"We chose this hotel for its location – it’s right across the road from the seaport and only 7 minutes from the airport. Perfect for a layover or an early flight, that’s a huge plus. The hotel itself is new (or recently renovated), you can tell by the paintwork and furniture. The bedding is good, the room isn't tiny, and the shower is relatively spacious. The air conditioning blows powerfully. Nearby, in the building next door, there's a Watsons (cosmetics, all sorts of useful bits and bobs) and a 7/11 across the street – handy if you've forgotten something and need it urgently. On the downside, there's the food. There are absolutely no cafes nearby. It's either a local greasy spoon with trans fats (like a local KFC) or hot dogs from 7/11. You couldn't stay here for a week, but for an overnight stay – it's fine. There's no kettle in the room. You'd think it's no big deal since there's a water cooler on the floor. BUT! The hot water in the cooler on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go down the stairs to the next floor for boiling water. A minor inconvenience, but annoying. The next downside is the water in the shower. In the evening, there's simply none. Neither cold nor hot – just a drip, as if someone decided to save money. Want to wash up after your journey? Wait until 5 AM. That's when the water pressure wakes up with the roosters. (No kidding, that's what we did!) And then there's the elevator – that's a whole other story. Folks, it's a nightmare. The elevator constantly gets stuck and breaks down. We had to lug our huge suitcases up and down the stairs from the fourth floor – that was annoying enough. But in the morning, when we needed to leave urgently for the airport, we got stuck in the elevator with our suitcases. Just like a bad movie! I have a panic fear of getting stuck, and here we were, pressed for time, and thoughts of 'what if it's for a long time?' started creeping in. Anyway, thanks for fixing it, but it left a significant bad taste. Verdict: This hotel is a one-time stay – if you need to be close to the port and the airport. But only if you're lucky with the water and the elevator doesn't decide to give you an extreme experience. Management, the elevator is no laughing matter, it's a safety issue, please take action!!"

Super convenient at madaling puntahan ang mga highlights sa island. • Cleanliness: Sobrang linis ng rooms and the entire hotel. You can tell they really maintain the place well. • Staff Services: This is the highlight of my stay! All the staff are so friendly—lagi silang nakasmile at bumabati tuwing makikita ka. You really feel the warm welcome and excellent service. • Amenities: Everything I needed was there, and it made my stay very comfortable. Super happy talaga ako sa experience na ito. "Excellent hotel! The manager is very hospitable and the staff are friendly. They have rooms with varying levels of comfort; I chose the cheapest one and was perfectly happy with it. The price was a pleasant surprise. There's a fantastic, clean beach just a 5-minute walk away, which is the best on the island. I was also informed in advance that a transfer could be arranged since the airport is on a neighboring island, which I took advantage of and found very convenient. My overall impressions of both the island and the hotel are extremely positive. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for budget-conscious travelers."

"Sobrang accomodating ng mga staff. They made sure na safe ang guest and comfortable. Always smiling which is important in this business. I didn't know bakit hindi to sumisikat? Like maganda ang rooms and amenities most especially ang mga staff and location walking distance to dmall. Will surely be book again here for our next vacation. Thank you"

"I loved the peace and quiet. I had a huge terrace all to myself. The staff were attentive. It was a bit hot though, the air conditioning struggled to cope, probably because the roof gets very hot. Everything was clean and tidy. The price was an absolute steal. Only a 4-minute walk to the beach."

The hotel includes a complimentary breakfast, which is a nice perk, but it's fairly simple, so it's best not to expect a wide selection. The hotel also has a dipping pool and a gym, which are great amenities for guests. During my stay, I experienced an issue with the air conditioner leaking. After reporting it, it took some time for the staff to address the problem. They eventually had to remove the air conditioner for repairs, which allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. The staff offered to spray mosquito repellent, but I declined because the smell can trigger my asthma. Overall, Hannah Hotel is an okay place to stay. It offers good value for the price, and while there are some areas that could be improved, you generally get what you pay for."
