"The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable. The check-in service was excellent, and when the front desk learned it was our child's birthday, they thoughtfully arranged for a cake to be delivered to our room in the evening. We stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the hotel even hosted a garden party that night, which our child thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay; the room was spacious and comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the plunge pool in our chosen room type was a bit small; it would have been perfect if it were larger!"

"I went with friends to relax and have some fun. The service was great, and the environment was really nice. The only minor inconvenience was having to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries, and the room had a bit of an odor, but these were minor issues. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also delicious and completely exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money."

"Our butler, Bailey, who was handling our service for this trip, had a great attitude 👍. Whenever we had questions, he responded promptly and arranged for customer service to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by the room's environment and facilities after check-in. It was spacious enough, providing ample room for our little one to play. The balcony also featured two large hot tubs; they weren't cramped at all when you got in. The public hot spring center offered a good bathing experience too. The hotel's hot spring water must be genuine ♨️, as my skin felt smooth and improved after soaking. The breakfast food was also good, and the rice rolls were delicious 😋."

"The dining here is probably the best among hot spring hotels; the buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is decent. The hot spring park has many pools, including hot spring massage facilities, but there are fewer herbal pools compared to other hot spring hotels in the same price range. The sauna rooms are quite unique.
The hygiene, however, is just so-so. Most of the pools in the hot spring area show obvious stains, and the seating areas and walls of some pools are slippery. The rooms are old and a bit rundown, and the soundproofing is poor. I was woken up two nights in a row by people walking in the corridor. The lighting in the room is poorly designed; there's no separate light for the bathroom or the vanity area. If you turn on the light that illuminates the bathroom, the bright light shines directly onto the mirror, making it hard to sleep all night. There's also no independent corridor light, so older guests would have to fumble in the dark if they get up at night. The private hot tub in the room looked like it hadn't been used all year; I had to wipe it three times to get rid of the dust inside. There were also stains on the toilet seat in the bathroom.
On the bright side, the hotel staff's service attitude is excellent – they are very responsive and friendly."

The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time.
After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!!
The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻

Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were ..
Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining...
Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there.
There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring!
Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings...
I really hope one day I can go again!!

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the butler, and stepping inside, I was instantly charmed by the romantic French decor and the soothing scent of eucalyptus. The overall environment is incredibly refined, with thoughtful details everywhere, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool while the adults could quietly read a book, followed by a delightful afternoon tea. Afterwards, we explored the grounds, spotting orange, star fruit, and lemon trees, and snapped some beautiful photos. I definitely want to return in winter if I have the chance!

First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon.
Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched.
The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest.
We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing.
Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform.
Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming.
Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults.
We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee.
Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing.
Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

This hotel is arguably the best in Longmen County, with excellent amenities. The guest rooms were large, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The views overlooking Zengjiang River and Fenta Mountain Forest Park were particularly stunning. The staff were warm and courteous, and deserve praise. They even provided complimentary milk and fruit every day. The buffet breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality, which I highly recommend. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free. A souvenir was also given upon departure. Having visited many county towns, I rarely find a hotel this good and this value-for-money. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe came on a rainy day, so many hotel facilities were not available, such as the infinity pool, children's playground and squirrel park. What's more outrageous is that because of the continuous rain, the Nankunshan Scenic Area was not open, so we had to stay in the room for two days. To be honest, the boss's orchids are really good, but there was no special person to introduce them, so we just had a quick look, which was a bit of a waste. Because it rained for a month in a row, the hotel felt moldy and the quilt was a bit wet. The service attitude of the staff was very good, and there was a small car to pick up and drop off the guest rooms and the gate.

GGuest UserAlthough it is raining, it does not affect the children's fun. After the rain, the air in Guwei Village is fresh. The B&B staff are considerate and provide wind chimes for children. The room is very large and the bed is comfortable. There is also a library on the first floor. The decor is very tasteful. The water in the creek next to it is very clear, but it is a bit cold and I dare not go down there. If I come here in summer, I can catch fish in the creek during the day and look at the stars in the sky at night. It will be great!
I would like to make a small suggestion. The table in the room is a bit small and not easy to put things on. It is recommended to put a larger table in such a large room.

RrubyananLongmen is really the most welcoming city in the marathon I have ever participated in!
I booked the Longmen Longwan Hotel early. Because I arrived late that day, the front desk still welcomed me warmly
The room also had warm reminders for the marathon and sent fruits
The next day, breakfast was also opened in advance for runners, and there was a free shuttle bus to the gymnasium
The hotel is not new, but the room is clean and odorless, and the rooms on the roadside can also see the river view of Zengjiang
