The hygiene and facilities are also good, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great travel experience."

"HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹."

"After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. "The hotel is in an excellent, super central location, right next to Xi’an’s Muslim Quarter, making it very convenient for exploring the city. There is also a 7-Eleven just next door, which is perfect if you need to buy snacks, drinks, or anything else at any time of the day. As for the hotel itself, everything was simply perfect. It was definitely the best hotel we stayed at during our trip around China. The property offers a free laundry room with modern, state-of-the-art washing and drying machines, as well as a very well-equipped gym with brand-new equipment. The rooms are spacious, tidy, comfortable, and extremely clean. The staff were also very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They even upgraded us to a better room than the one we had originally booked, which was a very thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi’an. I would definitely stay here again!"

"For my trip to Xi'an, I stayed at the well-established and upscale Sheraton Hotel. While the decor has a bit of a vintage feel, the hotel is very well-maintained overall. The room cleanliness was exceptional; daily housekeeping was thorough, towels were changed promptly, and everything was spotless. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the service was particularly attentive and detailed. Requests like luggage assistance and room service were responded to very quickly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation and amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money. As a long-standing five-star hotel, its service standards are definitely up to par. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an."

"After much deliberation for this trip, I chose The Westin Hotel. It's conveniently located next to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is within walking distance. The overall design features Tang Dynasty-style courtyards, with a grand lobby exuding ancient charm. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some even offer views of the pagoda's night scenery. The hotel boasts a full range of facilities, including a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with many local Xi'an flavors to sample. During the summer, it was noticeable that the hotel was quite busy, with the restaurant usually full between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. Since the hotel opened quite a while ago, some facilities show their age slightly, but overall, it's clean and well-maintained. Upon check-in, the hotel provided complimentary tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum, which is directly accessible via an elevator from the hotel lobby. The main exhibition hall showcases exquisite gold and jade artifacts, with dazzling Ming and Qing dynasty gold jewelry and jade pieces. There are also ceramic exhibition halls and a Picasso exhibition. You can scan QR codes to listen to audio guides, and a thorough visit takes about an hour and a half. Staying here allows you to leisurely visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in the evening and explore the Everbright City at night, saving you the hassle of commuting. The nearby Joy City offers convenient shopping and dining options. During my stay, coffee and milk tea ordered were promptly delivered to my room by robots."

"Before leaving Xi'an, I stayed here again. The experience was excellent, and the service was consistently great. It's clear the hotel is very meticulous in its management, staff quality, and appearance. The professionalism and demeanor of the front desk staff were exceptional. As mentioned yesterday, the room offers a standard five-star experience, surpassing many brands. The hotel promotes eco-friendly practices, such as not using plastic trash bags in guest rooms, which is fantastic. On that note, I have a small suggestion: it would be great if the bathroom could provide two small sanitary bags, which would be convenient for women during their special period and also make cleaning easier for housekeeping. Additionally, perhaps the housekeeping department could stock memory foam pillows with good support as an alternative option for guests."

"We went to Xi'an with the kids, and they wanted a bathtub and a pool. I, on the other hand, wanted a great location, close to the Grand Tang Mall, and a room over 50 square meters... We ended up choosing this hotel and were absolutely delighted! Upon check-in, they gave our two kids adorable raccoon plushies and a generous supply of fruits, snacks, and drinks. The hotel might be a bit older, but it feels luxurious and grand, not old at all. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of mirrors, which was great for getting ready. They said it was a kilometer from the Grand Tang Mall, but actually, you just step out and you're right at the tail end of it! That was a fantastic surprise! It was so convenient for dining and shopping!"

Public transport, both buses and subways, are right outside, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains, exploring the city walls, or visiting the Bell Tower. If you're driving, there's ample free parking too! Excellent 👍 The hotel's interior is grand and elegant, and the guest room cleanliness is impeccable; even the corners are spotless. The bathroom's wet and dry separation design is very thoughtful. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and once you close the windows, all the city noise is blocked out, ensuring a sound night's sleep. From the front desk to the room service staff, everyone is polite and efficient, and they even proactively offer touring route suggestions. The breakfast offers a rich variety of choices, including authentic Xi'an local snacks. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time! Thumbs up! 👍"
