The breakfast selection was not only rich but also featured local specialties – a wonderful day truly started with a delightful breakfast. It's worth mentioning that they upgraded my room, and although the west gate renovation caused a slight inconvenience for getting around, the staff's thoughtful service completely offset that small drawback. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a souvenir, which was a lovely touch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Overlooking a pine forest and city views from the sunroom, it's wonderfully quiet at night. The zero-pressure mattress is incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The hygiene was top-notch, facilities complete, and bedding spotless. The mini-fridge was great for leftovers, and the microwave at the downstairs bar was very convenient – all my daily needs were met. It's an easy walk to Torch Eight Street and the trestle bridge, and the beach is just across the road. There's even an observation deck with sea views by the elevator, and the laundry room also boasts a sea view! Super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, always quick to respond to any issues. Fantastic value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Weihai!"

The staff at the front desk are so warm and welcoming – truly heartwarming service from the lovely ladies and gentlemen. They are enthusiastic and generous. This is always my top choice whenever I visit Weihai! The floor service is also very thorough, making me feel right at home. The hotel operates with professional management, from the front desk receptionists to the lobby greeters. This truly reflects their high-quality professionalism and excellent standards. "We were upgraded to a suite with fantastic views. The facilities were decent, and the room was quiet and clean. The hotel staff was very service-oriented, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a good local flavor; though the selection wasn't huge, everything was delicious. I have a friendly suggestion regarding safety: There's a popular photo spot (a pier-like structure) within the hotel that attracts many visitors from morning till night, and many tourists also relax in the hotel lobby. However, the elevators leading to the guest room floors currently have no restrictions, allowing anyone to access any floor freely. I hope this can be improved, perhaps by adding key card access to the elevators."

The swimming pool's water is crystal clear and free of any strong disinfectant odors, making for a great workout experience. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, providing thoughtful and caring service from check-in to check-out, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere."

"Every time I'm in Weihai for a business trip, Bainaruiting is my go-to choice, no questions asked! This time, I came back to find the hotel had just completed a full renovation, and I was absolutely stunned – the experience has been elevated to a whole new level! The location is truly unbeatable. It's right next to Weigao Plaza, so dining, shopping, and running errands are all incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a few minutes' walk to the seaside, perfect for a quick stroll and some fresh air between meetings to shake off the fatigue. Getting around couldn't be easier. The biggest surprise this time was the new renovation! From the lobby to the guest rooms, everything is brand new. The design is simple, sophisticated, and still maintains a business feel. There was no unpleasant new-renovation smell at all, and the attention to detail is superb! The bedding and bathroom facilities in the rooms are all new, the lighting is soft and not harsh, and the workspace is very well laid out, making it super convenient for business travel and late-night work. The soundproofing is also excellent – I wasn't disturbed at all. It was such a comfortable stay! I have to commend the hotel's service. Both the front desk staff and my personal butler were incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were super efficient, and any request I had was met with an immediate response. The whole experience was so heartwarming, it felt as comfortable as being at home. And the breakfast, as always, was fantastic! The variety is huge, with both Chinese and Western options, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Starting each day with such a hearty meal really gets me energized for work! I genuinely recommend Bainaruiting to all friends coming to Weihai for business or leisure. After the renovation, it's truly an all-around upgrade. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Weihai!"

"First off, it's a new hotel, and they've incorporated a lot of elements from the 'All Seasons' brand. The rooms are quite smart; everything is intelligently controlled except for the TV. The surrounding area is also great. Right across the street is the coastline and a beach. After exploring for a bit, I spent half an hour sitting across the way, enjoying the breeze and the sea view – it was lovely. Dining options nearby are also very convenient. Now, for the hygiene, I can't really praise it. This is how the room looked when I entered, and there was even a hair tie right under the TV. I'm not sure how housekeeping cleaned the room. Plus, there were residues on the nightstand; I genuinely believe the tables weren't wiped down at all. I used almost an entire pack of my own wet wipes to clean the room. And in the shower, what exactly is this hole in the ceiling? It was just wide open. The service, however, was top-notch. I'm not sure if the older gentleman working at night was security or what. After checking in, when I went out for dinner, I told him about all the issues in the room. I mentioned I had already cleaned up the hygiene issues myself and asked someone to fix the hole in the bathroom ceiling. I stayed for two days, and by the time I checked out, no one had contacted me, and no one had addressed the hole in the ceiling. I can accept minor flaws in cleanliness; individually, it's understandable, and as a guy, I'm not that particular. But this level of service attitude, I believe, is unacceptable for the hospitality industry. Two days, so many reported issues, and no one bothered to follow up or ask. I hope the owner provides some training to that night shift gentleman; he was just too careless."

"Five stars, hands down! On the day of check-in, I spoke with the front desk and managed to upgrade to a sea-view room, which was absolutely stunning! It offered an unbeatable, direct ocean view. I watched the sunrise in the morning and enjoyed the sunset in the evening. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Maotou Mountain; it's just a short drive to the best viewing spot, observation deck #3. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in was very quick, and they even gave me a small gift upon departure. If I come back to Weihai for a second visit, I'll definitely stay here again!"

He proactively introduced the hotel facilities, and his service wasn't just professional responses, but genuine care from the heart, making every guest feel the warmth of home. This dedication to integrating service into every detail, combined with the hotel's fantastic sea views and the ultimate comfort of the Hilton Sweet Dreams bed, made the DoubleTree by Hilton Weihai Weigao the warmest memory of my trip to Weihai. Next time I'm in Weihai, this will absolutely be my only choice!"
