Guest UserI love this hotel for its proximity to the sulfur baths and thermal spa, where you can enjoy a full range of treatments, as well as for the delicious breakfasts (which, by the way, are good everywhere in Georgia) and comfortable beds. Narikala Fortress and the magnificent Botanical Garden are also very close by.

No refunds allowed, everyone please read carefully. Even canceling three days in advance is not possible. Don't book if you have travel plans or are likely to change them. Ctrip intervened multiple times to communicate, but the hotel refused to provide a room. Ctrip unilaterally compensated me 200 yuan; it was a booking that cost over 600 yuan.
I don't recommend traveling here in the short term either. There are protests everywhere, and you might even get hit by tear gas. Safety first. There's also a recent mayoral change.

Guest UserWe absolutely loved Novotel! The location is superb: a 10-minute walk to major attractions, and the metro is just 2 minutes away. Yet, the hotel itself is situated on quiet streets, with no tourist crowds or car horns – absolute silence (we have something to compare it to in Tbilisi).
The rooftop pool offers a stunning view and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
The breakfast is varied, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruits.
The staff are very pleasant, polite, and helpful.
The cleaning is excellent – everything is very clean and tidy.
Next time we're in Tbilisi, we'll choose this hotel again.

WoyougexiaohuluThis hotel is located by the river and boasts a beautiful interior, excellent facilities, and stunning views. From the room windows, you can overlook most of the city. It's incredibly convenient to go downstairs for meals or to visit attractions. Transportation is also very accessible; a bus stop is just about a 5-minute walk away, where you can pay with a credit card to get to the airport – cheap and convenient.

Guest UserThe hotel is cozy with a beautiful interior. I arrived at 2:20 PM and had to wait 40 minutes to check in.
The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. There was no shower gel, so after my journey, I had to call reception to get my basic amenities sorted. Later, I found out my neighbors had the same issue. They brought it up quickly.
What I didn't like was that I couldn't get a proper night's sleep for all three days! My room was on the second floor. I couldn't fall asleep properly because I could hear people talking outside and cars passing by. It was really annoying. There seems to be a serious problem with the soundproofing. When I moved to another hotel, this flaw became even more apparent by contrast! After all, if you wake up well-rested, you feel energized and can truly enjoy your vacation.
I really liked the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the waiters speak both Russian and English. The service and food are 10/10; you absolutely must try the Napoleon cake.
I also visited the gym. All the equipment is working. It's cozy and has a beautiful interior.
Overall, the main drawbacks are the noise and the room amenities.

Guest UserAfter spending a few days exploring Tbilisi, I booked two nights at this hotel to relax before heading back home. I didn't really go out much, just stayed in the hotel's cafe, enjoying the beautiful view opposite. It was incredibly comfortable. The location is also excellent; it's about a 20-minute walk to the city center along the river, and a taxi back takes only a few minutes.

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. It was warm in January. The bed is large and quite soft. The staff is polite, especially thanks to Saba S. at the hotel's reception, who helped solve the problem.
The jacuzzi is small but cozy and relaxing, there is an indoor pool working in winter, a gym. The location allows to go to the city center by feet, getting to know the city, but also there was no any problems to go to metro station nearby and take a taxi.
I would come back here again.

Guest UserThe breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the view was stunning.
Check-in was quick and efficient.
The location was very convenient, with both a metro station and a bus stop nearby.
The hotel was clean and beautifully maintained, and the housekeeper was a very kind and pleasant woman.
It was a pity that the ceiling LED lighting wasn’t working properly.
I was also disappointed that a party was held in the restaurant at night. We were even invited, but we were too tired to attend, and nighttime is usually meant for sleeping. Unfortunately, the party continued until around 4–5 a.m., making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep.

Positive aspects:
The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available.
Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh.
I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient.
1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay.
I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay.
2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night):
At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space.
Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early.
3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful):
In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.”
This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake.
Conclusion:
This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay.
I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
