"This is a newly built apartment hotel, and although it's close to the Sisu Village B&B we stayed at last time when visiting Changqiao Ocean Park, it offers significantly better value for money. Staying at Xinyu Hotel makes it very convenient to drive to Mount Putuo the next day. Breakfast can be eaten on-site or grabbed to go. The butler is very responsible; you can ask them about anything you need or how to plan your activities and dining, and their attitude is excellent. The duplex suite, Xinyu, is fantastic! It has a refrigerator, multiple bathrooms, a smart toilet, comfortable shower water, a very effective hairdryer, and central air conditioning. The sofa can even transform into a double bed, and with the unbeatable double balcony sea view, just staying at the hotel was incredibly pleasant and healing! My family all said the hotel exceeded their expectations, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we visit~"

"Knowing we had elderly people and children, we upgraded our room in advance. We also gave them complimentary fruit. The service was very nice. The hotel is in a great location, convenient for travel. The sea view room was beautiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. There's also a large outdoor pool on the 55th floor with a beautiful view. I'd definitely stay there again."

"The hotel service was excellent. The butlers proactively contacted me and set up a group chat, and every inquiry I had was promptly answered. There's a dedicated hotel shuttle (a Coaster bus) at the pier for transfers. Upon arrival, Butler Haixia and other staff immediately offered tea and coffee, asked about our travel plans, and then helped us plan our itinerary accordingly. They escorted us to our rooms, carried our luggage, and were very patient. The hotel's location is also superb. The rooms, thoughtfully designed by an interior decorator, offer stunning sea views directly from the window, making for a wonderful stay. On the first floor, there's a coffee shop, and right next to it is the Yuanzhiyuanwei restaurant, which makes dining very convenient. From the hotel, a left turn up the hill leads directly to the Nanhai Guanyin. In the evening, a stroll along the roadside outside the hotel, listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore, is incredibly relaxing."

"The beachfront location was nice. However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall, it was decent and good value for money."

Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions. The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets. The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates. The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach. As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence. Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it's just a minute's walk from Puji Temple. The hotel is quite large, and we were on the second floor. Our room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for a couple. Upon entering, there's a small living area, with the bedroom to the left and the bathroom to the right. The room's location was relatively quiet, with not many people passing by, and it was quite clean inside. I heard it was renovated about a year ago. We ordered the hotel breakfast, which was decent. The hotel also offers activities like sutra copying, incense ceremony, and tea ceremony. After copying sutras, someone even offered to read our Bazi (Eight Characters for destiny analysis). If you're not interested, you probably don't have to do it, as sutra copying and Bazi reading don't seem to be directly related."

The hotel provides each room with a butler service. Butler Xiao Hu is very attentive, from the early reservation of pick-up to the reminder of various details of check-in. "Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious."

"It's getting better and better for the 5th year. I was lucky to find this hotel. There is traffic control on Saturdays and Sundays. It takes a short distance to get off the boat and take the hotel pick-up. They will be sent to the pier every day 😀 Very satisfied. The service staff are older, but they are all very enthusiastic. The reception uncle is tall and will send the luggage to the room! It's a pity that I forgot to take a work card. Uncle Hua Haocheng who sent the way is very considerate and serious! You can enter the original flavor after eating downstairs and the fatigue of the day is satisfied. Reasonable price and thoughtful service. Let me stay!!!"

"We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced."
