"I stayed on the island for a night before, and the prices there were really steep and not worth it. So this time, I decided to try staying by the pier, and I definitely made the right choice! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is perfect for couples, families, or even those traveling with kids. The hotel itself is large and very clean, and the surrounding area has all the amenities you could need. I really love it here!"

"Very good accommodation experience, the room is very new. When we checked in, Ms. Lin at the front desk was very attentive. She found that we needed a family room more, so she changed it for us to the executive floor, which was very quiet and comfortable. When we checked out, Mr. Jin helped arrange a driver to take us to the pier, which was also very touching. The hotel has a fixed shuttle bus to the bus station, airport and pier, and you need to contact the hotel one hour in advance. The breakfast is very rich. Next to it is Kaihong Plaza, which is a one-stop shop for eating, drinking and shopping. There is also a RT-Mart supermarket, which is very convenient for buying snacks, drinks and yogurt"

"My stay at this hotel was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the basic room service and overall environment to the executive lounge, every detail was meticulously handled, far exceeding my expectations. I genuinely want to recommend it to everyone traveling. Upon arrival, I immediately felt a strong sense of sincerity. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in efficiently without any delays. They patiently answered all my questions about travel and local attractions with a polite and friendly demeanor, making me feel comfortable as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant decor. The lighting was perfectly balanced, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Whether in the lobby lounge or the corridors, everything was spotless, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The overall environment was quiet and pleasant, without any noisy disturbances, ensuring maximum comfort. My room experience was equally great. The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and tidy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep without any discomfort. The room was well-equipped, with the air conditioning and bathroom facilities all functioning normally. The toiletries were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with proper wet-dry separation. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, even cleaning every corner and crevice. Having such a peaceful resting space truly showed the hotel's dedication and professionalism in every detail. The biggest surprise of my stay, and what I most want to highlight, was the hotel's Executive Lounge. The lounge had an elegant and private atmosphere with exquisite, high-quality decor. The expansive views from the window seats were lovely, and the overall vibe was quiet and therapeutic. It was perfect for relaxing, a quick work break, or chatting with friends. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations. The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation."

"The location of the hotel is relatively close to the Guanyin Fajie. This time it is because I plan to go to the Guanyin Fajie to see it. In fact, it is a bit inconvenient, it is quite far from the pier, and the hotel does not have its own shuttle bus, and the number of trains is very small. The hotel breakfast is very good, delicious, very rich, the cooking is generally produced, because the heavy rain and preparation for the outlying island, at noon to deal with a mouthful. Facilities: The overall setting is very new, the decoration is modern, the bedding is very good, the pillow mattresses are very comfortable, and the night is good. The room is very spacious and the hair dryer is Dyson's. Hygienic: The sanitary environment has nothing to say, very good Environment: The overall environment is good, the scenery is beautiful, the decoration is exquisite Service: The service is average, there is no welcome at the door, no one takes luggage. The whole is very indifferent, no one adds water to the meal, and no waiters can be seen. Compared with other five-star hotels, the service feels very general, and I can give 3 and a half stars."

"The Kaihong Plaza business district has excellent amenities. Dingdang provided exceptional service, always ready to help. The guest room was beautifully decorated with crane paintings, creating a serene ambiance, and the Song-style lighting added a touch of luxury. At 30 square meters, the room was spacious and airy. The wishing tree and red prayer plaques were perfect for photos. Dingdang's smiling service was attentive throughout. This newly renovated Song-style Zen hotel, opening in 2026, offers tranquility and comfort, ideal for relaxation."

"I pre-purchased a hotel package voucher from Ctrip. The front desk staff was very nice; since it was off-season, they helped upgrade us to a sea-view room. The concierge was also very friendly. The hotel has a scheduled shuttle service to and from Wuzhizhou Pier, which is very convenient. Room: Very spacious with a balcony, perfect for enjoying the view. The bathroom area was huge, which was a big plus. Facilities: The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made pancakes and seafood noodles, which were quite unique. The Western cuisine was standard for a five-star hotel. There's an outdoor pool, but it wasn't open during the off-season."

"✨A treasure for parent-child travel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai! Super warm baby-walking experience at Zhoushan Pelican Hotel✨ Driving from Shanghai for 4 hours directly to Zhoushan Pelican Hotel, this parent-child trip is simply worth it! Before departure, I mentioned the child’s birthday to the housekeeper Wu Juan, and she was very considerate to reserve a super dreamy hot air balloon theme room for us~ When we arrived at 11:30 late at night, the spacious room with a living room instantly dispelled the fatigue of the journey. The next morning, the child could still do homework quietly on the round table, which did not delay the learning progress at all. It is very friendly to families with school-age children! On my daughter’s birthday, after communicating with the housekeeper Juan, my daughter wanted a room with a bathtub, and paid the difference to upgrade the tree house luxury suite~ The design of two bedrooms + small living room, the family of four lives very comfortably! I bought birthday decorations online in advance and asked the housekeeper to help decorate. When I came back from the Ocean World, the room had turned into a super romantic birthday party scene! This feeling of being treated with care is so warm~ The surrounding area of the hotel is a paradise for baby walking! The three theme venues of Ocean World, Water World and Rainforest World are so fun that the kids don't want to leave~ The Mermaid Shanhai Banquet for dinner, two mermaid performances every day are amazing! The 3-day and 2-night itinerary is full. Zhoushan Pelican Hotel is definitely the ceiling for parent-child travel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. I will come again next time! 💖"

"I have to say that this homestay is beyond my expectations. The environment does not say that there is a swimming pool with purification equipment! The room decoration is very careful, the toilet is actually a smart toilet for toto, the knife of Zhoushan seafood stall is a bit fast, so the boss suggested that we do not go to the barbecue, the mutton skewers provided in the store, the beef skewers are also delicious, and the prawns are fresh and sweet. The most important thing is that the proprietress is very enthusiastic and helps us buy crabs and bring them back to Shanghai. Don't worry about being pitted. In addition, the fishing guys can find the boss. He has a boat! ! It is said to be a fish idiot, but unfortunately I didn't bring a fish rod this time. The boss and his wife are successful people, and hope to have the opportunity to live in their homestay by other seas. Two orders, review again!"

"I arrived quite late, and the hotel kindly upgraded me to a suite. The room was huge, with two bathrooms, so two people could use it without disturbing each other – it was so comfortable! The water pressure was excellent, and the temperature was constant. Plus, the bubble bath before showering was incredibly relaxing. What I loved most were the pillows; they even had latex pillows, which were exactly what I like, and I slept wonderfully. The hotel is newly opened, so the service was naturally exceptional. After breakfast, I enjoyed tea and sunshine in the courtyard outside – such a pleasant day!"
