"We booked a 38-square-meter family room, but stayed in a 10-square-meter room. The inn didn't have an elevator, and climbing up was a bit of a struggle for us, a 70-year-old. The bathroom didn't have a toilet, just a squat toilet, and getting up after squatting was a struggle. Showering was done with the toilet lid on top, which was tiny. The shower head couldn't be adjusted, so we had to hold it up with our hands to wash. We had originally planned to stay and not move, but had no choice but to find another hotel. This one listed online as 25 square meters, but it was more than double the 38-square-meter size! I wish all businesses would operate with integrity."

"The homestay is part of the ancient city, the environment and service are good, the anti-lock hole of the room is a bit inaccurate, it takes some effort to lift it up😅
Friends who drive by themselves, please note... there is no parking space, leave as soon as possible after unloading the luggage, otherwise the security guards of the community next door will force you to leave😂
The car needs to be parked in the school basement parking lot, which is an 8-minute walk away🅿️

"A friend recommended this hotel, and overall, it was fantastic! The receptionist was very kind and gentle, and she upgraded our room for free. The facilities were complete and cozy, and the lake view from the balcony was amazing—so pleasant! The hotel staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile, even the chefs and room service staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming everywhere.
The buffet breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the freshly ground coffee in the lobby bar was also excellent. At only 9.9 yuan, it was an absolute steal! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up][Thumbs up]"

"A very cozy homestay, clean and convenient. You can wash and dry clothes on the roof. There is a washing machine. It is very close to the ancient city. You can also visit the ancient city. "What a fantastic experience! The staff were all very nice. The place was very clean and the facilities were complete. The guesthouse even offered free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station! So thoughtful! It's not far from the center of the old town, and the alleyways leading to Shangshu Mansion offer unique scenery. We also met a really kind driver along the way who offered to pick us up with a simple phone call. Aside from the bad weather, everything was great on this trip."

MMeiyoulianThe room is exactly like the picture, what you see is what you get, the whole room is filled with spring water, and it is only about 200 meters away from the opposite side of Dajin Lake.
The boss is very enthusiastic and provides breakfast in the morning. If you want to eat here at noon or evening, it is highly recommended. It is delicious and affordable, and the price is reasonable.

GGuest UserWe booked Taining Shangqinggu B&B on April 6. The boss was very warm and called in advance to ask what time to arrive. After we arrived, the boss came out to greet us and helped us with our luggage. The mood of entering the room was beautiful. The room was clean and warm. I also prepared small snacks and apples and Dahongpao tea. It is especially worth mentioning that the breakfast is very beautiful. It can be said to be small and fine. The taste is light and delicious. It is not possible for ordinary homestays. I took a few photos specially. I will recommend it to them when I have friends in Taining.

GGuest UserA very nice B&B. It was converted from a private duplex villa. It was recently renovated, so it still has a little wooden feel. The equipment inside is also very good, and there are many small items given that are very practical. The attitude of the store and the waiter was very good. We were almost over for the buffet breakfast. I asked if I could bring it over to wait for my family to come down. The waiter said that it was okay, as long as it was not wasted👏👍. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the ancient city, a 5-minute walk away. There are many attractions in the ancient city, including Minzhu Street for dining, which are all very close to each other on foot.

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat hotel close to all tourist sites in the area, quite and tranquil view of the river. They had no problems registering foreigners. rooms are spacious and clean, loved the cartoon feature for children. breakfast is what you would expect so far from big cities, tasty but more Chinese than western. Over all a very good stay, recommended if resting in the area before continuing your trip. So many different things to do around here you probably need more than 1 night.

The rooms are bright and spacious, with complete facilities, separate dry and wet washing, clean and tidy; The breakfast is more abundant, with cakes, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, corn:, yams, noodles, milk, soy milk and porridge, plus eggs, fresh stir-fried vegetables, fruits, etc. for choice. The boss and the proprietress are very warm and thoughtful. They visited each room and they were very clean and warm. Even his kitchen was well organized. We all ate at his house this time, and the craftsmanship of the proprietress is good. If you think of Taining Dajin Lake to play, you can borrow his house. The price is affordable and you must have all five-star praise.
