The hotel offered free shuttle service to the airport. That was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was not disappointing. The room was huge and clean. Also the hotel is close the metro.

I booked this hotel for JJ Lin's concert. It was quite convenient that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both the airport and the train station. However, the hotel allocates different reception areas for check-in based on room type. Finding the correct lobby and my designated counter felt like an incredibly long trek with my luggage. Clearer signage would have been greatly appreciated. While the front desk staff were friendly during check-in, the process itself was very slow. Moreover, there was no bell service to help with luggage to the room, which felt a bit inconsistent with the price point. The hotel's WiFi was seamless to connect to, requiring no additional password, which was quite convenient. The room was spacious and the facilities were new, which is commendable. However, for some reason, the toiletries didn't even include a shower cap... Providing four complimentary bottles of water in the room each night was a definite plus. Oh, and a heads-up: most restaurants close by 10 PM. So, if you haven't had dinner, remember to rush out right after the concert!

Stayed there a few times and the place is good. Quick self check in at the machine and off to a smart good room. I did not expect there to be a washing machine, which was nice The area around is good also and much more relaxed than Seoul city centre.

I stayed here for a concert. They used to offer free shuttle buses on Saturdays and Sundays, but it's not a daily service anymore. The location is quite out of the way. The hotel is very large, divided into East and West wings, and it gets quite busy. Every night, there’s a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk whose Chinese is quite good. There's a small supermarket in the basement. It's difficult to get breakfast here as options are very limited – mostly instant noodles. We barely had a proper meal during our stay 🥹. It's very close to the beach, and the area is quite lively at night. What was truly upsetting was that after attending Cha Eun-woo's concert, we had collected many, many signed stars. We left them neatly on the room table, next to the coffee table, planning to pack them later. These were absolutely not trash. The next day, we returned to find them gone. We were heartbroken. We were promised a reply by noon the following day, but never received one. As we were leaving the room, we coincidentally ran into the cleaning staff, and it turned out she was the one who threw them away. She kept insisting, repeatedly, that 'everything was on the floor, everything was on the floor'. How could that be? We had them neatly spread out on the table before we left. Later, she even conceded that some, in fact, most, were on the table. Oh well, what's done is done 😑. They did apologize, but the items are gone, which is truly heartbreaking. The hotel didn't provide 'Do Not Disturb' signs or electronic indicators. We actually didn't want housekeeping to clean our room at all, especially since our suitcases were open... This was a real source of frustration.

The hotel offers residence-style rooms equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine, with relaxing ocean view. Despite the limited space, the interior is nicely decorated across two levels—one for living and a semi-loft for sleeping, featuring a double tatami bed. However, the ceiling in the sleeping area is quite low, so it’s easy to bump your head! 😂 The room has underfloor heating that can be controlled independently, which is a plus, but there’s no heater in the bathroom—a downside during cold weather.

I had a pleasant stay in RM 2203 It was close to the elevator but quiet, great view, had all the amenities I needed and more. I would definitely stay here again. It is further than the hotels I've stayed at in unseo (like days Inn, Howard Johnssen, Golden Tulip), but worth the trek for the view. Self check in was a little confusing to me, but someone from the office was coincidentally in the self check in booth at the time and kindly helped me. There's a convenience store by the bottom of the building, coffee shops and restaurants are walking distance. I walked 10-15min to the other side of the bridge /rail tracks to shop at Olive, Daiso, Lotte, and ate at BBQ restaurant. There's a different vibe on the Shine side of the tracks, maybe it's less touristy and commercial. If you're packing light and want a great view, do the extra walk and book Shine. Or get a taxi. Also download Naver app for directions, Google maps was confused how to get there from unseo station. Look for the Sky Hotel sign and you'll see the Shine Hotel sign too, it seems they share the building.

Stayed for four days. Everything is clean and convenient. Bed is comfortable and the room has washing machine. Hotel has all necessary things for comfortable stay. Self check-in/our process is so easy and fast! The only thing that could be improved is absence of single-use slippers, they are only available in vending machine, but should be included. Also only one piece of soap was available, and no toothpaste/brush that was definitely needed during my stay.

Was only able to enjoy the convenience store downstairs. The view is amazing. They don’t provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, but they do from the front desk so I’m not sure what that policy is. All staff are friendly but I found some sand on the bedsheets and some odd dust flying around on the floor so that wasn’t very encouraging. But overall, the place does well for a quick rest in between flights. About an hour away from the airport by bus and 20 minutes by taxi, which is about 11~13 USD

It was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I thought I should use it again next time if I get the chance.

Best Western Premier at Incheon Airport is continently located. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle to and from Terminal 1, and the driver we had was very professional. Even if you do not use this shuttle service, it is only 500 meters away from the bus station that goes to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, free of charge, so you are well covered in terms of transportation. The facility is fairly dated, however. The electricity outlets inside our room were far away from the bed, and they were all Type F. A few of them appeared to have been burnt before, so we had to be careful to choose one that appeared safe to use. We had easier experiences in this regard in other hotels in Seoul previously. The furniture inside the room is of a rather strong Korean style (such as a table with short legs that may be difficult to write on if you are not accustomed to sitting on the floor). The furniture was functional enough to afford a good night of sleep. The hotel staffers were friendly and helpful, but also a bit rigid. We asked to add our Best Western membership to the reservation, but they declined to do so because we booked through a third party. That was fair enough, except that in our experience other hotel chains are somewhat more flexible in this regard. The breakfast was quite decent and enjoyable. It was included in our room rate, and our understanding is that you can choose not to include breakfast for a lower rate. We felt the breakfast was worth the higher rate. Overall we would consider this hotel okay for a night between connection flights.
