Zihan1998The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of nutritious options. There are many attractions nearby, such as the Summer Palace, Old Summer Palace, and the Bird's Nest stadium. Several universities like Tsinghua, Peking, Beihang, Beijing Language and Culture University, and Beijing Forestry University are also in the vicinity. Additionally, the Wudaokou Shopping Center is conveniently located nearby.

Guest UserService: Every staff member was very polite. Because I needed to go to the hospital for a check-up the next day, and the room wasn't very soundproof, the bespectacled male staff member patiently and politely changed my room. The next day, because I had just had LASIK surgery and had difficulty opening and closing my eyes, a young lady also helped me get iced water and brought it to my room. It was so nice to feel this warmth in a strange city!
Facilities: Breakfast was provided, although it was a simple meal, but there was also soy milk and coffee, which was really good considering how expensive everything is in Beijing 👍 The room price wasn't high, and the value for money was really good. I didn't take any pictures of the room, just the street view from the hotel entrance.

Guest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. They were also very helpful, answering all my questions and even providing thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. The location is super convenient, close to the metro and shopping areas, so getting around and finding food was never an issue. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a really peaceful and comfortable night's sleep.

I stayed in a windowless room.
First, the good points. The room was small but cozy, clean, tidy, and odorless. The hotel is newly renovated, but there was no renovation smell. It's close to the subway station, and there are many convenient dining options downstairs. Nearby is a neighborhood called Shuangyushu, which is a very pleasant residential area. To dry my towel, I even slept with the bathroom door open every night, and there was still no odor. Both the front desk staff and cleaning staff were very good. The hotel's soundproofing was generally decent, above average, much better than budget hotels. And because the hotel is relatively small, there aren't many rooms on each floor, so even though there's some noise from guests coming and going, the overall number of people is small, so I slept well. The pillows were quite comfortable.
Now for the downsides and things to note. I chose a windowless room to save money. For people who aren't sensitive to smells, I think just leaving the central air conditioning on all night would be fine. However, on the first night, I distinctly smelled smoke from another room that seeped into mine. So, if you're sensitive to smells, it's worth paying a bit more for a room with a window. I was a bit uncomfortable on the first night, but it got much better after that smoker left. Also, there's no elevator. The stairs aren't like fire escape stairs; they're normal hotel indoor stairs, very close to the rooms, clean, and not steep. Since the hotel is only four floors high, it's acceptable if you don't have too much luggage. I recommend avoiding the second floor because the access control for the stairs is located there, and you'll hear beeping sounds in the morning and evening when people use it.
Regarding other reviews mentioning itchy sheets and hair on hotel amenities, yes, those were present. However, my skin wasn't overly sensitive, just occasionally a little itchy, which was generally acceptable. I'm not sure why many of the bedsheets had loose threads... And as for hair, there wasn't a lot during my stay, possibly because I used my own bath towel.
Overall, for this area in Haidian where space is at a premium, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I slept quite well. If I had a choice, I would definitely not stay in Haidian, haha.
(The pictures blurred out my clothes)

The soundproofing in the room is really bad. You can't sleep in the afternoon because you can hear everything when people walk by the door. Also, why can't the door be locked properly? The deadbolt doesn't work, and you can't even double-lock it from the inside.
The air conditioning is also very poor; it would be much better if they recharged the refrigerant.

EshenshendeaizheniI chose this hotel for a solo business trip nearby. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant at first because the special single room was advertised as only 4 square meters. But after checking in, I realized it's truly a case of 'small but perfectly formed.' The room is indeed compact, just a one-meter single bed with a small desk, but it was exceptionally clean and tidy. The bedding was comfortable, and there wasn't any strange odor at all. What I liked most was the location – it's just a few minutes' walk from Liudaokou subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick, and any issues I had were resolved promptly. If you need a quiet spot to read or use a computer, the common area on the basement floor is perfect. Overall, for solo travelers on a short trip, or for professionals/students looking for great value, this place is an absolute gem in Beijing at this price point – clean and convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I need to!

The facilities are OK, but the cleaning is very poor. The room is not cleaned every day, only when needed. The soundproofing is not good, and the conversations in the next room can be heard clearly.

Guest UserThe room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and cozy. It was perfect for my exam trip to Beijing. Being so close to Peking University was incredibly convenient. Ordering takeout was also very easy. I hope to ace my exams and get into my dream school this time! Giving the hotel five stars, I'll definitely be back for the second round of interviews.

The accommodation conditions are very good, and the lady at the front desk is very gentle~ The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable. Most importantly, you can live in a family room alone! The experience is so good that I just want to live in it and not come out😍
