"This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!"

"Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout."

"The hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel."

"A truly exceptional stay experience! From the moment we booked, the host, Guodong, was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions. The apartment itself was a haven—stylish, quiet, and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. We slept great and loved the bedroom and the living room 'that gives natural light. Highly recommended if you're looking for quality and great hospitality! We will stay here again on our next trip."

"The room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!"

"The place is really nice. It's really clean and comfy. Good for families as well. Sad that we were not able to enjoy the pool during the stay due to bad weather. Hopefully, soon, they will have motorcycle parking and more convenient stores."

Gordon and his assistant Ms Mary are very responsive and welcoming. Parking is just in front of the reception. The room and design is very lovely and modern. "All the staff and the management are very much approachable Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay."

"Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
