"The hotel's location is great, very close to the ferry terminal, about a 10-yuan taxi ride. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. It's also super close to Putuoshan Airport, just a 7-minute Didi ride away. The hotel service is excellent as well; even though it's a guesthouse, the cleaning staff are very meticulous. It's a row of connected villas 🏠. The main advantage is the lovely environment. The only drawback is that if there are other guests in the same villa, the soundproofing isn't the best, but everything else is pretty good."

"I stayed here from Dec 24–26, 2025. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. I gave it high marks for cleanliness and a good score for service and facilities, which reflects my experience. The room was tidy and the free hot breakfast was a nice touch, making mornings easier. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when asked questions. However, one downside was the location felt a bit spread out from the main shopping and eating streets. I found myself walking quite a long way to get to stores, restaurants, and local sights, which was tiring, even though there are places nearby, they’re not always as close as I expected."

"Compared to the guesthouses in Zhujiajian that easily cost at least a thousand yuan per night, I highly recommend this place. The hotel is new and clean. I was traveling with my whole family, and the loft layout was perfect for a family trip. The hotel is close to Wugong Temple Wharf, which is very convenient for our trip to Putuo Mountain. It's easy to get to the wharf by taxi or car. The hotel offers free parking, but charging stations for electric vehicles are a bit limited. There's a watermelon stand right next to the parking lot, which was really convenient for buying watermelons on the way back. It's a bit far to Nansha Island; even driving without traffic takes about half an hour. However, it's close to restaurants in the city center, so I'm satisfied."

"The waters around Zhoushan have been so blue lately! I booked this hotel for a friend because I've personally stayed here several times before. Its location is super convenient – just about a five-minute drive from the airport, and the Putuoshan ferry terminal is right across the street. It's also close to the beach. The hotel staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I truly hope they continue to maintain such high standards!"

"This was my second stay here. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Puji Temple, and within walking distance of the bus stop. The staff are very proactive and enthusiastic, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the pier. The hotel's buffet lunch is a definite highlight – it's great value for money, especially compared to the 25 yuan plain noodles on the commercial street next door. My only minor complaint this time was that I stayed in a non-main building, and the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear mobile phone videos from the next room, and unfortunately, some inconsiderate guests were singing loudly and jumping around even close to 11 pm. I suggest the hotel look into improving this. Overall, it's still a very good hotel, especially for weekday stays outside of public holidays."

"For my business trip to Zhoushan, I chose the Hampton by Hilton Zhoushan Xin Cheng, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The lobby facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The room features smart voice control, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. I'm very satisfied. Recommended!"

"This was my third trip to Putuoshan, and my first time booking this hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and I slept very comfortably. There were no unpleasant odors, it was quiet, and the bedding was also very clean and tidy. Getting around is very convenient; it's not far by car. The surrounding area is a residential area with complete amenities, and it's easy to find restaurants nearby. They even have robots delivering takeout. The hotel has ample parking spaces, and there are staff managing the charging stations, so you don't have to worry about parking spaces being full and not being able to charge your electric car. This undoubtedly makes electric car travel more convenient. My husband said he'd book this hotel again next time, so we won't have to waste time looking for charging stations."

"The first time I set the wrong date, I communicated with the boss and rebooked the room for the next day. After the boat arrived, the brother picked up the luggage at the pier. It was quite close to the hotel for three or four minutes. It was quite convenient to walk for too long. There is a yard at the entrance of the hotel with a good view. "This is a awesome hotel! Very clean and the amenities are good! Just that it is not as advance or high tech as some of the boutique hotels that were build in the recent years. It is a kids friendly and family oriented hotel. It has games and stuff for kids and spa, gym, swimming facilities - very resort. The hotel is made up of various theme rooms and located at different area. Free buggy rides from 1 area to another and access to private beach The staff are friendly and helpful and flexible to making changes. I would love to come here again if i ever visit zhoushan!"

"Lovely location, we stayed in a room with a Seaview. The view from the balcony was truly beautiful, we ate at the Westin (they offer a breakfast and dinner buffet), they also have a vegetarian restaurant behind the main restaurant area. Definitely recommend this option for meals, the quality is great and the buffet is from 530pm - 9pm. Access buffet tickets through scanning the code, don’t let people trick you into buying tickets at higher prices, ask for the QR code/ mini program to buy meal vouchers. We were tricked into buying meal vouchers through the hotel as we arrived for a slightly higher price. Then soon learnt that you can buy them for cheaper on their mini program! Beach access - locals need to show ID and pay 10rmb. Although we had mostly cloudy days, the environment is very comfortable and the food from the Westin was delicious."
