"This hotel is an absolute steal for the price, offering incredible value for money. The room was spacious, with well-thought-out decor details, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Everything was spotless and tidy, and the service staff were incredibly friendly with sweet smiles. They even had a local food and travel guide in the room, plus smart amenities! The surrounding area boasts delicious and affordable food, and the location is superb – close to the subway station, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Central Street. "Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice."

"First off, the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Central Street and also close to the Lao Chujia flagship restaurant, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting around by taxi is also very easy. The hotel isn't large but the decor is really unique; I took so many photos for my mom. The service is great too. They provide thoughtful fruit and pastries in the room, the staff helped with luggage, and even food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot. One evening, I had some takeout I didn't want to waste, and the restaurant staff kindly warmed it up for me. Breakfast wasn't perfect but still decent, though the peaches weren't very good and could probably be removed. Just for the location and service, it's definitely worth coming back! Oh, and the row of cat hotels by the entrance is super heartwarming too! 🥰"

"Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good."

"This hotel's service was fantastic! My check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but they called me at 10 AM to pick up my room card. They let me store my luggage and even had it delivered to my room.
They also gave me a free room upgrade to room 206, which had great natural light and a smart toilet. Besides bottled water, they provided a fruit platter, a coffee machine, and capsule coffee.
They offered two tickets to the Fairy Tale Museum (worth 40 yuan each), and I could choose outfits from the first floor to take photos in the room or lobby, with no time limit or restrictions on the number of outfits. They also included four travel photoshoots (appointments needed in advance).
The hundred-year-old elevator was free to use, and upon departure, they even gave me a small gift bag of chocolates.
The location is superb – just two subway stops from Harbin Station and a 10-minute walk. It's right next to Central Street, a 5-minute walk to St. Sophia Church, Red Brick Morning Market, and Zhaolin Park. The Baroque street, Flood Control Monument, and Stalin Park are all less than 2 km away. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off right at the entrance. I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and airport shuttle. It's also easy to catch a taxi; just turn left onto the main road. Turning left also takes you directly to Central Avenue, and it's only a few minutes' walk to the Hongzhuan Street morning market. Getting around is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby downstairs. Our room had a balcony facing the street, but it was very quiet at night. The front desk service was great, and they even provided hot bottled water. The room had a separate wet and dry area, and while it was a bit small, the layout was relatively reasonable. If you have a large suitcase, you might not have much space to open it up, but if you're traveling light, it's highly recommended. It offers great value for money. I stayed for four days and overall, I was very satisfied."

"Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened."

"I had an amazing stay at Yuefeng Hotel. What impressed me the most was the cleanliness. Although the hotel policy allows smoking, I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no smell of cigarettes anywhere in my room or the hallways. Instead, the hotel smelled very fresh and fragrant.
The housekeeping team does a fantastic job; the room was sparkling clean every day. The staff are incredibly polite and professional, and they speak English well, which made my stay very smooth. The location is also a huge plus, being close to Central Street. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin"

The room was very clean and spacious, and they even offered afternoon snacks. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all excellent. The front desk even helped me with my luggage. My first stop in Harbin was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back or recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

MMediterraneanSeaFacilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area.
Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting.
Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀
Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

GGuest UserOne of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖

Our whole family was very satisfied with our stay. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and it's right next to Central Street, and very close to St. Sophia Cathedral, which is easily reachable on foot. Not bad at all!
