"We stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay! You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party. One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!"

"I stayed there for 5 nights, it was amazing. Although my partner said the mattress was quite hard. Service was helpful they assisted right away when we needed one. Location was kinda far from the downtown (D'mall) and we had to take the hotel's car to be at the front gate otherwise we had to walk, and who knew how many minutes it'd take since that was a pretty distance from lobby and main road. Then we took the TukTuk (not sure what they called in there 😳) and it was always 150 Peso no matters which station you're going to."

"We stayed in Tides for 3 nights and was very happy with the staff service there. They were extremely helpful and ensured our stay was perfect. Special thanks to Anna who helped us with the check in and Vincci who took the extra mile to help us with the luggage to our pick up point. He also helped to ensure the pickup was smooth to the jetty which was above and beyond what his duty was. We are glad to have met these nice people and would definitely return to stay again. Location wise, the hotel is located inside D‘’mall station 2 which has a lot of shops. Usually the trikes will stop at Mac Donald’s and it’s about 2-3 mins walk into the hotel. The hotel upper level also has a Pelican restaurant which serves decent food if you just want to eat at the hotel."

"I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."

"This review is genuine, without embellishment. Excellent hotel. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff for a wonderful stay! The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you. Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel. The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers! You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services. Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise. If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one. Thank you!"

"Amazing service from F&B staff, housekeeping and lifeguard at the pool. My 1 yr old enjoyed the amenities as there are a lot options to play with The complimentary access to Brighbuds Play Club is a nice gesture. They have a beautiful swimming pool The amenities are clean Housekeeping is quick to attend to our needs Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps."

"Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay – A Truly Family-Friendly Stay Our stay at Savoy Hotel in Newcoast Boracay was excellent from start to finish, and it genuinely stood out as one of the most family-friendly hotels we’ve experienced on the island. From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel welcome and taken care of—especially as a family. Check-in was smooth, warm, and efficient, and there was a clear sense that the staff understood what families need: patience, clarity, and a little extra support when traveling with kids. The family room was a big highlight. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving everyone enough room to relax without feeling cramped. After a full day out, it really felt like coming back to a proper space designed for rest and convenience. Food was another strong point. The buffet offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently good—varied, well-prepared, and satisfying. There was something for everyone, and the quality stayed steady across meals, which isn’t always the case in buffet setups. The hotel facilities were also impressive and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time without needing to constantly go elsewhere. Everything felt organized, clean, and guest-focused. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Special mention to Lance—always happy, highly supportive, and a huge help when it came to logistics and assistance. Whether it was coordinating details or simply making sure things ran smoothly, he was reliable and genuinely attentive. Maddie also deserves recognition for her excellent customer care in the restaurant—friendly, responsive, and consistently on top of things in a way that makes dining feel easy and pleasant. We also appreciated how keen and supportive the security team was. Their presence added a reassuring sense of safety, and they were always helpful when we needed guidance or assistance. Finally, the free drop-offs and pick-ups provided by the hotel were a great added benefit. It made getting around much easier and took away a lot of the typical hassle of transportation in Boracay. In general, Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay delivered a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable stay for our family. Great rooms, good food, excellent facilities, and standout service—highly recommended, especially for families looking for an stress-free and well-supported vacation."

"Hygiene Score: Average. Some parts of the room showed signs of age and wear. Location Score: It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the city center (lively area). The closest 7-Eleven is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Service Score: The staff were all very friendly and met all requests. Facilities Score: The swimming pool was cleaned daily, and the cafe area had a great atmosphere. I didn't use the gym or other facilities. Other Notes: Each room provided an umbrella. The umbrella in my room clearly showed signs of heavy use (the frame was noticeably rusted) and had been repaired with tape. When I opened it on the second day, two of the ribs broke. After reporting it to the hotel, they requested 250P for compensation. Although it was stated upon check-in that damages would be charged, which I understand, the umbrella was clearly very old and well-used."

"All the staff, crew , even the security guards , were extremely approachable and kind! You can really feel how much they care. They always check on you and make sure you’re well taken care of. The facilities are very clean and beautiful, and the food is absolutely delicious! The whole experience was super worth it, and not a single peso felt wasted. Next time we go to Boracay, we’re definitely staying at Astoria again! 🥰"

"We stayed for 5 nights and the room was clean and the decor was beautiful. All of the staffs are nice especially in the breakfast area. Our room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed everyday as well. We will surely come back and they are all very welcoming with welcome drinks at the reception when we did the check in. Love this hotel. We are very happy ❤️"
