"When I came to Weihai three or four years ago, I booked this guesthouse, and I was very satisfied with it at the time. So this time, I chose it again. However, the check-in experience was not as satisfying as the last time. The first obvious issue was the elevator – it took forever to catch one. The second was the room's cleanliness; the glass door of the bathroom was completely grimy, and the shower area was right outside the bathroom door. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would be wet if you needed to use the toilet. Plus, the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain, leading to standing water. The third problem was the sewer smell. It was somewhat tolerable with the windows open during the day, but at night, with the windows closed, the smell filled the entire room. Luckily, I only stayed for two nights. If you're booking the same room type as mine, I suggest you inquire about these issues beforehand. The location is convenient; the beach is right downstairs, and there are people singing on the beach at night. For this room type, parents with small children should be aware of the steps, as kids might trip easily at first."

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive. Stepping out, you're just a few steps from the beach. It's quiet and restorative, making it the top choice for a vacation. I'll definitely stay here again. The staff were gentle and patient. "Booking this hotel for our road trip was absolutely the right choice! There are plenty of free parking spaces in the courtyard, so no need to hunt for parking. Right next to the hotel is a small night market with everything you need, from fruits to meals. You can just head downstairs to eat, saving the hassle of looking for food elsewhere. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling by car."

"The hotel called us in advance to confirm our check-in time and sent us a message with directions. When we arrived, they even upgraded us to a suite and prepared small gifts for the kids, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was decent; it's not a five-star hotel, but it had everything we needed. The late check-out was also great – the kids got to play in the sea, come back for a shower, and then we checked out, which was super convenient. I left a ring behind, and customer service messaged me about it. It's the kind of small item that's easily overlooked, which shows how meticulous the housekeeping staff are. Being right on the beach downstairs was incredibly convenient too."

"Satisfactory: ① Convenient for the scenic area; the International Bathing Beach is downstairs, and Torch Street is just a few hundred meters to the left. There are many snacks downstairs, but we didn't buy any because we had a child with us. There's a good steamed seafood restaurant on the left; the seafood is very fresh. We ate there both nights, and the service was good.
② It's not an east-facing suite, so we couldn't take pictures of the sunrise, but we could watch the sunset, which was also beautiful. I especially liked the window in the master bedroom; you can see the sea through it.
③ Cleanliness: A cleaning lady comes regularly every day. It's fairly clean.
Areas for improvement: ① Because it's close to the scenic area, traffic is terrible; it's very congested. ② The building is high up, and there are few elevators, making going up and down stairs quite difficult. ③ The guesthouse doesn't provide breakfast."

"I wholeheartedly recommend Orange Hotel (Weihai Hanlefong Store)! I've stayed here multiple times, and the experience is consistently fantastic, always comfortable and reliable.
The front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive, with excellent attitudes. They even proactively upgraded my room for free during check-in, which was a wonderful surprise as it was much more spacious! The hotel as a whole is clean and refreshing, and the signature Orange scent is very soothing. The bedding is soft, and the room's soundproofing is effective, ensuring a peaceful sleep.
The location is superb; you can walk to Hanlefong for dining and shopping, and it's also very close to Weihai Station, making both eating out and getting around incredibly convenient. The staff were always responsive to any requests and paid attention to every detail. Whether you're visiting Weihai for tourism or a short stay, this is my top choice. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

ShedelanzhudaolianpoThe hotel's location is excellent. Weigao Plaza is nearby, making it convenient for dining and getting taxis. It's also close to various scenic spots and beaches, including Hanlefang Night Market. Just a few minutes' walk downstairs is Dongcheng Night Market, with plenty of snacks. The hotel rooms are spacious, and I particularly liked the adjustable lighting, which was a nice touch. They even accommodated my request for a quiet room not facing the street, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a partial sea view. I'm very satisfied; it was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant also has a good ambiance and a wide variety of dishes. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision, especially since it's so close to the beach – incredibly convenient!

Guest UserThe location is excellent, right near Hanlefang, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the train station, so getting around is a breeze. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with a nice sea view. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and great value for money. The owner's service was also fantastic; they even thoughtfully allowed us a late check-out, which made our travel plans much more relaxed. A great experience overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Weihai!

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's location is superb, right on the beach, perfect for kids. It was so convenient to head back to the hotel to clean up and change after a dip in the sea. Great for catching the sunrise in the morning. I only stayed one night this time, but I'll definitely be back. Yesterday, the waves were big, which was great fun. This morning, even though it was cloudy, I still got to see the sunrise, so getting up early was worth it – very lucky! Jiajiayue supermarket is right outside, super convenient, and the souvenir stalls at the entrance have beautiful items at reasonable prices. The hotel staff and front desk were all fantastic. The tall young man, the lady in the white shirt, and the student-looking young man in black clothes were all excellent, genuinely serving the guests. They even taught me to inflate my swimming ring when not in use to extend its lifespan. Oh, and the sharp furniture issue mentioned in some negative reviews has been resolved – they've installed corner protectors. The restaurant offers an incredibly rich variety of dishes.

The front desk service was intimate and thoughtful. Miss Sister not only took the initiative to inform the hotel next door during the decoration period, but also warmly recommended the delicious barbecue around. The hotel has a sufficient number of laundry and drying equipment, and there is no need to queue at all, which is very worry-free. Parking is convenient and the overall quality is stable online. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes excellent, which is a highlight of this stay. The overall rest experience is comfortable and worth recommending!

Guest UserThe location was good and there is a little gem of a restaurant just beside it where we got breakfast every day. We did try the hotel restaurant once but they said they didn’t serve food, which seems a bit pointless for a restaurant… the price was also fairly good, and the cleaner was always diligent making sure we had fresh bottles of water each day and clean towels
On the downside, it’s quite dirty. Tiled areas are fine but it seems they don’t have a vacuum. The rooms and hotel in general is a bit smelly. One of the lifts seemed to be constantly broken. There appeared to be only one staff member, the manager, who had a clue what she was doing (we weren’t checked in properly and our room keys kept resetting unless it was done by this one particular manager).
Other than that, it’s ok for the price.

Very very good! It's really cheap, beautiful and clean. The whole villa is very warm, the room is very warm, the public space (1st floor) is also convenient and beautiful (the difference from the hotel is the human touch!), there is an open kitchen on the first floor, a bathroom as clean as the room, a big table (you can play board games with friends), a big sofa, a full-length mirror, and even tools for catching seafood. Sunset Bay is at the door, which is more beautiful than the sea in Qingdao and there are much fewer people. Thank you boss for upgrading the room during the off-season! It feels like an incomparable and happy accommodation experience. Fall in love with Weihai!

I only want to talk about one question this time: my friend is visiting the beach and wants to have lunch nearby before returning to the hotel to check out. After consultation with our hotel, we want to extend the stay for 2 hours (for free), even 1 hour is fine, because the friend returns to the hotel after dinner Checking out is convenient and saves time. The hotel declined (late check-out) and said it was not allowed according to hotel regulations. Normally, check-out is at 12 o'clock. My friend had to rush back and check out first, and then rush to the beach (to have dinner). If you can't even meet the basic requirements of guests (many hotels in the industry have delayed check-out until 2 pm or even 3 pm), why should you open a hotel? At the same time, after several days of observation, the hotel occupancy rate is not too high. These are not issues of the quality of front desk staff, but management issues that should be reflected on. (no pictures)

Guest UserMy previous review was a bit rushed, so I'm adding more details about my recent stay. The room was exceptionally clean, with every nook and cranny spotless. The bathroom had stable water pressure and hot water was always available. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and shops. The staff were all very kind and patient, and quick to respond to any issues. My entire stay was comfortable and relaxing, and I genuinely recommend this place. I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip.
