The room is very warm and comfortable. The space is large enough. It is clean and hygienic. The bed is also very comfortable. The room is also very quiet. I am not a light sleeper. I slept well. The front desk service is also very good. Her breakfast is delicious. There are quite a lot of categories. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

It was a very satisfying trip. The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the bedding was very comfortable, especially the pillows. The children really like the hotel's supporting activities. The off-road vehicle experience is great, the warm room KTV, various games can be played from morning to night, and they also played table tennis and basketball. The entire park is covered by wifi. The service is also very considerate, and the staff in the conservatory are particularly enthusiastic. Taking your baby to a hotel is a good choice

Guest UserThe hotel is clean and easy access. The place to improve is TV usage is not user friendly and not easy to switch to watch TV programs.
In addition, my room is on 4th floor and the window is facing a wall, there is no view at all.

Yeluo&wutiThere were many mosquitoes in the room at night, and the windows didn't have screens. Electric mosquito coils required a 20 yuan deposit, and the room deposit was 100 yuan. They also asked for three cleanings. The cleaning lady was really something else; she took away all my towels, bath towels, and trash bags without replacing them, and didn't even provide toiletries. I had spent the day at a client's place and was sweating profusely. I was just about to take a shower, my hair was already wet, when I suddenly realized there were no bath towels! How surprising! I called the front desk, and they moved me to the next room. Then, when I showered, I found that the shampoo and shower gel were almost empty, so I had to fill them with water. I'm speechless. The cleaning lady was terrible! I don't understand how such a nice hotel could hire such a business-minded cleaning lady. Did she get the job through connections? The next day, after checking out, customer service called to ask where the bath towels and hand towels in the room were. What? Did they really think I took them and weren't going to refund my deposit? I already told your staff. Don't they even hand over information between shifts? I will never choose this hotel again. Seriously, after staying in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've encountered such a troublesome hotel. As for the positive review, it's because you didn't charge me tax when you issued the invoice.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!

Guest UserI felt pretty good staying at the hotel. It was clean and hygienic. However, at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, a female voice suddenly screamed heartbreakingly for several minutes, and then called for help for a long time. I called the front desk to inform them of the abnormality, and when I asked, they said it had not happened. What happened [sweat] scared me out of my drowsiness. I stayed awake all night and was speechless. I thought there was a criminal case. As a result, the front desk said nothing happened. Scarier? In the middle of the night, Xiaohongshu read hotel ghost stories, and each one was more outrageous than the last. I couldn't sleep well for the next few days [sleepy]. Apart from this, everything else was fine. After all, I am the successor of socialism, what should I be afraid of?

The place next to the hotel, I don't know if it was a bar or something, was making a lot of howling and screaming noises that didn't stop until midnight. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep for the first half of the night. Also, the hotel windows didn't have screens, so if I wanted to let in some air, I might get bitten by mosquitoes.

NanxiangmadewanxiaOn the eve of the ***** New Year, I checked into the Pinghu Jiulongshan Manor St. Mark Hotel through Ctrip. The hotel is situated within the picturesque Jiulongshan Scenic Area, boasting a tranquil environment and fresh air. Even more surprisingly, it's only about a kilometer walk to the Waipushan Scenic Area, making sightseeing incredibly convenient.
I booked a standard double room including breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff thoughtfully upgraded my room to a suite with a balcony. Entering the room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and warm, European-style decor with soft lighting. The bathroom was equally bright and spacious, featuring a comfortable bathtub and a smart toilet – thoughtful details for older guests.
Because of its proximity to Shanghai, it's perfect for a weekend getaway with family, a relaxing hike, and a seaside retreat. Overall, a very good experience, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

We brought our relatives and kids to Shanghai Legoland and chose the Ramada Pinghu Hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room, which was spacious and not cramped at all, featuring a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, both with comfortable, supportive mattresses. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and constant temperature air conditioning kept the room warm and not dry. The kids really enjoyed bathing in the bathtub.
The breakfast deserves special praise; it was excellent. They offered hot food, millet porridge, stir-fried dishes, fried noodles, noodle soup, wontons, and fried eggs, along with salads, fruits, and pastries. There were also plenty of seats. The hotel isn't far from Legoland, about a 20-minute drive costing around 20-something yuan.

Free upgraded duplex room, the room is very large and clean, the service is warm. I visited several room types and liked it very much. The environment of the homestay is very good, the big lawn, the children's playground, the open-air children's pool, the gym, billiards, chess and card room and other facilities are complete, very suitable for vacation. Very close to Mingyue Mountain Tang, Pinghu is not very big, about 30 minutes drive to East Lake and other attractions, very convenient. Will come again next time.
