They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. The race lasted two days, and we booked two double rooms, arriving at the VOCO Hotel around noon on March 13th. The moment we stepped into the hotel, our spirits lifted instantly. The hotel is brand new, with a simple yet tasteful design, and it’s located right by the sea. The expansive ocean view from our room window truly exceeded our expectations. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Over the next two days, we also dined at the hotel restaurant and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and perfectly arranged, offering both comfort and quality. However, what truly touched us was the heartwarming gesture on the last day. The race finished at 3:00 PM on March 15th, which was more than two hours past the original check-out time. We were a bit hesitant, but we decided to ask the front desk if they could be flexible for race participants. A front desk staff member named Bambi, after understanding our situation, enthusiastically helped us secure a late check-out until 4:00 PM. That moment was truly moving. After the race, being able to take a hot shower made us feel instantly 'fully recharged,' ready to embark on the next leg of our journey with renewed energy. "The hotel is relatively new and has a very zen design. The only downside is the terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the room next door, and since our room was quite close to the restaurant, I was woken up around 6 AM by the clear sounds of people going to breakfast and talking. The hotel's restaurant is definitely worth recommending; we ate there three times during our two-day, one-night stay."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."
