cleaned and the lighting was very good. Two people lived without crowding at all. The bathroom was very convenient for dry and wet separation. The hotel is quiet and elegant, it is a new version of Xiaoshan Qingqing, and the public area is very suitable for taking pictures and punching in. The front desk lady was super good, patiently introduced us to the surrounding food and attractions routes, and also helped us call a car. The location is very good, it is convenient to go out and take a taxi, very close to Anshun West Station, go to Huangguoshu, The distance to these attractions of Dragon Palace is also suitable. After shopping at night, the surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet and sleeps very well. The overall aspect is online, and my girlfriends are right to choose this one for a trip. I have already recommended it to my friends."

"Let's start with the positives: the service was good, with wheelchairs available for those with mobility issues; the staff were very friendly; the rooms were spacious, and overall cleanliness was acceptable; the hotel is close to Anshun West Station, but a bit far from the city center. Now for areas for improvement: 1. The hotel facilities are very basic. The bathroom lacked hand soap and conditioner, and the shampoo and shower gel were in small bottles of poor quality, leaving hair extremely dry after washing! There were no disposable slippers; you had to ask the front desk! 2. It's advertised as a ”hot spring hotel,” but the ”hot spring” is artificial—you know what I mean! 3. The breakfast selection was limited, and the quality needs improvement. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not high! This is probably a common problem with accommodations during peak season in Guizhou!"

"Shengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation.
