"I was really impressed on my first visit. I stayed here for three days, and the room was huge with two levels—upstairs was a living area, and downstairs was the bedroom. There was a balcony with a really beautiful view. Even though our room didn’t have a washing machine, the hotel actually provided one for us to use for free. And it was super convenient to order food here. The staff were really excellent—they gave great recommendations and helped with everything. I really loved it and would definitely recommend that if you come to Zhoushan, you should stay here."

"We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced."

"It's getting better and better for the 5th year. I was lucky to find this hotel. There is traffic control on Saturdays and Sundays. It takes a short distance to get off the boat and take the hotel pick-up. They will be sent to the pier every day 😀 Very satisfied. The service staff are older, but they are all very enthusiastic. The reception uncle is tall and will send the luggage to the room! It's a pity that I forgot to take a work card. Uncle Hua Haocheng who sent the way is very considerate and serious! You can enter the original flavor after eating downstairs and the fatigue of the day is satisfied. Reasonable price and thoughtful service. Let me stay!!!"

"1. The hotel's overall design is full of Zen, very quiet, and you feel refreshed as soon as you arrive. 2. Although it's an older establishment, the facilities and equipment are well-maintained and quite user-friendly. I especially liked that the guest room areas have blackout curtains, providing a good sense of privacy. 3. The hotel's one-stop butler service is very attentive, especially Butler Xiao Shi. From check-in and reception, to introducing the surrounding area, to thoughtfully asking if we needed any help, to actively resolving any issues – it all demonstrated the team's professionalism and attentiveness. A huge thumbs up! 4. The hotel's location is also quite good, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommended!"

"This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it's just a minute's walk from Puji Temple. The hotel is quite large, and we were on the second floor. Our room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for a couple. Upon entering, there's a small living area, with the bedroom to the left and the bathroom to the right. The room's location was relatively quiet, with not many people passing by, and it was quite clean inside. I heard it was renovated about a year ago. We ordered the hotel breakfast, which was decent. The hotel also offers activities like sutra copying, incense ceremony, and tea ceremony. After copying sutras, someone even offered to read our Bazi (Eight Characters for destiny analysis). If you're not interested, you probably don't have to do it, as sutra copying and Bazi reading don't seem to be directly related."

"This established hotel truly stands out for its ambiance and service! Its location is superb; a bus stop is right at the entrance, making it convenient to go anywhere. Fayu Temple is just a 3-minute walk away, and Qianbu Beach is a short stroll further. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, including complimentary souvenirs, fresh fruit, and soft drinks. A special highlight was on our last day: when we were heading to Luojia Mountain, they helped transport our luggage to the pier. The timing was impeccably coordinated, not a minute was wasted. I want to extend a special thank you to the hotel. My mother accidentally sprained her ankle while coming down the mountain. I only asked for some ice to apply, but upon learning of the situation, the front desk immediately arranged for room service to deliver Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine) to us. We were incredibly grateful, as this ensured my mother's foot received prompt treatment. By the next day, there was only a faint bruise, no swelling, and it didn't affect her walking at all. "The beachfront location was nice. However, we found a few small bugs on my son's bed, possibly because we opened the window, which made me restless all night, constantly feeling like there were bugs in the bed. The customer service lady was very good; she immediately offered to change our room. But when checking out, the front desk didn't believe us about the bugs and even suggested we had opened the window, which left a bad taste in our mouths. Overall, it was decent and good value for money."

"The room was quite comfortable, and the overall experience was good with excellent service. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying luggage a bit difficult. They offer hotel shuttle service, and I even received a small gift when checking out. The hotel's location and environment are both very good; it's a tasteful place. If you have high standards for your accommodation, this is a great choice on Putuoshan. The breakfast was just average, but considering the location and setting, it was acceptable. "The location is excellent, right by the pier, just a five-minute walk away. They also offer luggage storage, which is super convenient. The staff even helped carry our bags to the room, which we really appreciated. On our first day, we checked in early, left our luggage at the hotel, and immediately started exploring. If you're heading to Luojia Mountain the next morning, just ask the front desk. They'll issue a pass for staff to escort you through a VIP boat channel, so you don't have to wait – incredibly convenient. The bedding was decent, though the duvet was a bit thin. I'm not sure if it's because summer just ended. Since the room faces the road, you can hear people passing by in the morning, but the prime location more than makes up for all of that."
