Taining Duyu Mountain Residence · Hillside Zen Seclusion Villa (Lijiayan Temple Branch)
Hotel near Taining
Nestled deep in Taining, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, World Geopark and national 5A-level scenic area, Taining Duyu Mountain Residence · Mountain-side Zen Seclusion Villa (Lijiayan Temple Branch) is a secluded Zen haven where all weariness finds its peace. A bluestone path shaded by trees winds its way to Lijiayan Temple, which is embedded in the Danxia rock troughs. The morning bell and evening drum drift on the breeze, and stepping in here gently cuts you off from the hustle and bustle of the mortal world.
Adjacent to the Zhaixia Grand Canyon, reputed as a "natural oxygen bar", the homestay is surrounded by a landscape with 99% vegetation coverage that nurtures an abundance of negative oxygen ions. Stretching around it are idyllic rural scenes—rippling rice fields, flowing streams, and every glance meets healing greenery and tranquility. Ranked among the top boutique homestays in Taining, it blends the elegance of a mountain-side Zen Seclusion Villa with the warm comfort of earthly life.
The homestay boasts exquisitely designed rooms, each crafted with meticulous care. Spacious and tidy spaces are paired with minimalist and elegant decor, and full-length floor-to-ceiling windows bring the mountain and forest scenery seamlessly indoors. Free Wi-Fi and private bathrooms are standard in all rooms, and some are equipped with oversized balconies and bathtubs, allowing you to unwind in the embrace of nature. Plush bedding and a choice of soft or firm pillows—every detail is a tender gesture for our guests.
Here, there is no need to rush against time. Simply put down your phone, let go of your worries, take a break from work, and immerse yourself in the whispers of nature. Listen to the gurgling stream winding past the house, breathe in the air scented with plants and trees, brew a pot of local rock tea with mountain spring water and watch the tea leaves unfurl in the cup. In the evening, savor authentic Taining delicacies, where the warmth of daily life blends perfectly with Zen serenity. In your leisure time, stroll along the tree-lined path to Lijiayan Temple, walk on the ancient plank road to marvel at the magic of Danxia landform, or lounge in the homestay courtyard—pet the cats, brew tea, and watch the clouds drift by.
Stay for a few days: witness the morning mist curling over the mountain ridges, listen to the evening breeze rustling through the bamboo forest, escape the restlessness of the city, return to the simplicity of nature, and let all your troubles fade away with the mountain wind. Dwell in a quiet corner, live by the mountains, and sleep with Zen—this is the long-cherished poetry and distant place we all yearn for.

Fulujia · Jiulongju
Hotel near Taining County, Taining 21% of visitors choose this area
Taining is a relatively new hotel, the sanitation facilities are very good, the hotel service is unexpectedly professional and enthusiastic, there is really a feeling of being at home, the room area is not large, but the layout is good, there is air conditioning in the elevator, especially like the hotel's big bed, there is also a latex pillow, sleeping is particularly comfortable, There is a small suggestion, it is best to equipped with a small refrigerator and conditioner, which is convenient for guests to put some drinks and food. The dishes at the Lijiang Hotel next door are also delicious, and I have eaten several times. There is also a free shuttle to Jiulongtan. It is also convenient to buy tickets. GGuest UserThe boss is friendly and parking is convenient, but the prices in the scenic area are too expensive. One pound of ordinary freshwater fish costs nearly 50 yuan. Also, the traffic cameras nearby may mistakenly capture violations. I was mistakenly photographed for not wearing a seat belt, and I succeeded after appealing. My good mood was affected. Friends who drive should be careful.

GGuest UserA very cozy homestay, clean and convenient. You can wash and dry clothes on the roof. There is a washing machine. It is very close to the ancient city. You can also visit the ancient city. It is a homestay run by an old couple. They are warm and hospitable. When I left, the old couple sent me to the door to say goodbye and told me how to take the bus. If I come to Taining again, I will stay at their home
