Luxury Hotels in Pinghu

"Thank You Letter To: The Management and All Staff of Pullman Jiaxing Pinghu Excellence Dear Esteemed Colleagues at the Hotel, I am a recent guest who stayed in an Executive City View Suite at your esteemed hotel. I drove from Shanghai and arrived late at night, but your hotel's service made us feel incredibly warm from the moment we stepped into the lobby. I would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the hotel management and all staff through this letter. Special thanks go to Manager Odi Wang. We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, and Manager Wang had already arranged for a colleague to provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Not only did they reserve a room for us in advance, but they also arranged for a swift check-in, allowing my child and me, after a long journey, to rest as early as possible. This attention to detail and consideration deeply touched us. The hotel's facilities and amenities were equally impressive. The underground B1 level has Xpeng charging piles, which provided great convenience for charging our vehicle. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local specialties like noodles, rice noodles, and tofu pudding, allowing us to taste authentic Pinghu flavors. As I was traveling with my child, the hotel's swimming pool and gym also made our parent-child time more fulfilling and enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with the adjacent Wuyue Plaza making dining and shopping very easy. Although the hotel did not offer a buffet dinner that night, which was a minor regret, the surrounding dining options were abundant, and we were satisfied with our outside dining experience. This small incident did not affect the overall wonderful experience at all. Once again, thank you to Manager Odi Wang and every staff member who provided us with service. Your professionalism and enthusiasm made this stay a beautiful memory for us. When we return to Pinghu in the future, we will definitely choose your hotel again and will sincerely recommend it to our friends and family. May your hotel's business prosper and flourish! Sincerely, A Guest from the Executive City View Suite August 16, 2026"

"The ceiling is very high. I found that the advantages of the high ceiling are 1. It is quiet 2. It makes you feel comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. It causes a constant buzzing sound, which affects my sleep at night. It is quite noisy, so I unplugged the power supply. I don't know if it is a quality problem of this small refrigerator."

"Every time friends visit when I'm back home, they stay at this hotel. It was redecorated last year, making the lobby even more beautiful, and the Chinese New Year atmosphere was really strong. Miss Sunny at the front desk even upgraded us to a large suite! The weather was fantastic over the holiday, truly giving us that 'facing the sea, spring blossoms' feeling, with a panoramic view of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. A very satisfying stay."

"This time I chose your Pinghu Sunlake Hotel after reading the reviews on Ctrip. Because I arrived at the hotel 🏨 early in the morning, I wanted to try to see if I could check in. As a result, the beautiful front desk lady, Xiao Zou, enthusiastically asked if there were any rooms. She immediately checked the computer and saw that there were rooms, so she checked us in immediately and upgraded our room. We felt that their service was very good and friendly. I would like to thank them for their service. 👍👍🌹🌹 Secondly, the upgraded room of the hotel is large and clean. Fruits are delivered to the room in the afternoon. There are many varieties of breakfast and it is very delicious. In short, I am very happy to stay in your hotel this time. I will come again next time if I have the chance. Thank you again, Ms. Xiao Zou, for giving your hotel a five-star thumbs up 👍👍👍"

"The newly opened hotel, the activity price on the platform, the three meals are pet-friendly, and there is no additional charge for bringing dogs. The room facilities are intelligent, the bedding is comfortable to sleep, the front desk ladies are very professional and enthusiastic, responsive, answer all questions, and the service is in place. Suitable for lying flat ＋ small play, the surrounding attractions within 3 kilometers, the net red cafe has, the main one is not tired. Will visit again."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"

"The hotel is suitable for driving, the parking lot has charging services, and the tram is also very convenient. It is a hotel suitable for families with children. There are many activities and the children have a lot of fun. I love the salad in the hotel breakfast. I have to eat a bowl of it every day. The breakfast food is not much, but it is very exquisite. During the Chinese New Year, there are bonfires and fireworks at night, which really adds to the festive atmosphere."

"It is really a treasure hotel. From the opening of the European-style door, driving seems to enter Downton Manor. I am amazed that the area is countless times wider than the English country hotel, and the romantic atmosphere is very strong. The family meets with friends. The villa living room has many functions. It is the base camp for everyone to watch TV, play mahjong, play **, and eat snacks. Next time I am going to try a three-room villa with a billiard table. Although it is slightly more expensive, it is also a full price. The large grass outside the door can be dazed in the sun. Equipped with a lazy sofa, there is Marshall's stereo in the room. Room service WeChat group responds at any time. We brought the elderly and the shuttle bus to the restaurant was a lot of polite and friendly. The most comfortable thing is that it is very quiet at night and sleeps at dawn. Wake up in the morning and see the rice fields and trees outside the window. There are yellow leaves in autumn. It is very charming. Breakfast is also delicious. Noodles, porridge and bread can be selected. Dinner hotel can be eaten as a banquet level. The whole family is satisfied. The child went to play on the water paddle board, ride a bicycle during the day, and there was a huge children's paradise. He was happy and clamored that the maple leaves were yellow and red next time and ready to live."
