Pinghu Hotels with Hot Tub

"Thank You Letter To: The Management and All Staff of Pullman Jiaxing Pinghu Excellence Dear Esteemed Colleagues at the Hotel, I am a recent guest who stayed in an Executive City View Suite at your esteemed hotel. I drove from Shanghai and arrived late at night, but your hotel's service made us feel incredibly warm from the moment we stepped into the lobby. I would like to express our sincerest gratitude to the hotel management and all staff through this letter. Special thanks go to Manager Odi Wang. We arrived at the hotel at 11 PM, and Manager Wang had already arranged for a colleague to provide meticulous and thoughtful service. Not only did they reserve a room for us in advance, but they also arranged for a swift check-in, allowing my child and me, after a long journey, to rest as early as possible. This attention to detail and consideration deeply touched us. The hotel's facilities and amenities were equally impressive. The underground B1 level has Xpeng charging piles, which provided great convenience for charging our vehicle. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, including local specialties like noodles, rice noodles, and tofu pudding, allowing us to taste authentic Pinghu flavors. As I was traveling with my child, the hotel's swimming pool and gym also made our parent-child time more fulfilling and enjoyable. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with the adjacent Wuyue Plaza making dining and shopping very easy. Although the hotel did not offer a buffet dinner that night, which was a minor regret, the surrounding dining options were abundant, and we were satisfied with our outside dining experience. This small incident did not affect the overall wonderful experience at all. Once again, thank you to Manager Odi Wang and every staff member who provided us with service. Your professionalism and enthusiasm made this stay a beautiful memory for us. When we return to Pinghu in the future, we will definitely choose your hotel again and will sincerely recommend it to our friends and family. May your hotel's business prosper and flourish! Sincerely, A Guest from the Executive City View Suite August 16, 2026"

"Stayed 11 nights in the hotel in a great location, nice breakfast spread although the menu did not change at all but the food variety is great. There is a 24hr restaurant right at the lobby of this hotel and a McDonald's that opens from 7am to 10pm daily. There is also a Lawson convenience store right across the street with a couple of stores along the same street including a supermarket and Luckin Coffee. If you walked to the back of the hotel, there are a couple of massage shops that helps you to relax when needed and they are open until 11pm or 12 midnight"

"The hotel is excellent, very clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a large shopping mall directly opposite. It's also very close to the subway, airport, and high-speed rail station, all reachable within half an hour."

"I don't usually comment very much, this stay experience is very satisfactory! The front desk service is particularly intimate, the attitude is gentle and polite, and the whole process is warm and patient. Maybe with the baby, the front desk has to register a guardian separately, to ask a little more, although it is a bit troublesome, but for people with babies, it is very safe. There is feedback on the way, and the staff will help to solve the problem properly as soon as possible, which is reassuring. The room type booked is very spacious, the rooms are equipped with windows, the house is bright and transparent, the view is very good, and the living is comfortable. The location of the hotel is better, and it is especially convenient to eat and do things. Health is also better, looking at cleaning very carefully, the room sister is also very polite. The overall facilities are perfect and the price is real. Maybe because of the holiday crowds, some people are very noisy. But the overall price is very high. I will choose this one next time!"

"The ceiling is very high. I found that the advantages of the high ceiling are 1. It is quiet 2. It makes you feel comfortable. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very enthusiastic. Although I gave it 5 points, I have a small opinion. The small refrigerator is in the cabinet and it is not easy to dissipate heat. It causes a constant buzzing sound, which affects my sleep at night. It is quite noisy, so I unplugged the power supply. I don't know if it is a quality problem of this small refrigerator."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the staff's warmth, and check-in was super fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bed soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height. The bathroom facilities were complete and new, with plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast was decent. It's a convenient 25-minute drive to Aloha Water Park, and we also visited the nearby Ruins Cafe, which was quite unique. The 2 days we stayed here were truly comfortable, and the service staff were incredibly enthusiastic. There's even table tennis and snooker on the 3rd floor! Staying in a family room with kids is really a great choice!"

"The room is clean and tidy, and the overall hotel environment is also very elegant. It is a Japanese-style hotel, especially the breakfast, which has a very rich variety. I hope the carpet in the room will be cleaned regularly."

"Specially brought two dogs from the family to experience the wheat field Daoge family holiday house, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The most surprising thing is that this large lawn, the ground is flat and open, there are no obstacles, dogs can rest assured to run, chase the Frisbee, and release their energy as much as possible. The two mane-haired children were rolling on the grass and had a great time. Finally, they could lock the dog in the room without having to be able to. The outdoor terrace area is very comfortable. Sitting outside and blowing the hair, the dog is lying around to accompany him. The atmosphere is particularly good. The homestay is clean and tidy as a whole, the rooms and public areas have no smell, the building is simple and atmospheric, and the photos are very popular. The store is very tolerant of pets, there are no strict restrictions, and it is very friendly to many pet families. Whether it is a short weekend escape from the city or a place for dogs to play recklessly, it is very suitable here. The boss and the housekeeper have a high quality of service, people live comfortably, and the dogs have fun. It is a great holiday experience, and I will come again if I have a chance in the future!"

"This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. After this time, we drove to a friend's house to eat and play. We returned to the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening and opened the door card of the door. I touched and turned my clothes pockets. There was no more. Helpless, I went to the reception desk and lost the door card. The room could not enter the situation, and told the waiter. The waiter did not hesitate and immediately re-issued the room card for me. Thank you! The lost room card was later found at a friend's house."

"The suite I stayed in this time really exceeded expectations! The room is very large, the living room and lounge area are very spacious, the sofa is comfortable to sit on, there is no cramped feeling of ordinary hotels, and it is very comfortable to live with a baby. What surprised me the most was the service, the staff was really caring! I was afraid that we didn't drink enough, so I gave a whole box of mineral water directly. The details were all sincere. The whole experience was very good. The children didn't want to go. ～"
