"Me and my husband had a week stay, good location near city centre just few minutes walk to the Bullring and city centre. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and with a handy kitchen , the house keeping doing a good job . A special thanks to Linda, she is extremely helpful to help us to extend to another week stays. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back again"

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Birmingham! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfy – perfect for a relaxing break. The location is ideal too, right in the heart of the city with everything just a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Can’t fault a thing – we’ll definitely be coming back. A fab hotel all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Good location only a 15 minute walk from BNS station. Single room was perfect for a solo traveller had everything you’d need, en-suite bathroom, toiletries & beverage tray. Good food served downstairs in the pub. "

"Stayed here with 2 others to attend the UK Games Expo. If you have a car, it's a great location! Only 15-20 minutes away. It was honestly a beautiful place to stay, the room was spotless and very welcoming. There are lots of pluses including a nice choice of breakfast, a living room to relax in and a lovely outdoor space that was surprisingly quiet. The parking was free too! The host was very friendly, giving us lots of tips about the area and the hotel. Highly recommended if you need to stay in the Birmingham area for any reason. It's near every shop you could ask for!"

"The room was quite spacious and offered much better value for money compared to staying in London. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was also very plentiful and varied. It's about a 15-minute drive from Birmingham New Street Station, with a taxi costing around £7."

"The Staybridge Suites are a little jewel in Birmingham. From check-in to check-out, staff were really friendly and professional. The choice at the buffet breakfast was substantial and options for all tastes. Really comfy mattress and spotless bed linen. There was a problem with the fan in my room on the first night, and when I reported it to reception the next day, to resolve the issue, I was offered a different room for my second night. Instead, I just kept the card out of the light switch when I was ready to go to sleep. As I only had one more night I did not take up the offer of the change of room but I really appreciated that they would have done this for me which shows that they really want to make customers happy. Having a fridge and kitchen items was really good. The only downside was that the shower did not drain away quickly, so if you keep an eye on this when you are in the shower, you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again."

"A very sentimental hotel with a quiet garden and standard room facilities. The location is very close to the food street, within ten minutes by car. If it is booked online and paid in advance, you need to use a bank card as a guarantee when you check in, and you will be refunded when you leave the store."

"We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre and were really impressed from start to finish ⭐. The location could not be more convenient 📍. It is right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from New Street Station, the Bullring shopping centre, The Mailbox, and plenty of restaurants and bars. It made getting around Birmingham incredibly easy and meant we could make the most of our time without worrying about transport 🚆🛍️. Our room was spotlessly clean 🧼 and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable 🛏️, the décor was modern, and the facilities in the room, including tea and coffee ☕, a safe, and toiletries, were all of good quality. We also appreciated the little touches that made the room feel welcoming and practical for both business and leisure travellers. The hotel amenities were excellent. We made use of the bar and lounge area 🍹, which had a relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. Breakfast was a real highlight 🍳🥐, fresh, plentiful, and delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to suit all tastes. Everything was well stocked even during busy times, and staff were attentive without being intrusive 😊. Overall, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The combination of an ideal location, clean and well equipped rooms, good amenities, and an outstanding breakfast makes this hotel a great choice for a visit to Birmingham 🌆. We would be very happy to stay here again and can confidently recommend it to anyone visiting the city 👍"
