"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy guesthouse. Everything was clean, the courtyard was charming, and housekeeping was available upon request. The breakfasts were delicious. Peter, the owner, is incredibly hospitable; he told us everything we needed to know and even provided discounts for some restaurants, spas, and bike rentals. We booked airport transfers both ways, which was super convenient! There's also a lovely green yard where you can sit, cook, and listen to the birds. Peter has wonderful staff who are always ready to help, always smiling, and attentive to every request. A local cat named Matilda even visited us, and we gave her milk. You can also buy beer, water, and other drinks at reasonable prices – cold and cheap! We have nothing but positive emotions from our stay. The guesthouse is located near Station 3, which I consider the best station. The sea is gorgeous and beautiful, there aren't many people, and the food in the restaurants is tasty. Overall, I loved this place so much that I really want to come back for a longer stay. A huge thank you to Peter and his team! "This is our second time staying at Giulius Boracay Italian Resort, and it never disappoints! The location is perfect — very close to everything you need: D’Mall, the beach, restaurants, and transportation. The staff are very nice and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We also love that the resort has a pool for swimming, which is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Another big plus is that they allow guests to borrow banig and towels to bring to the beach, which is super convenient! We truly enjoyed our stay again and will definitely come back on our next Boracay trip. Highly recommended!"

"the location is peaceful and has homey aesthetic vibes. It’s also just 2 minutes walk to the white beach in willys rock which is our fave spot. However, there are a couple things we don’t like: one is their slow wifi - what I mean by slow is I can’t even upload my story on fb type of slow like for real. Second is their breakfast - it’s not appetizing at all. I mean yes it’s free and this is a budget hotel but I didn’t expect it to be that way. They are portioning or limiting the food. The rice is just half lol. But I like their coffee it’s the best! Third is the rooms are not well maintained- their AC is leaking inside and I feel like there are molds in the wall. Their pool is not swimmable by adults it’s literally for toddlers."

"We chose this hotel for its location – it’s right across the road from the seaport and only 7 minutes from the airport. Perfect for a layover or an early flight, that’s a huge plus. The hotel itself is new (or recently renovated), you can tell by the paintwork and furniture. The bedding is good, the room isn't tiny, and the shower is relatively spacious. The air conditioning blows powerfully. Nearby, in the building next door, there's a Watsons (cosmetics, all sorts of useful bits and bobs) and a 7/11 across the street – handy if you've forgotten something and need it urgently. On the downside, there's the food. There are absolutely no cafes nearby. It's either a local greasy spoon with trans fats (like a local KFC) or hot dogs from 7/11. You couldn't stay here for a week, but for an overnight stay – it's fine. There's no kettle in the room. You'd think it's no big deal since there's a water cooler on the floor. BUT! The hot water in the cooler on our floor wasn't working, so we had to go down the stairs to the next floor for boiling water. A minor inconvenience, but annoying. The next downside is the water in the shower. In the evening, there's simply none. Neither cold nor hot – just a drip, as if someone decided to save money. Want to wash up after your journey? Wait until 5 AM. That's when the water pressure wakes up with the roosters. (No kidding, that's what we did!) And then there's the elevator – that's a whole other story. Folks, it's a nightmare. The elevator constantly gets stuck and breaks down. We had to lug our huge suitcases up and down the stairs from the fourth floor – that was annoying enough. But in the morning, when we needed to leave urgently for the airport, we got stuck in the elevator with our suitcases. Just like a bad movie! I have a panic fear of getting stuck, and here we were, pressed for time, and thoughts of 'what if it's for a long time?' started creeping in. Anyway, thanks for fixing it, but it left a significant bad taste. Verdict: This hotel is a one-time stay – if you need to be close to the port and the airport. But only if you're lucky with the water and the elevator doesn't decide to give you an extreme experience. Management, the elevator is no laughing matter, it's a safety issue, please take action!!"

"The location is very good, shopping, eating out, going to the beach, there is no better place to live than this. The hotel staff are all warm and friendly. For a budget hotel, the facilities are sufficient. Hygiene is also very good. However, the breakfast included in the Ctrip price is really simple."
