The room was clean and the hotel's overall ambiance was very comfortable. The food was delicious 😋, especially the buffet dinner and breakfast at the Coffee Garden – the selection was incredibly rich. The service was exceptionally thoughtful, truly making me feel valued!

Fantastic! The dormitory was very quiet and clean, and the hygiene was excellent. There was hot water for showers too. Overall, I highly recommend it. Plus, the commute is super convenient with a subway station right next door. Definitely worth recommending!

I brought my child to Beijing No. 3 Hospital, and the hotel's location is very close to the hospital. The hotel facilities and room amenities are all very clean, and the hotel even offered a complimentary late-night snack. It's a newly opened hotel from last year. When we checked out, my child's bracelet was left in the room. We only realized it after arriving back in Jilin. I contacted a hotel staff member, Sun Yi, who was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. He immediately found the bracelet. After learning that we had already left Beijing, he asked for our address and contact number and sent it back to us via SF Express. Many thanks to Sun Yi! 🙏 If I come to Beijing again in the future, I will definitely stay at the丽怡 Hotel again!

Amazing value for money, and incredibly convenient transportation! This hotel I booked was truly a steal! The price was great, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. 📍Perfect location: It's right across from Beihang University, just a ten-minute walk. Even better, the subway station is only 30 meters from the hotel – literally right outside the door! You can get straight to the city center, attractions, and the high-speed rail station without any transfers, making getting around completely hassle-free. 🏨The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The breakfast was also especially abundant, with fresh fruits and vegetables. For travelers on a budget who also value convenience, this place is definitely the king of value. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The location is decent. The male manager and staff at the front desk, and Xiao Dong from concierge, were all very friendly; I felt their warmth during my extended stay. However, a certain female manager at the front desk severely lacked service awareness. Her attitude was very robotic, like she was just going through the motions, and she lacked hospitality. Seeing her made me not even want to stay at the hotel. The female manager on duty on May 1st was particularly rigid with breakfast management, which made for a poor experience. The hotel uses a central air conditioning system, so the temperature cannot be adjusted individually, limiting comfort. Given the intense competition in the hotel industry today, I hope management takes seriously the need to adjust service attitudes and improve quality with customer experience at its core. Overall, I'd give it half a star (specifically for that female manager who lacked service awareness).

Staying at UrCove with a friend of mine studying at Peking University this summer, we had an excellent time at the hotel. It’s conveniently located about a 15 minute walk to the University south entrance gate, and within close proximity to public transportation and a lot of amenities. Highlights for the hotel for longer stays include very comfortable beds, a mini fridge and free snacks, in room coffee machine, free laundry in the basement, food delivery robot, and an excellent daily breakfast spread. The staff were very friendly and helpful the entire time, with some mastery of English. I highly recommend the hotel if you’re looking to stay near Peking University.

My stay here was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, with super easy access to transport. There's a supermarket and a variety of restaurants right downstairs, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, and they responded quickly to any requests. My room was spotless and odor-free, fully equipped with everything I needed, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. This place offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit!

I was visiting Beijing and wanted to climb the Great Wall the next day. I took bus No. 877, which was just two subway stops away from this hotel. The hotel is very close to both the bus and subway stations. It's also close to the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube. There are many restaurants nearby, including Haidilao, Sichuan cuisine, and Cantonese cuisine. The breakfast was also good, the hotel was very clean, and the sleep was very comfortable. The soundproofing was a little weak, but overall, it was a great value!

It's honestly the best hotel experience I've had in Beijing in recent years! I stayed for a full three days and two nights, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations! Here are some of the incredibly excellent touchpoints I can remember: Firstly, a huge thank you to Thae at the front desk! I wanted to request a late check-out, but the hotel had a very high occupancy rate that day, and the system showed my room type was fully booked. In other hotels, they might have just refused, but Thae didn't. She asked me to wait five minutes, then started making calls to coordinate with housekeeping and the duty manager. Throughout, she kept me updated: ”Contacting the manager,” ”Preliminary agreement reached,” ”Will confirm shortly.” This made me feel very reassured. In the end, she managed to secure a suitable late check-out time for me. Her attitude of not giving up easily and going all out for the guest truly added so much value! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhongguancun! Secondly, Viki. My room card accidentally demagnetized, so I went to the front desk to get a new one. She first carefully verified my identity to ensure security, then efficiently made a new card, all within three minutes. When handing me the card, she specifically reminded me: ”If it still doesn't work, I'll come up and test it for you directly.” What touched me the most was when she saw me holding a large stack of documents, she proactively offered me several file bags, saying ”This way they won't get mixed up.” This small detail showed how incredibly thoughtful she is. Replacing a card is a minor issue, but Viki handled it efficiently, thoughtfully, and with a genuinely warm smile. She deserves high praise! Thirdly, Selina Liu. I'm especially grateful to Selina at the front desk for this stay! Due to a last-minute personal arrangement, I needed to extend my check-out. She coordinated it without hesitation, getting it sorted in two minutes, and even thoughtfully reminded me that my room card access would also be extended. When checking out and getting my invoice, my tax ID information was a bit disorganized, but she patiently cross-referenced it without any sign of annoyance. What truly moved me was that it was nearly 40 degrees Celsius outside, and I was sweating while processing everything. She silently handed me a cup of iced lemon water and said, ”Here, quench your thirst.” I was genuinely touched in that moment. Handling a late check-out, an invoice, and a cold drink simultaneously – quickly, smoothly, and with such warmth – her service awareness is absolutely incredible! Selina deserves a big shout-out; with front desk staff like her, Crowne Plaza deserves all its success! 👍
