The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The location is also convenient for transportation, right next to a subway station. There are also many halal food options nearby due to its proximity to the mosque. Great value for money!

This hotel is really close to a mosque and halal food. If you want to go to Central Street, you can take Didi—it’s cheap and very convenient. It’s a really good deal for staying here, especially since we spent most of our time outside anyway, so we just came back to sleep. In my opinion, it’s a strategic choice and definitely worth repeating!

The environment is great, with a Wabi-sabi style. The quality is pretty good, and the whole room features a Tmall Genie smart system. The location is excellent, very close to the riverside and the Baroque district. The surrounding flower, bird, and fish market adds a lovely touch of local life. The service response is very prompt and enthusiastic! A few suggestions: there's a minor issue with the lighting control, as the reading light cannot be turned off independently. Also, the frame of the automatic curtain near the window is a bit prominent, and the sheer curtain cannot be closed separately.

Facilities: The elevators on the 3rd floor of the main hotel building are super photogenic. Cleanliness: The hotel room is clean and tidy. Environment: The hotel is right next to a scenic spot and very close to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff are very patient. The only minor drawback was during check-in, there was a person with shoulder-length short hair next to the front desk who was speaking very loudly and rudely, making it hard for me to hear the front desk staff. I hope this can be improved.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The king-size room was incredibly spacious, and the mattress was just perfect – not too soft, not too firm. I slept like a baby all night without any disturbances, and the pillows were at a great height, so my neck felt completely fine in the morning. The bedding was clean, pure cotton, soft to the touch, and had no strange odors. All the toiletries and fresh towels were neatly arranged, showing great attention to detail. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation; even with the windows closed, it never felt stuffy. The layout was well-planned, and the furniture wasn't cramped, making it easy to move around and pack/unpack. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water came on quickly and stayed at a consistent temperature. All the complimentary toiletries were of good quality, which was reassuring. The entire room was spotlessly clean, with no dust in the corners or on surfaces. The overall environment was tidy and inviting, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service was also incredibly thoughtful. They were responsive and had a gentle demeanor. Both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. This king-size room offers amazing value for money, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely be staying here again!

When choosing a hotel, hygiene is my top priority, and this place absolutely didn't disappoint! The room was bright and tidy, the bedding was all freshly changed, and the bathroom was spotless with a great wet/dry separation, making for a truly comfortable stay. The biggest pleasant surprise was the hotel's free parking; there was plenty of space, making parking super convenient, and the parking lot itself was clean and felt very secure. A real blessing for anyone traveling by car!

It's amazing to find a hotel with a Shanghai-style Republic of China retro theme in Harbin, and you can even rent a Qipao for photos! The hotel pays great attention to detail. The breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options, and everything is freshly made in the morning – you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. The staff are also incredibly warm and responsible. It was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of the pedestrian shopping street, just a few dozen meters from the entrance. It's situated on the south side of the Chinese Baroque Street. In the evening, the street comes alive with dazzling lights, countless shops, and a variety of delicious food and unique Chinese and Russian goods lining the alleys. After a tiring walk, it only takes a few minutes to get back to the hotel, truly offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The decor is classic and elegant, with solid wood doors and furniture that are both practical and odor-free. The room was cool and comfortable, a perfect antidote to a long day of shopping. Everything was clean and tidy, making for a safe and reassuring stay. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel experience!

For me it was difficult to see that everyone was smoking inside the hotel and in the rooms, even tho it was a sign next to the bed mentioning “not to smoke in bed” , they also have cigarettes to purchase on the bedside table haha, as a non smoker I never experienced this before. The reception staff is very nice and helpful :)) much appreciated!! The location is convenient Important for me: they don’t have a gym, when I entered there were so many things around: like clothing racks and a lot of stuff, felt more like a storage unit to me.
