"I stayed at Ibis Incheon Hotel with my family recently and was very impressed by the service. The front desk staff were outstanding—they quickly assisted us with check-in, local recommendations, and even small requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The rooms were well-equipped with all the utilities we needed, providing a practical and comfortable base for our travels. I especially appreciated the eco-friendly paper garbage bags in the bathroom—a smart, sustainable detail that many hotels overlook. The shuttle service was punctual and convenient, which helped a lot with our schedule. Thank you to the team for a solid stay. One small note that could help future guests: larger, more visible signage at the bus stop would make it even easier to locate."

"I arrived at the hotel late at night. A taxi from the airport cost 13,000 won, which isn't cheap for less than 4 kilometers. When checking in, they said the triple room could only accommodate two people. Since I had a child, I had to pay an extra 20,000 won per day in taxes, which was quite annoying – even more expensive than the taxi ride. The room itself was probably larger than rooms in the city center. It had a massage chair, but I didn't try it. Breakfast was included, but there wasn't much to eat – mostly instant noodle machines where you could make your own, along with milk and bread. There's a convenience store near the hotel, and the Airport Express subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, which isn't super close. Along the way, there are some malls and restaurants. Finally, taking the subway to Seoul Station in the city center takes about an hour and costs less than 30,000 won, which is definitely more cost-effective than taking a taxi to the city center late at night."

"I've been to Korea countless times, but this is the first time I've ever felt it was so big! I just booked this hotel randomly based on its high rating, and it took me over two hours by subway from the city center. I was genuinely shocked – I didn't think there was anywhere in Korea that far by subway! It's also two hours from the airport. I have no idea where this place is located. Every other time I've booked spontaneously, I've ended up in the city center, but this time I picked somewhere so far out. Putting the location aside, the hotel's service and environment are really good. The subway station is right across from the hotel, and there's a 24-hour 7-Eleven right outside the entrance. There are also tons of food options nearby, all frequented by young people and open late into the night! I suspect this is a university town (I feel like I got scammed with the location, but hey). The room is huge with two beds – it's strange in Korea, one bed is massive, and the other is a standard twin. You could easily sleep three people. Besides being far, there's nothing wrong with it!"

"The hotel was absolutely wonderful for the price. The room was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location isn't very convenient; getting anywhere takes a long time. Despite this, there were plenty of places with delicious food nearby. The downside was the self-service check-in. We weren't given directions to the hotel, and the support team couldn't help us. A random woman from the street helped us. No floor, no entrance to the building—nothing. It was very disappointing, but we were satisfied with the hotel."

"I had a really pleasant stay overall. My flight arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but after reaching out to the hotel, they kindly allowed me to check in early for a small fee (10,000 won per hour), which I really appreciated after a long trip. The room itself was very nice and cozy, and everything was spotless. One thing I especially loved was how quickly the hot water worked—it was instant and consistently great. Housekeeping did an excellent job as well. They were respectful of our personal belongings, which made me feel safe and comfortable, and they regularly took out the trash, replenished bath mats, and provided fresh water bottles. The location was also very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, bus stations within easy reach, and even a convenience store right in the lobby, which made everything super accessible. As for the downsides, the beds were a bit on the firm side, though it wasn’t a big issue for me since I spent most of my time out exploring. I did notice that there were no bath towels provided—only bath mats—and basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not included. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider coming back for the cleanliness, convenience, and thoughtful service. However, I would not recommend staying here if you’re planning to focus your activities in Seoul, as the location may not be the most convenient for that."
