"For our Dragon Boat Festival family trip, we opted for Pinghu, a less-traveled destination. The Courtyard by Marriott here consistently receives great reviews, and their holiday package for the festival was truly excellent value. We arrived smoothly in the morning, and when checking in, I inquired about switching to a twin-bedded room. The front desk staff, Xiao Luo, kindly asked if I'd mind a room that was a bit further away, then promptly helped us switch to a twin room and even upgraded our room type, which made for a very comfortable stay.
After checking in, we asked the housekeeping auntie for some extra water, blankets, and a bed guard, and she was incredibly enthusiastic and polite. Special thanks to Auntie Cao for cleaning our room.
I hadn't really set high expectations for the hotel's Happy Hour, but the food selection and taste were surprisingly good. We ended up eating at the hotel for the last two days. Overall, it was quite comfortable. It was also very convenient to walk to Minghu Park through the back entrance. It's a bit of a shame the property is a little small; it would have been perfect if they also had a kids' play area."

"My stay at this hotel was outstanding from beginning to end. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who spoke excellent English and gave clear information about nearby attractions. "🏨I like the appearance! The room is pretty good overall. The front desk lady took the initiative to upgrade the room with a small terrace. Thumbs up~ It can be a business trip. If it is a vacation, the mentality will be better. There are two issues that I suggest to improve: 1. The traces circled in the last picture really ruin the mood. It is recommended to deal with it. 2. The breakfast is really far away. I almost collapsed when dragging the suitcase. It would be better if there was an elevator near the breakfast."

Guest UserThere is one thing to say, it is really a treasure manor in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai! 1200 mu of super-large pastoral secret, quiet environment, white house with flower sea rice fields, casually filmed in Monet Garden.
The super large and powerless parent-child paradise, cute pet paradise can licking small animals, kayaking, jungle SUVs, mini golf projects are too many, children play all day long and don't want to leave.
The rooms have a balcony with a view, and the pastoral scenery is panoramic. The restaurant ingredients are taken from the manor's own vegetable garden. They are fresh and authentic, and the farm dishes taste great. The service is intimate and meticulous, no matter how parents and children, friends gather, they are suitable.
There are many people living in a single house, playing billiards downstairs, 🀄️, it is very quiet, open the door by the river, and throw a pole.

It is my Trip.com gold diamond VIP rights have not been reached, there is no welcome fruit, I can't check in early (I got the room card after two o'clock), and I didn't upgrade my room type (the hotel was empty that night, no one stayed), this gold diamond VIP rights are useless.

This time I chose your Pinghu Sunlake Hotel after reading the reviews on Ctrip. Because I arrived at the hotel 🏨 early in the morning, I wanted to try to see if I could check in. As a result, the beautiful front desk lady, Xiao Zou, enthusiastically asked if there were any rooms. She immediately checked the computer and saw that there were rooms, so she checked us in immediately and upgraded our room. We felt that their service was very good and friendly. I would like to thank them for their service. 👍👍🌹🌹 Secondly, the upgraded room of the hotel is large and clean. Fruits are delivered to the room in the afternoon. Guest User這次入住體驗整體超出預期，先説説酒店外觀，建築風格簡約大氣，外立面乾淨整潔，大堂挑高設計很通透，綠植搭配得恰到好處，進門第一感覺就很舒服，門頭標識清晰，停車區域規劃得也很規整。
房間整體佈局合理，空間寬敞不壓抑，採光通風都很不錯，床品柔軟乾淨，床墊軟硬適中，睡起來很放鬆。細節方面做得很到位，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質不錯，熱水出水快且穩定，床頭插座數量充足，還有遮光窗簾、隔音門窗，夜晚休息基本聽不到外界噪音，桌面、角落都打掃得很細緻，沒有灰塵雜物。
酒店配套餐廳口味在線，菜品新鮮，品類選擇豐富，早餐自助種類齊全，中西式都有，飲品水果供應充足，正餐出品穩定，上菜速度也快，用餐環境安靜整潔，服務人員態度温和，全程體驗感很好。整體性價比很高，不管是出行住宿還是用餐都很滿意，下次還會選擇這家。

The room is not big, but there is a balcony which is very comfortable. The furniture is quite high-end. Except for the slightly smelly water in the bathroom of this room, everything else is basically perfect. I must mention that the breakfast made by the housekeeper is really delicious, which is better than all the other good ones. It is a very stylish B&B
