"This time I chose your Pinghu Sunlake Hotel after reading the reviews on Ctrip. Because I arrived at the hotel 🏨 early in the morning, I wanted to try to see if I could check in. As a result, the beautiful front desk lady, Xiao Zou, enthusiastically asked if there were any rooms. She immediately checked the computer and saw that there were rooms, so she checked us in immediately and upgraded our room. We felt that their service was very good and friendly. "This Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly."

"The ceiling is very high. I found that the advantages of the high ceiling are 1. It is quiet 2. It makes you feel comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. "My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jiaxing Hangzhou Bay Suites, an IHG hotel, really exceeded my expectations! Let me share my genuine thoughts: First off, the room is incredibly spacious. The one-bedroom, one-living room layout is super practical. I was staying with a friend; she could watch TV in the bedroom while I worked in the living room, and we didn't bother each other at all. The walk-in closet and mini-bar design are great bonuses – there's plenty of space for luggage and other items, so even for a longer stay, things wouldn't feel cluttered. The bed was genuinely comfortable! The mattress had just the right firmness, the pillows were nice, and coupled with good soundproofing, I barely heard any outside noise. Even as a light sleeper, I got a great night's rest. The ambient lighting by the bed is a thoughtful touch; no more fumbling for light switches in the dark if you get up at night. I have to praise the bathroom! The wet and dry areas are perfectly separated, so showering doesn't get water everywhere. There's also a large bathtub, which is super relaxing for a soak. The toiletries and hairdryer are good quality, so you don't need to bring your own, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean – not a single water stain on the marble countertop, which was very pleasant to see. The view is absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling window looks directly out onto the sea. Watching boats come and go during the day and the sunset in the evening, just sitting by the window and zoning out, is incredibly therapeutic. The room gets fantastic natural light during the day, making it great for photos too. The internet is fast; streaming and video calls were seamless, so business travelers can rest assured. The bar area allows for simple coffee making or instant noodles, which is very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and vacations with friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"

"I went to Pinghu for a holiday. I wanted to book Pullman. As a result, I saw the pre-sale push. I saw that it was newly opened and bought the reservation. I went on vacation. This is a newly opened homestay, suitable for self-driving. The surrounding places to eat are expected to walk about 1 km. Fortunately, it is more convenient to order takeaway. You can also send it directly to the room. The price of the package is still accepted. If the non-package price is specially designed, it is really boring. There are more people staying during the event price, so although it is said that it is included in the meal, in fact, the meal is not guaranteed. If you are a little later, there is basically no food to eat. I don't know if the amount of food is insufficient, or the elderly family is out of the house and has an appetite? Anyway, I am not used to grabbing food with people. The three meals are buffets. I did not enjoy the special dinner of the chef in the package. Lunch is said to be at 11:30. In fact, the normal meal is around 11:45. There is one day when we arrive at the restaurant at 12:00. In addition to the remaining braised pork, all the CDs have been released. We drove out to eat by ourselves. The staff were very hospitable. We especially praised the reception of Miss Li Yanjing in the front hall. She was skilled and responsive. There was also Mr. Yang who guided us to the room. We found that the TV in our room could not be turned on for a while and actively helped us coordinate the room change."
