"1. **Cleanliness**: Not very clean. The coffee table in the room was really dirty; I had to wipe it myself right after checking in. There was also dust in several spots that hadn't been cleaned.
2. **Environment**: It was okay. The lake outside on the farm smelled a bit, but there were two pavilions built by the inner lake, complete with black swans. The 'Golden Waterfall' also spouts water at night.
3. **Dining**: The Chinese restaurant was incredibly bad. We ordered six dishes, and every single one was unappetizing. On top of that, the service was very slow; our last dish arrived only after we had finished everything else (though we did manage to cancel it). We went to a local farmhouse restaurant the next day, and it absolutely blew this hotel's Chinese restaurant out of the water.
4. **Room**: The hotel is relatively new, and the room looked quite modern. However, the details were lacking. For example, the light by the entrance was sensor-activated, only turning on when the door opened. There's a mirror by the door for checking your appearance and changing shoes, and the lack of light there was really inconvenient. For a room type costing over 2,000, the hairdryer felt like something bought for 5 RMB on Pinduoduo. It was one of those flimsy, foldable hairdryers from 20 years ago. For such an expensive hotel and room, if not a Dyson, at least a Laifen, right? The bedding for the children's bed looked like it hadn't been replaced in a long time; there were holes in the sheets.
5. **Hot Springs**: Most of the hot spring pools weren't warm enough. Even the swimming pool in the hot spring area had cold water, making it useless in winter. I'm not sure what purpose an outdoor pool serves in a hot spring area when it's completely empty. The hot springs do offer free meals, and the grotto hot spring is somewhat unique.
Parking was great; no registration needed to exit. They also upgraded my room for free. Overall, there isn't much to do, it's pretty average."

"Our company held a team-building event and booked 10 rooms. The rooms were quite spacious, with balconies, a karaoke room, a mahjong room, and a billiards table. There was a lounge area in the lobby. The hotel had a great overall environment and excellent service. The owner even arranged breakfast for us, which was quite good. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel service was excellent, especially Momo, who proactively introduced many activities like archery, go-karting, and the mini-train, providing details on times and important notes with great patience. This hotel is perfect for family trips. There are numerous swimming pools, climbing facilities, and slides for children. They even have two deer, two peacocks, and a park with many parrots and small birds. The evening fireworks show and bonfire party were also very nice. Most guests bring their children here, and even with the hotel at full capacity, Momo's service remained incredibly patient, which speaks volumes about the hotel's excellent management. It's definitely worth visiting with your family!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, and the hotel was exceptionally considerate of families with children, from room setup to dining arrangements, all catering to kids' preferences. "The private hot spring pool in the first room overflowed from the floor drain outside. We were moved to a second room, where the curtains were broken, and since it was on the ground floor facing the public swimming pool, people could easily look in. At this point, they claimed they had no other rooms available and gave me a third room, which was ten square meters smaller than what I originally booked. They argued for a long time and were reluctant to refund the price difference. The process for getting a refund was also very unclear. Their staff were extremely inexperienced. It took them all evening to process a 50 RMB refund. When we moved to the second room, the staff helped us with our luggage, but when we moved to the third room, the staff just handed us the key card and left without any assistance. After three or four hours of hassle, all they offered was a 50 RMB compensation for financial loss and a smaller room, with no other apologies or compensation. The breakfast selection was very limited, the restaurant was tiny, packed with people, and the aisles were crowded, making it impossible to find a seat. Staff also didn't proactively set up cutlery on newly vacated tables; guests had to get it themselves. I will definitely not be returning."

"Having stayed at Ramada hotels in other cities and loved them, I chose this one without hesitation when I visited Longmen. The hotel's location is excellent, and underground parking is convenient for getting around. The river view room was stunning, the room and bathroom were enormous, and the decor was nice and clean. The only downside was the carpet, which showed signs of wear and tear. The room also had an air purifier, which was surprising in Longmen. I used it for one night and the quality was excellent. It seems the air in Longmen is pretty good. This is a great choice for a vacation."

"The family-friendly facilities are absolutely top-notch, all custom-made and designed with families in mind. Kids can play on the 5th and 6th floors, while adults can enjoy the hot springs on the 3rd and 4th floors. This overall design is very well thought out, balancing adults' relaxation needs with freeing them from the hassle of looking after children.
Hygiene: The water in the pools is cleaned regularly every day, and refilled fresh each morning. This is highly commendable, as many hot spring hotels don't manage to do this.
Environment: The environment is excellent. There are many 'Guochao' (Chinese chic) streets, mini-games, robot dog battles, and family activities, making the entertainment options incredibly rich and fulfilling.
Service: The hot spring center offers unlimited self-service wellness teas and fruits, and the service is very attentive.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Firstly, for family guests, there are too few chairs in the room – only one is provided. This makes it very inconvenient for resting or eating in the room. I suggest adding another chair. Secondly, the water pressure in the shower isn't strong enough, so it's hard to feel completely relaxed when showering. Compared to other Wyndham and Hanting hotels, the attention to detail here falls short. Thirdly, outside food delivery cannot be brought directly to the room door, which is a major drawback. Most other hotels have long solved this issue with delivery robots, and for a family-friendly hotel, it's surprising that this one hasn't kept up with the times. Fourthly, given the large number of guests, more attention needs to be paid to the capacity and food display for the buffet dinner and breakfast to avoid long queues. For example, the preserved egg and lean pork congee and fish fillet congee could be cooked in a large pot once and placed in a dedicated spot for guests to serve themselves, instead of having someone slowly stew small batches, which wastes time. These aspects all need further refinement and improvement.
Overall, the hotel's dedication to its family park combined with the hot springs is quite impressive. It feels like the hotel has put a lot of creativity and thought into the design of the family park. It's definitely a hotel worth revisiting and experiencing again."

"The rooms are decent. The twin beds aren't too small; a parent and a child can comfortably sleep in one. The hot spring area is excellent, with pools both uphill and downhill. Soaking in the pools on the mountain is very relaxing. They even have herbal, red wine, and milk baths. What I recommend most is the kids' play area. I think it's even better than places like Neobio. There are lots of climbing structures and slides, fun even for adults. The breakfast is just okay, but the à la carte Chinese restaurant is delicious and not expensive."

"During the Qingming Festival, I went to Huizhou to soak in hot springs and eat fresh bamboo shoots. The hotel has a good green environment. There is also a large tatami room in the private soup room. The family had a lot of fun playing poker on the tatami at night. The room is large and can accommodate a family of three or four. There is a butler service. Just contact the butler if you need it or check out. The hotel's breakfast is Chinese, with snacks such as steamed beef balls, and a noodle stall. The taste is better than Baodao 😆 (maybe other people's comments on the breakfast are not good and lower my expectations). There are many delicious farm dishes around. I plan to come again next spring. I hope that the road at the door will be completely repaired by then."

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserA very distinctive homestay in Nankun Mountain. There was light rain and heavy fog on the day of check-in, and the temperature dropped, so we could only stay in the room and the study. The photos were not good. There was a TV and a piano in the lobby public area. The second floor of the lobby was a restaurant. There was a small activity space near the swimming pool. To be honest, the experience was generally not much to play. There was no pool in the room. The duplex wooden house was quite small, and there were not many places to put things, let alone activity space. The decoration was a simple business hotel. The only highlight was the shower gel. The service was generally good. The hygiene was good. There were glutinous rice balls for supper in the evening, and fairy wands were also given. The breakfast was simple. There were a la carte dishes, hot pot and barbecue for dinner. We ordered a la carte for more than 400 yuan, and the portion was not enough. Finally, I would like to thank the housekeeper Xiao Cai for his all-round care and help.

To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

GGuest UserAlthough it is raining, it does not affect the children's fun. After the rain, the air in Guwei Village is fresh. The B&B staff are considerate and provide wind chimes for children. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is also a library on the first floor. The decor is very tasteful. The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great!
I would like to make a small suggestion. The table in the room is a bit small and not easy to put things on. It is recommended to put a larger table in such a large room.

GGuest UserWe had a thouroughly enjoyable 2 day stay with our children in this surprising resort. The hot springs area is quite extensive featuring many pools with different curative qualities, steam baths etc. The area is beautiful with abundant nature, mountains and bamboo forests. There is also a friendly town neighbouring the resort. The greatest asset is the extremely friendly and helpful staff who made our stay unforgettable.

I booked the Longmen Longwan Hotel early. Because I arrived late that day, the front desk still welcomed me warmly
The room also had warm reminders for the marathon and sent fruits
The next day, breakfast was also opened in advance for runners, and there was a free shuttle bus to the gymnasium
The hotel is not new, but the room is clean and odorless, and the rooms on the roadside can also see the river view of Zengjiang
