"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"When you visit Mount Putuo, don't just focus on offering incense. Remember to set aside half a day for some photos. Pray beneath the Nanhai Guanyin statue, listen to the waves at Qianbu Beach, and let the red walls and yellow tiles frame your shots against the sea breeze. Whether you're in plain clothes or a monk's robe, you'll get great pictures. There's no need for elaborate poses; the curve of your fingers as you hold incense or the serene look in your eyes when you glance back, these are the most authentic expressions of Zen. This trip allows you to not only make wishes but also to capture a piece of yourself amidst the mountains and sea."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"I really have to praise the environment of this hotel! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, yet it's not noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. Although it's an older establishment, the facilities and equipment are well-maintained and quite user-friendly. I especially liked that the guest room areas have blackout curtains, providing a good sense of privacy. 3. The hotel's one-stop butler service is very attentive, especially Butler Xiao Shi. From check-in and reception, to introducing the surrounding area, to thoughtfully asking if we needed any help, to actively resolving any issues – it all demonstrated the team's professionalism and attentiveness. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. "A group of four of us traveled from Shenzhen to Zhoushan Putuo for the Putuo Yueye Trail DongHai—a highly anticipated UTMB World Series event. The race lasted two days, and we booked two double rooms, arriving at the VOCO Hotel around noon on March 13th. The moment we stepped into the hotel, our spirits lifted instantly. The hotel is brand new, with a simple yet tasteful design, and it’s located right by the sea. The expansive ocean view from our room window truly exceeded our expectations. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff, who were incredibly patient and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Over the next two days, we also dined at the hotel restaurant and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and perfectly arranged, offering both comfort and quality. However, what truly touched us was the heartwarming gesture on the last day. The race finished at 3:00 PM on March 15th, which was more than two hours past the original check-out time. We were a bit hesitant, but we decided to ask the front desk if they could be flexible for race participants. A front desk staff member named Bambi, after understanding our situation, enthusiastically helped us secure a late check-out until 4:00 PM. That moment was truly moving. After the race, being able to take a hot shower made us feel instantly 'fully recharged,' ready to embark on the next leg of our journey with renewed energy. This kind of thoughtfulness and proactive problem-solving truly made us feel special. VOCO Hotel not only boasts impressive facilities but also memorable service. "The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland."

"This hotel is super convenient! It's about a 10-minute walk to Pujisji Temple, and right across the street, you'll find a commercial area, supermarket, and a free shuttle to the pier. Perfect for visiting temples, getting around, and dining. I've been staying here for over ten years now. Last night, I wasn't sure what to order at the hotel restaurant, but Zhu Min, one of the service staff, warmly recommended the local specialty Zhoushan hairtail, and it was delicious! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again. The osmanthus rice cakes I had for lunch the next day were also very tasty."
