"This hotel is really cozy! In the lobby, they offer a variety of complimentary fruits and snacks, and there are sofas if you need to rest. You can even try on traditional floral cotton-padded jackets for a fun photo op. The staff at check-in were very polite. Since I'm a light sleeper, they thoughtfully assigned me a room not facing the street, and it was genuinely quiet. I slept soundly for both nights. They even gave me a heads-up that if guests in an adjacent room were noisy, I could contact them, and they'd handle it. The room had good heating and was very clean. The carpeted floor made walking super quiet. Plus, they offer free water refills – just go to the front desk when you've finished yours. The location is excellent, very close to Central Street and the subway station, making transportation really convenient. When I checked out, they even gave me a farewell gift. It was truly heartwarming, felt just like coming home!"

"If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!"

"Yiyi Homestay is the best I've ever stayed at. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming; they even stored our luggage for free. The location is perfect – just a few steps from Daoli Market (a morning and evening food street), and St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street aren't far either. There's also the New 100 Mall, an underground shopping area, Yibinzhi Home downstairs, and the KFC next door is a must-try (coming from a Malaysian baby 👶)! If you're still cold, don't be shy to ask for a heater. They even offer to lend money if your WeChat Pay runs out – I'm so grateful for Ruoyi's incredible service! The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, just as pictured, with city views from the window, including St. Sophia Cathedral, which is stunning at night. You'll never be short of places to eat. Diagonally opposite the Central Street subway 🚇, there are many fruit stalls with fresh selections. Across from the fruit stall, there's an underground eatery – I highly recommend the black rice porridge for only RMB 3, along with other authentic local delicacies at great prices."

Smoke entered the room through the bathroom exhaust fan at night • Cigarette smell present on the 3rd-floor hallway despite a non-smoking policy • Hotel is labeled non-smoking but an ashtray was placed in the room • Street outside is dirty and the hotel entrance is hard to find without checking reviews in advance"

"The room was really warm, and the facilities were brand new. The location is super convenient, right on Central Street, and Zhaolin Park, where you can see the ice sculptures, is right next door. "The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures."

"On my last day in Harbin, a heavy snowfall arrived just as promised – it was truly a perfect send-off! ❄️ It felt like the entire city was bidding me farewell, incredibly romantic. Choosing this hotel near the airport was a brilliant decision! The 24-hour free airport shuttle made catching an early flight stress-free. After several days of sightseeing, it saved me the hassle of extra travel, which was so considerate. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall was the perfect end to my trip. The romance of this city and the warmth of its people will stay with me. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend this airport hotel."

"I booked a loft family room. My family and I stayed at the McLaren Hotel on the afternoon of the 19th after returning from Xuexiang, as we had a 6:30 AM flight on the 20th. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were incredibly satisfied. First, it was very clean. The receptionist who checked us in was very gentle, and she arranged our room on the first floor. She also helped us register for the 5 AM airport shuttle service for the next morning. Once we entered the room, with its two levels, my kids were absolutely thrilled and found it very novel. My mother was also very pleased with the room layout and especially with its cleanliness, praising it highly. It's a shame our stay was so short; my kids hadn't had enough of it! The two levels are completely separate, which is great! The receptionist on duty on the morning of the 20th and the shuttle driver were very professional and had excellent attitudes. The hotel is only a 3-minute drive from the airport—super fast! This stay left us with a fantastic impression. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain was a bit slow; I'd suggest some maintenance."

"Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !"
