Hotels in Guangzhou Sunac Resort and Surroundings, Guangzhou

There were 7 of us, and we booked two twin rooms, both equipped with a PS5/Switch. The rooms were clean, well-ventilated, and our clothes dried quickly. The staff were friendly. We reported two issues to the staff: 1. The power outlet at the foot of the bed in one room wasn't working. They explained that it was originally intended for a TV that hadn't been installed yet, and therefore wasn't wired for power. However, the outlet in the same spot in our other room *was* working. 2. Breakfast consisted of sandwiches or bread, plus a drink, served from 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM. There were many options, but some popular items, like the golden fish sandwiches shown in the picture, ran out quite early. I saw two available before 9:00 AM, but by around 9:30 AM, they were all gone. I mentioned this to the staff because my wife and daughter specifically wanted them but had to choose something else. Staff Response: After my wife and daughter had just finished eating, a staff member came over, thanked us for our feedback, and specially bought and delivered two golden fish sandwiches. Later, while we were back in our room playing Switch, the staff brought us two boxes of fruit platters. We are very grateful! Regarding the location, due to road/subway construction, getting from the apartment to Rongchuang Mall required a detour of about 600 meters. Because it was raining, there were puddles on the ground, making crossing the road quite inconvenient, and I even had my pants splashed by passing cars.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the best value for money and overall experience I've ever had. The room was 40 square meters, very clean, with huge French windows that let in so much sunlight, bathing the entire bay window. The facilities are brand new, and the shower head has great water pressure. They even provided a complimentary late-night snack; the noodles were delicious and warming. The most crucial part was the 4:45 AM shuttle service to the airport, and they even packed us a portable breakfast for such an early departure. The service was impeccable! I should have booked Mercure for every attraction during this trip. I'm sold on this brand; from now on, Mercure will be my top choice no matter which city I visit.

We stayed at Yunju Hotel during our National Day trip, and it's right across from Sunac Mall, very close to Exit 1. The front desk staff were polite and attentive. The hotel environment was clean and hygienic, and the room was spacious and warmly decorated. When we returned to the hotel after skiing with our two kids in the evening, a staff member thoughtfully helped us warm up the food the kids didn't get a chance to eat. It was quiet at night, the beds were comfortable, and we slept soundly until morning. The experience was fantastic! The next day's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, the restaurant was clean and hygienic, and the kids absolutely loved all the pastries and drinks!

This is my fifth stay at this hotel. The room is clean. The staffs are nice. Buffet, this time, has special offer. Late check out is allowed. The location is very close to the shopping mall.

This may not be a fancy hotel, but it absolutely delivers on the quality you'd expect from one. The cleanliness, spacious rooms, and exceptionally comfortable mattresses really stood out. The location is convenient if you're flying in or out, as it's close to the airport. However, keep in mind it's about a 45-minute drive to get into town.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of Sunac Cultural Tourism City. It's just a few minutes' walk to Sunac Land and Water World, and right next to Sunac Snow World, a real treat for ski enthusiasts! It's also only about a 30-minute drive from Baiyun International Airport, making transportation super convenient. Upon entering the lobby, you're greeted by a blend of bronze and rosewood frames, combined with a 180° panoramic lake view that immediately evokes the charm of Lingnan culture. The front desk staff were warm and professional during check-in; they quickly arranged my room and thoughtfully suggested nearby attractions. My deluxe lake-view room was fantastic – spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding, and a breathtaking lake view from the window. The bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area, plus a huge bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of fun to melt away all the fatigue.

Fantastic! The room was very spacious and incredibly clean, and the service was excellent. They offer 24-hour on-call airport pickup service; I waited less than 10 minutes for the car to arrive. The pickup vehicle was also very nice, and the driver even had the AC running for me in advance. Since I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff on duty thoughtfully helped me with my laundry, drying it and returning it to my room! Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time!!

Best hotel in terms of cleanliness, politeness of staff, comfortability! It's perfect for those who change flight or wait for flight. Because far away from center. But inside it's very cool!

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive! When they found out we were a family of three, they thoughtfully upgraded us two room categories to a deluxe twin room. They also carefully asked if we had any other special requests, leaving us extremely satisfied! The hotel's location, decor, and spaciousness were all impeccable, feeling much more modern and convenient than the older Sheraton we had stayed at the previous night.

The hotel's air conditioning was excellent, keeping the room perfectly cool. The room facilities were quite new, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, handling check-in and invoice processing very quickly. My room came with a minibar and pour-over coffee, which, as a coffee lover, I really appreciated! The housekeeping staff were also very good. The AC worked effectively, the room had no unpleasant odors, and there was always ample hot water. The restaurant was decent and had a terrace, which was convenient for sun-drying clothes. While it's about 1km from the subway station, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service there, which is very convenient. It's also super easy to get to the airport from here – just book it in advance. Overall, excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!
