"I stayed here for three nights during my 22-night trip across Europe.
First of all, the location of the inn is very close to the subway station, so it is very accessible. There is only one subway line, but that can't be helped as most stations in Hamburg only have one line. It is a direct line from Hamburg South Station (located in the central station), and it is also close to the station where you can transfer, so it was not inconvenient. You can walk to the warehouse district from the inn, and you can take a train to the pier where the boat to the theater departs and the station nearest to the fish market that is held on Sundays.
The inn is very clean, spacious, and the kitchen facilities are excellent.
The fact that it has a washing machine is a big plus (although the drying function was poor so I ended up drying the clothes in the room).
There is no bathtub, only a shower. I think this is normal for a European hotel.
The only thing I regret is that, although it can't be helped, the room unlocking system was down, so I had to call someone at the front desk every time I wanted to enter my room (they handled it with a smile, but I felt bad because I was in and out of the inn so often)"
