"I booked this hotel for my parents who were in town for a medical check-up. Its close proximity to the hospital was a major plus. As someone who works in the hotel industry, I thoroughly read through all the reviews, both positive and negative, before booking. I wanted to ensure my parents had a convenient and comfortable stay. This hotel's service truly impressed me! The front desk staff was very accommodating and arranged the room according to our needs. Knowing it was for my parents, they thoughtfully held a room for them and even provided me with the room number in advance. My dad was very happy with his stay. Although the room wasn't exceptionally large, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. During their extended stay, housekeeping arranged for daily cleaning and replenished all disposable amenities. Currently, during the off-season, the price is quite affordable, yet I felt like I was getting a much more expensive experience for what I paid – truly excellent value! I didn't stay myself, so I don't have photos, but my parents' feedback was overwhelmingly positive. I was so relieved knowing they were comfortable and well-cared for, which gave me great peace of mind. Business is tough these days, and while a hypercritical person might find minor flaws given the price (even expensive hotels face such scrutiny), for 90% of people, I honestly believe this hotel offers incredible value for money! "The room was incredibly clean! The owner was also very friendly and accommodating. We arrived quite late on the first night and couldn't figure out the navigation, so the owner came out to meet us and even helped with our luggage. Since we were traveling with our dog, and he's quite sensitive and barks at noises, the owner kindly offered to look after him at the front desk. It's such a relief to find a reliable B&B when you're away from home, and the environment here is just as good, if not better, than hotels we've stayed at before! We'll definitely be back. Highly, highly recommend!"

"There were six of us – one child, one senior, and four adults. The guesthouse had three rooms, which was more than enough space for all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they even provided tools for beachcombing and swimming rings, making it perfect for families with kids. Jinshatan Beach was right outside, so it was super convenient for the kids to dig in the sand and play on the rides. The guesthouse is located within a residential complex, and the living room overlooks the sea, making access very easy. Since it's near the university town, there were plenty of dining options too. Overall, we had a great stay."

"The rooms are located within a residential complex, but the entire 18th floor belongs to this hotel, and they also have rooms in other buildings. Even though they're not all in one building, the quality of the rooms is exceptionally high. We stayed in a prime sea-view room, and it was impeccably clean. The bedding and mattress were also very comfortable to sleep on. I felt very at ease bringing my family and children here. The service was also spot on; customer service was always responsive, and the owner even recommended a lot of travel tips. Based on the merchant's service alone, this homestay will be our top choice next time we visit Weihai. We had a wonderful time these past few days. Thank you [heart emoji]"

"This stay was fantastic! The price was reasonable, the room was spacious, and it was very clean. Because I extended my stay by one night, the front desk specifically asked if I wanted my room cleaned. The housekeeping lady was very responsible; she refilled my bottled water, kept asking if I needed the bedding changed, and swept and wiped the floor and tables. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but the front desk staff recommended the Gu Mo morning market, which had a lively, bustling atmosphere. I bought figs, sunflower seeds, noodles, and some live shrimp (mantis shrimp), which was delicious. Also, you can see the sea view from the 12th floor. Just be careful with the hot water; if you shower slowly and use a lot of water, be mindful to rinse quickly and use a low flow rate."

Guest UserFirst of all, the location is good, downstairs is the sea, you can enjoy the beautiful sunset on the bed, but unfortunately it was cloudy when we were there. And there is a Huafa Xintiandi downstairs, and the needs of life can be met. There is also a Baiganghui Korean import supermarket, things are cheaper than online, children go to buy snacks every day, this supermarket is on the third floor is 🈚️ View Bookstore, you can sit by the window and read the sea, how beautiful. It is not far to take a taxi. One is Kowloon City, Han Lefang, Rongcheng direction, one is Weihai Park, Maotoushan Liugong Island, the direction of international bathing.
Secondly, the room was very clean and beautiful, and the photos were beautiful. Even the disposable bedding prepared by myself was not used, because the boss has laid out disposable bedding for us, from room design, lamp projection, washing supplies, disposable towels, small snacks, everything is very careful.
The boss is also very good, providing a lot of travel help for my trip in Weihai.
I used to live in a homestay and didn't clean the room halfway, but I met this time and had a great attitude. You need to say everything. For example, snacks, water, etc.
Unfortunately, it happened to be cloudy and cloudy, so lying on the bed can see the gray sea. If it is sunny, you can see the blue sea and the sunrise on the sea as soon as you pull the curtains in the morning. How beautiful

The owners and their parents at this guesthouse were incredibly kind. They not only provided us with a room, but also went out of their way to take care of everything for us; I felt so embarrassed! The environment was lovely, and there were plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. We even went to the market to buy seafood, and they prepared tableware and a table for us, and even started a fire to steam the seafood for us. They also had homegrown fruits and vegetables in the backyard for us to eat, and they even gave my child popsicles. The guesthouse also had kittens; the owner's mother is very kind and feeds stray cats, adopting those abandoned by others. Having kittens added so much joy for my child. The attention to detail was excellent; the rooms were spotless, and they even provided disinfectant spray. Friends, if you're visiting Rongcheng, Weihai, you absolutely must check this place out! I highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a washing machine, kettle, complimentary bottled water, and even laundry detergent pods. Our receptionist went the extra mile by bringing us cold bottles of water instead of room-temperature ones, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
They also provided us a list of places to eat- using AI I created an image - I hope it can help future visitors. 🌸 I will highly recommend ‘JUST WAVE’ as a place to eat as well.
The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We stayed in Room 703, and although the entrance can be a little tricky to find at first. The people in the building were incredibly kind and helped point us in the right direction.
One of the highlights of our trip was hiring scooters from the shop just downstairs. It was such a fun adventure and the perfect way to explore Weihai!
As a small suggestion, a full-length mirror in the room and a sign at the elevator entrance with the homestay’s name in English and “7th Floor” would make arrival even easier for international guests.
Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Receiving a beautiful Weihai souvenir when we checked out was the perfect finishing touch and showed how much you care about your guests. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Weihai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The sea view apartment I stayed in this time was such a pleasant surprise! You can see the endless blue sea as soon as you open the window! The room is warm and exquisitely decorated. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset while lying on the bed. The atmosphere is very good. The supporting facilities are all available. It is a ”move-in” experience. The landlord is very enthusiastic. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the beach. It is so pleasant to take a walk in the sea breeze at night! Next time I come for vacation, I will definitely choose this place again!

A 20-25min walk from Weihai Railway station, this 26 storey apartment has 4 fast lifts and located in vicinity of Korean Town. Plenty of Korean food and stuff around. Checked in to the reception on 21st Floor, but stayed on 20th floor with a good view of the Korean night market. The room was big, tastefully furnished with all usual amenities, king size bed, clean linens, disposable bath and face towels, disposable room slippers, non slip bathroom slippers, bottled water and even had a bar fridge and small washing machine. Plenty of sockets and USB ports, shelves, clothes hangers, table and chair, 2 bedside tables. Room is new, bright, clean and airy, with big windows. Best of all, the price was super cheap, the cheapest we got during our recent trip around Shandong province. Nearby, we found a Deep 5 cafe that sells cheap, good bread and pastries. The shower only has a shower curtain separating the toilet. Lack of hooks in toilet/bathroom for hanging clothes/towels.

Advantages 1. The room is simple and quaint, and the kang is large and spacious. 2. The whole yard is very quiet, and you can enjoy the stars in the sky at night. 3. It is very close to the beach. Disadvantages: 1. The check-in location is quite far from the accommodation; 2. The bedsheets feel bumpy and pilling; 3. There are mosquitoes in the room at night. After a night's sleep, my ten fingers and my family members' necks were bitten by something inexplicably. There were also small blisters, which were extremely itchy, especially at night when the itchiness made it hard to sleep. I hope you will pay more attention to hygiene in the future.

Although I didn't book a sea-view room, I could still see the sea from the room. The location is great, right across from Shandong University, and there are several convenience stores downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was also very spacious, far exceeding my expectations. The receptionist was also very friendly and politely explained all the important information. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Weihai.
PS: Weihai is absolutely beautiful!
