"The staffs are very helpful. Their security is good too. The view is amazing. Location is super. They have 711, Bank & ATM on the ground floor. On the second floor there is a Mini Chinese Supermarket, Pool, Gym, kids play area, a small shop which sells some clothing, a Cafe/Restaurant and a Malatang hhh. Quite a combo, you can get what you need. They also offer free rides to some places nearby. The only downside is that we found 2 rubbish bags under the cupboard that is not ours and the sink is not very clean. Others are acceptable. I’ll still consider it for my future stays. Hope they can improve the cleaning and make it smell fresher."

"Lovation is ideal if you’re traveling and needed a place close to airport. Staff were friendly. Nice big family room. Price was great and reasonable. No Safe for important valuables. The only downside and deal breaker was no elevator at all. You have to take stairs. We booked a family room and all units for family room are in the 5th floor, technically it’s in the 6th floor ( you have to take stairs to get to first floor). If you don’t mind taking stairs then thjs place is for you. No other amenities just a place to sleep."

"The air conditioning wasn't cold, and the water heater was broken, so there was no hot water. Construction started at 8 AM, with a power drill constantly drilling into the walls."

"Had a comfortable and relaxing stay here coming from the airport. Friendly and accommodating staff. A white friendly puppy will greet you in the entrance. You get what you paid for a fair price. Lots of convenience stores, food chains, restaurants, bank atm near the vicinity (less 5 mins walk). Will definitely recommend and will come back! 😉"

"2 stars only because first, the front desk staff were not even professional when talking to their hotel guests. Next, the bathroom had a water leak from the wall, and there was also a time when the water supply was cut off. Also, the room had no window, not even a hanger or a place to put clothes. There was a TV, but no Netflix just for display, and you still need to subscribe .And there was also a time when the keycard did not work, so we had to go back down to the front desk instead of being able to rest, which was quite inconvenient. Unlike other hotels with the same price or even cheaper, that offer complete amenities. In this hotel, it’s hard to understand the setup, and the lighting is also depressing since it’s all yellow."

"Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay."

"The cleanliness is superb and comfortable. Strong internet connection. The noise was tolerable because the location is obviously below the routes of airplanes. Will refer this hotel to others and maybe come back there in the next long vacation."

"The rooms are clean, the bathroom is correct without defects, the electrical appliances in working condition, the system is split too. There is a minus pen of the entrance door of room 503 unfit and here it will fall off. The staff is kind, but when checking, they asked for a large amount of deposit than the app, perhaps the app did not update the information. The cost is a little expensive , but the fact that there are almost no options in this area has to be suffered. Overall liked it."
