"Great location with the room offering a fantastic view right in front of the Bell Tower. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I requested a clothes steamer and the staff responded very promptly, which I really appreciated. They even offered umbrellas when it was raining. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to return. One small note: the hotel does not have a dedicated drop-off point. If you are taking DiDi, there is a bus stop just beside the hotel where you can be dropped off, so it’s still quite convenient. Train station is just right in front of the hotel as well, make use of the underpass to walk around."

"The location of Aman Hotel is truly excellent. I was able to take the subway directly from Xi'an North Station, and the hotel even informed me in advance that it's closer to use the hotel's back entrance from the subway exit. My train arrived early, and the hotel prioritized cleaning my room. The hotel is on Ci'en West Road, and from the back entrance, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. It was also very convenient for me to visit the Shaanxi History Museum. Secondly, the hotel environment is also very nice. I really liked the Tang Dynasty style and the Dunhuang murals. The front desk even arranged my booked room on the second floor, and sitting outside was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness inside the room was also very good; it was spacious, equipped with a smart toilet, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. The bedding was comfortable, making the stay extremely pleasant. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; as it was my first time in Xi'an, they patiently answered all my travel questions, making me feel right at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be."

"The service was excellent and thorough, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and diverse. They offer very thoughtful and personalized service. I checked in on a rainy day, and the staff actively and promptly helped me find a parking spot. The hotel also provides umbrellas, which is very convenient for guests wanting to go out and explore. The room was very clean, and all the facilities were quite new. Overall, a very satisfying experience."

"This time I chose Yunhe Yebo for my trip to Xi'an, and overall I was very satisfied with the experience! 🚌 Convenient Transportation: The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Terracotta Army, which made getting to the attractions super convenient. I didn't have to worry about transportation myself, which saved a lot of hassle! 💁 Thoughtful Service: The staff's service attitude was excellent. From check-in to check-out, they were all very warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. 🍜 Amazing Breakfast: The breakfast had a rich variety, with all sorts of Xi'an specialty dishes available! Roujiamo (meat burger), Liangpi (cold noodles), and Hulutang (spicy soup) – all the authentic local flavors were there, and they tasted very genuine. I was extremely satisfied! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommended! 👍"

"The room environment and facilities were excellent, and the location right by the city wall was perfect. The service was also very attentive. The only downside was the noise from the bar and BBQ joint downstairs, which was incredibly loud and went on until 1 AM. I had booked for five nights, but after just one night, it was unbearable, so I reluctantly had to switch hotels the next day."

"This hotel was by far the highlight of our trip to Xi’an. The interior blends Tang-inspired aesthetics with a modern minimalist design, creating a space that feels both refined and incredibly comfortable. The communal areas on the ground floor and the tea space on the fourth floor are perfect for unwinding. Each day, guests are offered a complimentary coffee as well as drinks at the bar across the street, which is a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff are also exceptionally professional — noticeably above the standard we’ve experienced at many other hotels."

"First of all, the air conditioner is bad and there is no hot water! Why did I give a good review because the two girls I left at four in the morning had a good attitude and sent a souvenir and breakfast! But the problem I reported was that the hotel has not dealt with it! I think I am staying in a hotel to sleep and rest. Even the basic facilities and equipment can't be provided. Why are you still operating normally? I don't understand! Then you really said on WeChat that you must come to hot water in the morning. I can't take a shower when I leave! I hope you respect any guest who comes to the store! I gave this praise to those two girls! I really don't make up for my bad stay experience with 10,000 words in the hotel."

"The hotel is ideally located about 500 meters south of the Bell Tower and 500 meters north of Yongning Gate, making it very convenient for transportation. The photos provided by the hotel are a bit exaggerated. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and guests stay on the 6th-7th floors. The area downstairs is lively. After staying for two days, I felt that the service, room setup, and other aspects were somewhat lacking compared to other four-star hotels on Ctrip. They only provide two bottles of water, no tea, and no coffee, but there is a direct drinking water dispenser, which is a plus. There's no mini-fridge or similar amenities. Even though it's not yet summer, the outdoor temperature was already 38 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioning was quite noisy. The biggest frustration was the absence of CCTV-5 during the World Cup. Overall, the room size is average, making the price feel a bit high, but it's still decent. Xi'an's ancient city walls seem to tell stories of history to every visitor. I've had a connection with Xi'an for 25 years, and it's constantly changing and improving. Every visit brings both a sense of nostalgia and novelty. I recommend visiting Xi'an."

"This hotel is quite unique. The first two days of our trip were hectic, and we were out early and back late, so I didn't pay much attention. Later, I noticed the sign at the courtyard entrance read ”Site of Xi'an Zhao Family Courtyard.” The location is excellent, very close to the city wall and Bell Tower, and not too far from shopping malls and the subway station, all within walking distance. Plus, Xiangzi Temple is right next to the hotel, making it easy to find. The overall environment is great, with a Chinese-style courtyard that looks good from any angle. On the first floor, there's a Hanfu display where you can choose and take photos in traditional Hanfu. However, since our Terracotta Army day tour included a photo session at the Grand Tang Everbright City, we initially didn't book a photoshoot. When we planned to book one on our last day, we found that many ”international friends” had already booked all the slots. I saw some sample photos from other guests, and personally, I think the makeup and styling were better than what we got at Grand Tang Everbright City. I wish I had known earlier; we could have taken photos at the hotel, and it wouldn't have been so crowded. A bit regrettable. The breakfast selection was extensive, but neither my child nor I like to eat cold food in the morning, so the salad and fruit went a bit to waste. I suggest that the hotel could offer more main dish options for guests who prefer warm food. Afternoon tea is also available. Before booking, I saw some reviews mentioning noise, but perhaps because our room wasn't facing outwards, we didn't find it noisy. However, because I didn't know about the room layout, the window of our booked room faced the corridor, which made it inconvenient to open, so we basically kept it closed. Also, the room type I booked wasn't very big. I noticed some larger rooms across the hallway with windows facing outwards and getting sunlight. If I have a chance to stay again, I would consider booking a room on the other side. The hotel staff are quite young. Although a few might not be very experienced, they were all very patient. Sometimes, when we ordered takeout at night, they would deliver it to our room. Every day when we went out, the cleaning staff would clean the washroom area. There are many eateries and a lively atmosphere next to the hotel. The night before we left, we explored further back and discovered a bar street with lots of delicious food and fun places. All in all, I highly recommend it. If I come to Xi'an again, I will definitely prioritize staying here!"
