"This wasn't my first time in Zhoushan, but it was my first time staying at the Silk Road. I was incredibly satisfied, and especially grateful to the Silk Road staff, including Xiaolu at the Silk Road front desk and Wang Lin and Zhang Mingju at the Haitiantai. We booked a family room this time, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn't much to sit on besides the bed. The chair was a little uncomfortable, but it would have been perfect if there were two comfortable single sofas. The dinner buffet was also very good, with a wide variety, so even if you didn't like something, you could find something else. The price of 198 is not bad, and children are free if you spend 120 or less. We also received complimentary hot spring tickets to the Haitiantai. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic. No matter what the problem was, they would first comfort us and then resolve it. After two days, I switched to Kaiyuan Senbo for my children's playtime. I regret it now; the Silk Road was my only choice. Facilities: There was less room for children to play. Cleanliness: The lobby seemed cleaned regularly. I wiped the table outside with a wet wipe, and it wasn't stained at all, indicating it had been cleaned recently. Service: Most of the staff were excellent. Dongsha Scenic Area Tour: Very convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning. Warm hot spring tickets for two: Excellent."

"This time, I traveled during the off-season and my room was upgraded to a sea-view room with a better view. The room was spacious and very clean. The twin room with one large and one small bed is also more friendly for families with two children. It was a very pleasant trip."

"This is a newly opened, trendy sea-view guesthouse in Zhujiajian, Putuo. Perched on a cliffside along Zhangzhou Road, it leverages Zhoushan Putuo's island tourism resources to create a sea-view accommodation that combines leisure, relaxation, and family fun, making it a new hotspot in Zhujiajian. The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the rooms are the main highlight. You can gaze out at the azure sea and green mountains right from your bed, watching boats slowly sail across the water. In the evening, the sunset paints the sea in a warm orange hue, creating a lovely ambiance. The ancient ship installation in the lobby echoes the island theme, and the public areas are open and spacious, perfect for capturing that island vacation vibe in every photo."

What really made the difference was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, always ready to help with anything we needed. "Very good hotel ! Excellent sea view, nice and cozy room with comfortable beds, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was quality and tasty. Also we like territory with hot springs, especially swimming pool with ideal temperature- it was so relaxing! "Well located close to the (paying) beach. The hotel requires a renovation in the public area and bathrooms (black traces of dampness on the walls, furniture broken, the carpet in public are was also peeling off, which you would not expect to see in a 4 stars hotel. The bedroom itself was renovated and the room itself is pretty big, though. Cleaning is also to be improved, we had a lot of sand left in the shower from the previous customers. There is no international breakfast, but the hotel is located close to the Westin (5mn walk) so you can go there. There is a parking below. Service is minimum, only one person at the reception desk, and no English-speaking staff."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location right by Zhujiajian Dongsha Bay. It's just a few minutes' walk to Dongsha Beach, and with your ID, you even get free entry, making it incredibly convenient for catching the sunrise in the morning or strolling along the beach in the evening. The hotel's architecture is grand and elegant, with beautifully landscaped gardens that provide perfect backdrops for vacation photos. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a soft down comforter and a mattress that was just right – I fell asleep instantly after a day of activities. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a large bathtub. The room was full of thoughtful touches, like coffee, a full selection of tea bags, and plush bathrobes. The dining experience was an even bigger surprise. The buffet breakfast at Zhiwei Restaurant exceeded all expectations, with clearly divided sections for Chinese and Western dishes. The freshly prepared Zhoushan seafood noodles were incredibly generous with ingredients; the yellow croaker, fresh shrimp, and clams were all fresh and succulent, and the broth was rich and flavorful. Sitting by the window, facing the ocean and enjoying the food to the sound of the waves, was pure bliss. The Chinese restaurant's local seafood dishes were also very authentic, with steamed hairtail and blanched shrimp retaining their original flavors, truly highlighting the natural sweetness of Zhoushan seafood. The service from Winky was attentive and professional, making me feel warmly welcomed from check-in. The front desk was efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully provided information about hotel facilities and local tips. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, leaving the room spotless. Traveling with children, Winky proactively prepared kids' amenities, making it a perfectly family-friendly stay. From the thoughtful care by the pool to the prompt responses in the restaurant, every detail made us feel right at home. The hotel facilities are also excellent. The indoor pool has crystal-clear water and is heated, so you can enjoy a swim year-round. It's a great place to relax and unwind, offering something for everyone. My stay at the Westin was thoroughly satisfying, from the environment and facilities to the service and dining."

"Booked for my elderly family member, and they were extremely satisfied with their sea-view stay! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and didn't sag, and the bathroom had a non-slip mat, which was a thoughtful touch. It's only a few minutes' walk to the beach. The staff were also incredibly friendly and attentive to detail. Highly recommended!"

"Booked a month in advance, it belongs to Dongsha Resort. The room is fully equipped and is a natural bar where you can stroll around and have fun. I bought breakfast next to Pinxiayuan for 48 yuan per person, which is good value for money. It has everything. I ate it for two days and the pumpkin and noodles are especially delicious. Opposite the hotel is the Westin Hotel, and across the Westin is Dongsha Beach, which costs 35 yuan per person and is suitable for traveling with children. Next time I come, I will book here again."
