When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. The hotel is newly renovated, and the windows are on the side, so you can only open a small gap. There is a noticeable decoration smell when you sleep at night, and the sour smell of formaldehyde and glue is quite strong 6. The room temperature was 24.5 degrees Celsius that day. Because the room was not ventilated, it was stuffy. As a result, the air conditioner only blew out normal temperature air, and I sweated a lot. However, the heating was normal. 7. Booking a room with buffet breakfast on Ctrip costs an additional 69 yuan per person. As I was not sure about the itinerary at that time, I did not choose breakfast. Later, I went to the store to ask the front desk, and they said I had to pay 128 yuan per person. I said that the Ctrip booking was 69 yuan per person. The front desk changed the words and said that the on-site booking at the front desk would be more than 80 yuan. I asked if they could give me the Ctrip price. The front desk said that the on-site booking would be more than 80 yuan, or you could go out and experience the breakfast in Zhangzhou by yourself. The tone of voice at that time was a bit choking, which made people feel very uncomfortable. PS: I saw many reviews from Ctrip users, some said they received breakfast coupons, and those with children also upgraded their rooms. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch any of them~ In general, the hardware conditions are good, the software services still need to keep up, and the odor from the decoration still needs to be removed~"

The toilet is separated from dry and wet but between the bathroom and the toilet is a glass spacer if it comes with fried it may not be available at the same time should be quite embarrassing. The bathroom had a bathtub however the hotel did not have a disposable bathtub cover so there was no soaking. The only small dissatisfaction was the communication between the hotel departments may have some problems I was told the first night at the front desk when processing the renewal had explained that the next morning did not need to come to clean the room, by the way asked the front desk to bring me two more water. Then the staff came to the door to deliver water asked once, do I need to come in to clean the room tomorrow morning, I said no 😀. Somehow I left early the next morning and returned to my hotel room at night to find someone had come to clean the room. Because I was more concerned, I deliberately handed over that I didn't need someone to clean it. I thought I would wait until I got back to the hotel to ask someone to come and clean things up. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a hot spring area, making it perfect for both adults and children to enjoy water fun. Cons: The hotel's management is quite poor. 1. While dining in the restaurant, staff would abruptly reach over to clear plates or place napkins without any prior acknowledgement or greeting. I found this quite intrusive; a simple 'excuse me' beforehand would have been much appreciated. 2. When cleaning tables, staff simply brushed food scraps directly onto the floor. 3. Food dropped by other guests on the floor was left uncleaned. Even after guests pointed out that it was a slipping hazard, staff failed to address it until we had finished our meal. 4. The swimming pool is also used for lessons, and at times it gets so crowded with students that it's impossible for other guests to swim or simply enjoy the water. 5. Our room had two protruding nails on the floor that could easily injure a child's bare feet. We reported this to the front desk for repair, but upon returning to the room, only one had been fixed. I was too frustrated to complain again, so I just covered it with an item to prevent my child from getting hurt. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these detailed issues and makes significant improvements."
