"The last stop of our Chinese New Year trip, and unexpectedly, it was the best one! The check-in experience was very satisfying. The hot springs were incredibly comfortable and felt great for the body. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, perfect for both adults and children. The hygiene was good, the service was enthusiastic, and the facilities were complete, making for a very comfortable stay. "Unexpectedly, I randomly booked this hotel and it turned out to be amazing! It's newly renovated, but there's no lingering smell of renovation. The front desk lady was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive. She even upgraded us to a deluxe standard room for free! The room was very clean, and the bedding was the white color I prefer, giving it a high-class feel, and it was super comfortable to lie on. In particular, when I checked in, a tall man with glasses at the front desk was very professional and thoughtful. He upgraded the room to a quieter direction because he was afraid of noise. "A perfect vacation experience! I was amazed by the castle-like exterior upon check-in, and the lobby was luxurious yet welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with bedding so soft I fell asleep instantly. The floor-to-ceiling windows also offered a panoramic view of Kunming. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, ranging from authentic Yunnanese 'Xiaoguo Mixian' to Western pastries. The entire place feels like a 'Little Kyoto' in Yunnan; the environment is absolutely beautiful, no wonder the little cat can sleep so adorably! I wish I could spend an entire day just appreciating the hotel. Service: The butler was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, patiently resolving every minor issue we brought up. We're very grateful and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

From her warm welcome during check-in to her proactive assistance with my luggage and recommendations for nearby restaurants, she was patient and attentive throughout, making me feel incredibly welcome. The room was furnished with soft, comfortable linens, and the bathroom was fully equipped with all the necessary toiletries, plus high-speed Wi-Fi and a high-definition TV, making it convenient for both rest and work. The gym and hot spring in the common areas were also clean and ready to use, perfectly meeting all my needs. This was an incredibly cost-effective stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended!

YYanjingyaFacilities: The bedding was subpar; the bed was too soft. Even though the butler kindly helped to switch it to another side, it was still very soft and didn't meet the standards I'd expect from a five-star hotel's bedding. The water pressure from the tap was extremely low, making showering quite a struggle. The hotel is very large with many buildings. Fortunately, they were very responsive to my special request and didn't assign me a room too far away, so it wasn't too much of a walk from the lobby. Breakfast: The breakfast was genuinely mediocre. There wasn't anything particularly outstanding or memorable to eat. Perhaps Kunming doesn't have many distinctive local delicacies to begin with. Hot Springs: They claimed to have hot springs, but in reality, it was just a small pool in the courtyard. When I checked it in the afternoon, it was only 38.5 degrees Celsius. Service: The hotel butler added me on WeChat beforehand and frequently checked in during my stay to see if I needed anything.

MM679462****I ordered takeout, but the hotel doesn't allow the deliveryman to deliver to the room because it was inconvenient for me, so I asked the front desk for help, and it was delivered to the room very quickly. When I asked the reason, the front desk guy told me that it was for the safety of the guests that the deliveryman was not allowed to go upstairs. The hotel has trained guests that if they need takeout to the room, they can help deliver it. The overall feeling of the hotel is good, and the service attitude is very good. When I checked in, I asked about the surrounding attractions and routes, and they explained it very patiently. The room internet connection was very fast, and I asked the waiter, who told me that each room has an independent dedicated line. The room feels clean, and you can swim, exercise, and take a hot spring bath. Since I had a lot of fun, I didn't have time to take a few photos of the hotel. I will take more photos after I check in next time.

Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant, the room cleaning, or the electric carts, everyone I encountered was incredibly warm and friendly. Everyone I met raised two little hands to greet me warmly, and they were always there to help. As a sentimental person, seeing six little waving hands as I left almost brought me to tears. AAliya0302It is definitely more wedding venue, more local oriented, very nice territory around, good for photoshoot and stuff , nice and friendly staff helped me a lot, but it was a bit confusing in general, like i booked it cause of hotsprings and outdoor pool, turns out you cannot use the outdoor pool and from all hot things was working only one stone bath. So basically we ended up in a very strange situation when 3 groups of people have or to wait in line to that bath or seat on each other. However Indoor pool was nice, big and clean, but bring your towel. The room itself is ...let's say not cosy and a lot reminded a changing room, probably cause of sink right next to the bed. So sum up, good place to have fun, massage, spa say, nice photos and so on, but maybe not a best place to stay for tourist.

DDavidOverall I was very impressed with the hotel the rooms are clean and pretty well appointed and the service was very efficient although perhaps reserved ( which is not a bad thing although I do personally like to see a few more smiles) I was there to play golf for three days and my family to explore Kunming and the hotel provided a good location to do exactly that. We enjoyed our stay and the attached golf course is impressive and I will certainly go back.

GGuest UserI originally wanted to book a twin room with a view, but it was no longer available. Ctrip helped coordinate a parent-child room. The view was not so good but it was convenient for a family to live in. The bathroom was very clean and the three plush toys were also clean. You can safely play with your children. There is a small picture book, the master bedroom has air conditioning, but the small bedroom does not, and the quilt is small and thin.
