"The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Saint Sophia Cathedral. There are plenty of convenient dining options and amenities nearby. The hotel service was also great; every staff member was enthusiastic. The hotel lobby offered various free snacks, and they even provided complimentary masks, hair ties, and band-aids, which made me feel very welcome. I especially want to mention that the handle of my suitcase broke, and the hotel's maintenance technician fixed it for me free of charge before I checked out. I'm really grateful for his kind help. This hotel offers incredible value for money in the area around Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Harbin! ๐"

"This hotel is the top choice if you're visiting the Harbin Ice and Snow World. The location is absolutely perfect; no more enduring the pain of being exhausted after a full day of fun and still having to take a taxi back to the hotel.
The hotel itself is really big, with a vintage decor and dim lighting. To be honest, walking around alone in the hotel felt a bit spooky ๐จ. Another thing is, because the hotel is so huge, and you're utterly drained after a day at Ice and Snow World, the next morning, dragging your tired, aching body across the carpet just to get breakfast feels like an impossible task. Plus, the restaurant is genuinely quite a trek from the guest rooms. It's utterly exhausting! ๐ฉ"

"Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect โ just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby ๐ถ)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out โ I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway ๐, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery โ I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices."

There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom.
There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room.
There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family.
The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures."

"Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here.
The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island.
A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road.
For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of.
Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious.
Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food.
Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left.
There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered.
Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night."

Loved the small things that they did to make it a pleasant experience, such as the complimentary local snacks and drinks, and night porridge. Best part is they had hot tea for you to unfreeze the moment you step out of the cold into their lobby. The location is great, just a short walk away from the main pedestrian street and shopping centres. The morning market is also just a short walk away. Highly recommend this hotel and am looking forward to staying again on my next trip to Harbin."

The room was very clean and quiet, and the bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping staff were also very responsible. __WeChat37292****Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!).
The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me ๐) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable!
The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow!
And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

The room facilities are complete, with a well-functioning water heater and reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to stream videos and upload photos without issues. The owner is a fantastic cook; their authentic Northeastern dishes like Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms, Di San Xian (stir-fried potato, pepper, and eggplant), and Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) were incredibly delicious, generously portioned, and affordable. They also provide free snow tubes, shovels, and other snow play tools, saving us the cost of rentals. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep to recharge. The owner even helped us book our return tickets, taking away any worries. It was a comfortable and stress-free stay, definitely the best value for money in Snow Valley!

It was exceptionally clean and very quiet, allowing me to finally get a much-needed good night's sleep. Thank you! I'll definitely be back. Given that Mudanjiang airport is currently under expansion and I was heading to Harbin, this hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect. Plus, they offer complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which is truly excellent!

GGuest UserAs a Heilongjiang native who hadn't been home in ten years, I was absolutely delighted with my stay. Our Harbin's service has truly gone up a huge notch! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff proactively upgraded us to a family room when they saw we had two children. The lobby security was so helpful, offering warm reminders, opening doors, and even helping me receive and open a package. The cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. And the hotel breakfast? Absolutely outstanding! I got to enjoy hometown dishes like cucumber with minced meat, fried hairtail, frozen pears, aspic, roasted chicken, and 'liurouduan' (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce). The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The environment, facilities, and service level are truly exceptional for a hotel in this price range โ and I mean that in comparison to what you get for the same money elsewhere. We were right next to Zhaolin Park, so the kids could come straight back and rest after playing on the ice. Sophia Cathedral was only a ten-minute walk, and Central Street just five minutes. All in all, it exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your efforts in making Harbin so charming! ๐

AAnonymous UserTo be honest, the hotels in Yabuli are a far cry from those in other ski resorts like Changbaishan, but this one is actually quite good. It's basically clean and comfortable, and compared to similar hotels like Atour, it offers more space and is on par in terms of quality. The only downside was that my first-floor room, specifically the bathroom near the window, was drafty, and for some reason, the water pressure was really low, so the water was just a trickle and not very hot. I reported it to the front desk, and they gave me a key card for the room next door on the first floor, but the issue persisted. Interestingly, the rooms on the second floor didn't have these problems; the water was hot and the pressure was good. On a positive note, Binzi, a hotel staff member, was right on time to pick me up at Yabuli West Railway Station. The hotel uses a GL8 for transfers to various attractions and ski resorts throughout Yabuli, and he also helped us book ski tickets and rent ski gear, which was really commendable and deserves praise.
