"Absolutely fantastic hotel in every aspect! **Location:** The location is superb, right by Tsubogawa Monorail Station and just a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal. There's a Don Quijote store conveniently located on the ground floor, and a local supermarket just one block away. **Facilities:** The hotel is modern and well-maintained. Our room was very spacious, allowing me to easily open my 28-inch suitcase. Guests can borrow kitchen utensils from the front desk for simple meals. Each room comes equipped with a microwave and a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotlessly clean. Do note that for stays of two days, they only replace towels and empty the trash bins, without performing a full room clean. (However, this seems to be a common practice in Naha hotels for short-term stays, where only towels are refreshed.) **Service:** Exceptional! The staff were incredibly accommodating, always happy to assist with any requests, and consistently friendly and welcoming. **Environment:** Very pleasant. Despite its close proximity to the monorail line and a main road, the room was remarkably quiet."

"The hotel's location isn't great. Apart from a large supermarket nearby, there's nothing else around, and it's also quite a distance from Kokusai Dori. The room itself was just okay. Housekeeping only came every two days, and they didn't even replace bath towels or provide bottled water. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and the check-in process was incredibly slow. When I called them, they couldn't understand English, so I had to go downstairs and use a translation app on my phone to communicate."

The hotel's location is excellent; it's set back from the main Kokusai-dori street, ensuring a quiet stay, yet it's just a maximum 5-minute walk to Don Quijote. What really stood out was the staff at the hotel entrance. They always greeted us with warm smiles, and if we were waiting for a taxi, they'd proactively help us communicate with the driver. Oh, and the purple sweet potato dessert at the lobby cafe was delicious too!"

The hotel's environment is lovely, with abundant greenery that's very pleasant to look at. There's also an outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a tiring day of sightseeing. Staff thoughtfully provide towels there too. The room isn't huge, but it's generally adequate for two adults and one child. The bathroom is cleverly designed with a three-part separation, which is really comfortable and convenient. The only real downside was the breakfast. While adults could order one main dish, surprisingly, children weren't offered anything. The overall selection was extremely limited, missing even basic staples like eggs or steamed buns. We ended up feeling it would have been better to just eat out. Given this, I'd say it's most suitable for a short transit stay in Naha."

"The Harbor View Hotel is very famous. It was opened in 1975. I love the historical feeling of the hotel, which has the stamp of the times. Many employees have been working for decades, the service quality is stable, and the degree of standardization is high. I enjoyed it, but I also lived like a local in Naha, Okinawa, shopping, cooking, playing in the park, and living a leisurely life. I felt that the Chongo was particularly fun. This hotel in Naha is located within 10 minutes' walk of International Street and Prefectural Office Station, which is very convenient. The food in the restaurant is also rich and rich, with a lot of Chongo local characteristics. I recommend the breakfast room."

"This is hands down the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Okinawa. Conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport and right next to the subway station, it’s incredibly easy to access. Plus, its proximity to the city center allowed us to walk to Kokusai Street in just 15 minutes—perfect for enjoying delicious food and great shopping! The breakfast was amazing, featuring unlimited hot pot and ice cream, all of the highest quality. But what really stood out was the outstanding service. During check-in, there was a group of middle school students—boys taking the stairs while girls waited for the elevator. The hotel staff efficiently prioritized guests for elevator access, handling the situation with professionalism and courtesy. We loved our stay so much that we’ll definitely be back here next time we visit Naha! Highly recommended!"

"The waiters are smiling and very polite, making you feel at home. Most of the waiters speak very good English and there is no difficulty in communication. They also introduce the facilities attentively. The environment is comfortable. The view of the dock is unparalleled, and you can see the planes taking off and landing in the distance. There are also shops and 7-11 downstairs of the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a washing machine and dryer for self-service. The only pity is that the swimming pool was closed when I went there and will be open in the summer. I will probably stay at this hotel again next summer."
