"The size of the room in this Marriott is at most the same as that of Fairfield Inn, and the overall environment is just so-so (a small advantage is that the backyard leads directly to Minghu Park). The service level is also a bit lacking overall. From the concierge to the front desk to the restaurant service staff, I feel that the work enthusiasm is not particularly strong. "Atour Hotel is consistently excellent. The lobby is clean, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady at this location was particularly enthusiastic. When my child was crying while taking medicine, she even gave them a small gift, which the child loved and immediately stopped crying! 😆😆😆 Next time I come to Pinghu, I'll definitely stay at this Atour Hotel again. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but the scenery in Pinghu is also beautiful 😊"

MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

Sure enough, although there weren’t many people, it didn’t affect the service quality at all. The room was on the 11th floor, with a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The bedding was comfortable and there were all kinds of smart little ideas. I liked it. Because it was newly opened, each room was equipped with an air purifier. I was surprised that the gym was pretty good, and there was even a basketball court and a fitness trail. There weren’t many breakfast items, but they could meet basic needs. There was also warm porridge in the evening. The service from the front desk to the customer service was satisfactory. If you are also near Pinghu Zhapu, this is definitely worth choosing.

The lobby is old and greasy, and it feels like no one has cleaned it. It was so cold in the lobby, and there was no air conditioning. The front desk staff were shivering in their down jackets, but the air conditioning in the room was sufficient and it was very hot! Very comfortable! There was basically nothing for breakfast. We went there at 8:45 and basically everything was gone. Even the plates were almost used up. There was basically nothing to eat. Many people quarreled with the waiter. What's the point of complaining to the waiter!
