"I originally booked a garden-view king room, but upon arrival, I was upgraded to a mountain-view hot spring king room. The room had a minimalist white style, very bright, and the facilities weren't old at all. Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic. Being on the first floor was very convenient for the kids to go swimming (the water park was just a few steps outside the door). The only slight inconvenience was getting to the lobby or the restaurant from this room, as this floor only serviced elevators 5 and 6, which made it a bit of a roundabout trip. There's a shallow swimming pool (around 1 meter deep) that's perfect for kids 👶🏻, along with two smaller splash areas with slides 🛝, and a deeper infinity pool. Plenty of clean towels and tea/water refills were available everywhere. The hotel also has a small indoor ball pit, a small outdoor sandy area, and an arcade (the hotel provided 60 complimentary tokens). They also gave us vouchers for a boat ride and bicycle rental. During the summer, you could even play games to accumulate points for small gifts. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style at the Western restaurant. The variety was quite comprehensive, with sushi, sashimi, hot and cold dishes, and seafood – plenty to choose from. The beef slices and dendrobium soup were pretty good. For breakfast, there was congee, noodles, and rice. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. My butler, Youpi, who helped me with check-in, was very attentive and patient, explaining everything in detail and handling issues promptly."

"Having stayed at other Ramada hotels before, I chose the Ramada for my trip to Longmen. It was a truly remarkable choice. This hotel is arguably the best in Longmen County, with excellent amenities. The guest rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The views overlooking Zengjiang River and Fenta Mountain Forest Park were particularly stunning. The staff were warm and courteous, and deserve praise. They even provided complimentary milk and fruit every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, which I highly recommend. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free. A souvenir was also given upon departure. Having visited many county towns, I rarely find a hotel this good and this value-for-money. Highly recommended."

"This time, I booked the Peter Pan family room (this themed room is an end unit). The room was quite spacious, with toys and a hot spring, which my child absolutely loved! 👍 Cons: There was a musty smell in the corridor and some damaged areas. (P.S. There are only four elevators, so the wait can be very long when it's crowded on Fridays.) The front desk service was mediocre. When checking in, I asked for help to combine beds and install a bed rail, and the front desk staff told me: 'Call the guest service center once you're in your room.' 🤦‍♀️ The room's cleanliness was average; we found hair on the toys, clearly not cleaned. The bathroom floor and walls also looked a bit yellow. Perhaps it's because the hotel has been open for a while..... Also, there's a paid amusement park that costs 85 for all-day unlimited entry (it's very small; the hotel's free one is even smaller). When buying tickets, the staff didn't tell us about a 48 single-entry option, so the pricing felt opaque... Pros: The hot spring and water facilities are in the building next door. This building seems to be newly built, and it's cleaner than the hotel itself. 👍 There's free tea and watermelon within the resort. That's a plus! 👍 We went on a Thursday during the summer, so the crowds weren't too bad, and the water park attractions were a good experience (suitable for young children and seniors; my middle schooler found it boring). 👍 The buffet breakfast and dinner had a good variety, and the quality was decent (the breakfast rice rolls were delicious! The soy sauce was essential!). 👍 Overall, for this price and experience during peak season, it was okay. 😄"

"Dora at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged room 510 for us, which faced the pool with a great view. The stay was very pleasant. The sink was leaking, and they offered to change our room. However, since we were traveling with a child and had already put on disposable bed sheets, we didn't want to move. We contacted Dora, and she quickly arranged for someone to fix it. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. Although dinner didn't have much seafood, it was actually quite friendly for our child who has a seafood allergy, haha! 😆"

"I didn't pay attention to the room type when I first placed the order. We were a family of three traveling. The front desk staff saw that we had a lot of luggage (because the child is small, so we also travel with a lot of things), and they helped us upgrade to a suite for free, which made the child's stay even more enjoyable. To be honest, this one-bedroom apartment is quite comfortable. I will come back for a good vacation after the National Day holiday. "Before going, I was a bit apprehensive after reading many reviews, as opinions on the hygiene conditions were quite polarized. However, my daughter and her friends were set on the abundant water and indoor children's play facilities, which none of the nearby hotels could match. So, I bit the bullet and booked it! I even prepared for the worst: bringing my own bedding, toilet seat covers, and even toilet paper, in case the room hygiene was too poor... Upon opening the room door, I quickly scanned the room and bathroom and felt it was decent. Although it had a dated feel, everything was about 80-90% clean, which was pretty good. The only issue was that it was a holiday, so there were many people, and room cleaning was slow. Our cheapest room type was ready by around 3 PM, but my friend's room, which had an indoor hot spring tub, wasn't ready until 4 or 5 PM. It turns out, with the hot springs downstairs, we didn't even use the tub. There was a surprise! Our room was on the second floor, and fireworks were being set off right below us, the kind that launch high and explode with a loud bang. They were incredibly close to our balcony, practically exploding right in front of it. I closed the balcony glass door, worried a stray firework might come in, but the fireworks display was beautiful to watch, albeit a bit dangerous... 😓 They kept going until well past 11:30 PM, constantly exploding. If you're timid or sensitive to noise, it would have been quite a fright. Worth a second visit."

"It's been a long time since I've written a review, but this hotel definitely deserves one. First, the service is impeccable. There are dedicated parking spaces right at the entrance, and staff were quick to unlock them for me. Replenishments for the room also arrived within ten minutes. Regarding cleanliness, I didn't find any dirty spots throughout the entire hotel; it was very clean, and the room was no exception. As for the facilities, they are excellent and comprehensive. I was looking for a place to relax this week, and the hotel completely delivered. It has everything: a private hot spring in the room, the hotel pool, and amenities like billiards, card games, and KTV. Overall, the experience was fantastic. It's perfectly suitable for couples, friends, or family trips! 👍👍"
