"This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!"

"It's very nice experience. The staff are very professional and very helpful. The room is clean as well as other areas of the hotel. The location is very good near Ayala Mall, Parqal, Landmark Department Store although it's quite far from MOA. Breakfast is good but it would be better if they have sweeter local fruits.
I recommend this hotel to stay in the Bay Area / MOA
Definitely I will stay again in this hotel when I come back Philippines."

"First, the good points: the staff were super friendly and very responsive. The facilities include a pool and gym, and the rooms were new and spacious.
Now for the downsides, mainly the breakfast. I had breakfast here 5 times, and the selection wasn't great, and the taste was pretty mediocre. On two mornings, the hotel temporarily changed the breakfast location due to an event. Perhaps due to a lack of experience, there was no place to sit, and the food was still just okay (this is just my personal taste).
One morning, while I was getting ready in the bathroom, I suddenly found myself surrounded by shower bubbles pouring in from the next room! 😂
And on another evening, the toilet got clogged. The good thing is that the hotel was very quick to respond to all these 'incidents'."

Azure Resort Residences is home of the renowned man-made beach in the city. A 10-15 minute drive to NAIA 3 international airport via the Skyway which is very ideal to travelers and vacationers. Beside the property is a known mall brand, SM City Bicutan. It features shops, movie houses, entertainment, supermarket, and a lot more.
"The location is near to SM, TLC park. But if going to other places, need to take Grab, not easy to have Grab drivers take orders, and very serious traffic jam on the residence entrance main road.
Only wave swimming pool can be provided. Just pay attention to Gym and swimming pool are not provided to visitors only."

MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good.
Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country).
2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary.
3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

AAurora -Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well
Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you
The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean
I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻
However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service.
Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes.
Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too.
Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service
Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great
View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :)
Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station

Cons:
- super slow reception (bad line management), smells really bad since it’s a casino and alot of random people walk in and out and smoke.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD or FOOD DELIVERY!!! that’s actually absurd, since as an tourist, I want to enjoy local food in the comfort of my own home/room, and that is not allowed.. really crazy.
- NOBE restaurant is also extremely overpriced and bad, we got the omakase.. and the presentation was horrible.. food was so so average..
- The pool is only open till 8pm, you don’t really have much time to enjoy it since during the day time it’s so damn humid and hot outside, realistically you will start using the pool around 6 pm ish when it’s least hot
- loud noisy room, you can hear the loud train, traffics, airplane noise outside, combined with the room next door.. it’s so loud , I am honestly shocked by how bad the sound proofing is

Extremeli Suites have excellent customer service from checking in to checking out. The staff even comes by everyday to ask if there are anything I need to make my stay comfortable. Even asked if I need replacement of water bottles used for brewing coffee. The amenities are nice. The view is amazing. I can see most of Metro Manila from the 18th floor I'm staying at.
If Solaire or SM MOA has any more events, I would definitely come back to Extremeli for my next vacation in Manila. 10/10 highly recommend.

The penthouse itself was stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with panoramic city views that were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night.
The amenities were top-tier: a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, smart entertainment system, and even a soaking tub with a skyline view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and every corner of the suite exuded sophistication and comfort.
The location was also perfect—just minutes away from City of Dreams, SM Mall of Asia, and the airport. Whether we wanted to explore, dine, or enjoy the nightlife, everything was within easy reach.
What truly set the experience apart was the personalized service. The staff were attentive and professional, making sure our stay was seamless and luxurious from beginning to end.
If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Manila that blends privacy, comfort, and convenience, this penthouse is the perfect choice. Will definitely book again!

GGuest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
