"The hotel is in a good location, not far from the Nanhetou Historical and Cultural District. The hotel has convenient parking and free parking. Xiao Zou, the front desk clerk, upgraded our room for free when she saw that there were so many people in our family of four. Aunt Zhu Caiqi, the room aunt, also sent free fruits when she delivered toiletries. "On the weekend, I drove with my old colleagues to visit Shantang Old Street in Langxia Town, Jinshan. The north of the bridge is Jinshan District, Shanghai, and the south of the bridge is Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province. One bridge spans two provinces. In the afternoon, we drove for half an hour to Pinghu City to check in at the hotel. In the evening, we visited the Nanhetou Historical and Cultural District and tasted local specialties at the Lao Pinghu Restaurant. The breakfast in the hotel is good and the variety of meals is rich."

The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"

"My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jiaxing Hangzhou Bay Suites, an IHG hotel, really exceeded my expectations! Let me share my genuine thoughts: First off, the room is incredibly spacious. The one-bedroom, one-living room layout is super practical. I was staying with a friend; she could watch TV in the bedroom while I worked in the living room, and we didn't bother each other at all. The walk-in closet and mini-bar design are great bonuses – there's plenty of space for luggage and other items, so even for a longer stay, things wouldn't feel cluttered. The bed was genuinely comfortable! The mattress had just the right firmness, the pillows were nice, and coupled with good soundproofing, I barely heard any outside noise. Even as a light sleeper, I got a great night's rest. The ambient lighting by the bed is a thoughtful touch; no more fumbling for light switches in the dark if you get up at night. I have to praise the bathroom! The wet and dry areas are perfectly separated, so showering doesn't get water everywhere. There's also a large bathtub, which is super relaxing for a soak. The toiletries and hairdryer are good quality, so you don't need to bring your own, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean – not a single water stain on the marble countertop, which was very pleasant to see. The view is absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling window looks directly out onto the sea. Watching boats come and go during the day and the sunset in the evening, just sitting by the window and zoning out, is incredibly therapeutic. The room gets fantastic natural light during the day, making it great for photos too. The internet is fast; streaming and video calls were seamless, so business travelers can rest assured. The bar area allows for simple coffee making or instant noodles, which is very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and vacations with friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend!"
