A nice hotel, located in the core area of the old town, within walking distance to the Lizard Park and the seaside boardwalk, and within $5 taxi rides in the city. The front desk was very welcoming, but the breakfast may not be very suitable for Chinese people.
The hotel is very good. Although it opened early, the maintenance and customer service staff are all top-notch. The concierge treatment is also very good. Everyone at the front desk speaks English, so it doesn't matter if you don't speak Spanish! The location is in the city center, very close to the Guaquis River, and within walking distance of Iguana Square and Unirii Square; good reviews

The customer and the front desk are very good. The hotel is located in the old town of Guayaquil. There is basically nothing around, but it is close to the riverside walk, close to the city hall and the park. But I am not interested in going, the surrounding area is relatively shabby and not safe, it is best not to go out. Stayed for two nights or changed to the rich area business district, safer and prosperous, travel is not recommended to live here.
The Hotel Presidente Internacional is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. The Hotel Presidente Internacional offers a pleasant stay in Guayaquil for those traveling for business or leisure. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. This Guayaquil hotel features parking on site.

Great
AAkkarpanExcellent hotel! Only a year old. Clean, good price and a $6 taxi ride from the airport. The malacone is right across the way for morning exercise. The AC was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel. Great bed. Great pillows. Nice stay for going to the airport.
GGuest UserThe 3 staff at the front desk and the aunt who is engaged in hygiene are very nice and welcoming. I don't speak Spanish, and when I need help, they are very patient to answer me. Although the hotel's facilities are old, it does not hinder the comfortable experience. I like the bed in my room very much. It is the most comfortable bed in many hotels I have stayed in. It is neither soft nor hard, and its bearing capacity is just right. It is much more comfortable than the soft collapsed beds in many 5-star hotels. Finally, some small suggestions are mentioned. It would be better if one-time slippers and electric kettle or hair dryer can be provided in the room.
GGuest UserThe place is very cozy and has a nice sharm. Good size of rooms and modern bathrooms. Crean and decent size of pool is empressive especially evening time with tons of lights around. Morning breakfast is nice as well. Locaciones the hotel is working distance to main attractions
GGuest UserEtas, forgive me if spelling is wrong was the young man at the desk he was helpful and tolerant with our language barrier held on to our bags while we strolled the town and then brought them to our room very friendly and welcoming
蔡蔡Guayaquil in Ecuador, if not for the special situation of 2020, Chinese people rarely pass. The hotel is located on the Malecon Riverside (across a local main road) by the famous local Guayas River. Before arriving in Gua, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange a pick-up by email. After leaving the airport, I could find myself holding a sign. The pick-up fee was paid to the front desk of the hotel at $10, and the driver gave a tip of $2. The superior twin room booked is large in size, and the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator and a table, and slippers are not provided. There are wall-mounted air conditioners. The front desk of the hotel can speak English and has a very good attitude. After arriving, I found that the business center was closed due to the epidemic, but the front desk could still help with printing. There is an open space with a roof on the second floor of the hotel, with tables and chairs, and a swimming pool next to it, which coincides with Christmas and a Christmas tree. The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet, which is changed every day. The beef there is very good. There are a lot of people in the breakfast room on weekends, so pay attention to protection. The only minor problem is that our room is close to the road, which is a bit noisy at night, especially because of cultural reasons, the locals like to drive by modified cars with super loud speakers all the way at night, but just get used to it. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center, such as the City Hall or Iguana Park. You only need to cross a road along the river. There is also a supermarket called Mini nearby to buy food and daily necessities, but there are many restaurants suitable for Chinese people. Less, usually the solution is to order takeaway in the hotel room, recommend the takeaway software Glovo, English interface, some dishes have pictures. Uber is recommended for calling out. Overall I am very satisfied with this hotel.
