"Great experience in Miyakojima!
Location: The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is super convenient as a starting point to anywhere of the island: from here, the taxi to any direction is within 30 minutes at a cost of less than 3,000 yen. There is a FamilyMart across the road and you can get anything needed easily. And there are a lot of good dining places in the neighborhood. I made no reservation to any restaurant but just take a short walk randomly to the nearby restaurant every day and always find delicious food (there is one Japanese-style wagyu BBQ across the street which is super good!).
Room: The room is cozy and spacious. You won’t feel it too narrow to open your suitcase as hotels in Japan elsewhere. The bed is comfortable.
Facilities: There is a microwave in each floor, which is useful especially you need to leave early in the morning and have no time for breakfast. And there are also washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor, which is a must-have if you have activities in the sea.
If there is any improvement I must say, that is the light in the room is too dim and it is not easy to do makeups."

"This hotel is very close to Shimojima Airport. The hotel helps call a taxi, and it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport. You can also see the airport from the hotel balcony. The hotel is very quiet, and at night you can see many stars just 50 meters away. We were even lucky enough to see a rainbow after it rained. If you like peace and quiet, you can come here for a night. Locals all rent cars, which is very convenient. The sea view from the hotel balcony is beautiful."

"It is a brand new hotel, everything is clean and modern. The room even comes with a small oven and stove, microwave, washer dryer, dehumidifier, and a balcony. It is also very spacious for the price.
The downside is that it is near the main road and the airport, so you can clearly hear traffic and planes landing and taking off. The noise usually stops between 10 pm and 7 am, but if you are sensitive to sound, you might want to choose another place.
The location is not very convenient for travel if you do not have a car. However, it is within walking distance to Donki, Aeon, and Nitori, which is great for shopping. Just keep that in mind before booking."

"I have to say that hotels in Miyako Island are really expensive at this time of year. Although the Totifito Hotel we stayed in this time is far away from the city center and there are no supporting facilities around it, the room price is nearly 1,000 yuan. The hotel is a distance away from the city, but it is very close to Miyako Airport, about a 10-minute walk. You can also call the hotel to pick you up after getting off the plane, which is a 2-minute drive. There is an AAA supermarket mall 5-6 minutes away from the hotel in the direction of the airport, with two restaurants, a bakery and MUJI. The supermarket is very large and complete. Solving dinner is not a problem. If you don’t have an international driver’s license when traveling, it is recommended to charter a car. The Miyako Island bus is really inconvenient. I recommend a local taxi charter company, 4,400 yen per hour, for two days. The attitudes of the two drivers are superb. Although they only know a little English, they can communicate very smoothly using translation software. You can ask the front desk to help make an appointment. Finally, I have to say that the sea of Miyako Island is really beautiful."

"I was very pleased with the friendly service at check-in and check-out! It was close to the beach, so I could walk to snorkeling. While it wasn't a busy area, there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so I had no issues during my stay. The room was in decent condition. There was a separate laundry room and I could pay via app, which was very convenient. I also liked that they provided free ice! I didn't go in the pool, but it looked fun with the exciting music and lights! Thanks to them, I had a great trip!!"

"After seeing a recommendation from a YouTuber, I decided to stay at this hotel on the last day of my trip. It turned out to be a wonderful, comfortable stay that exceeded my expectations, completely relieving me of my travel fatigue.
First of all, the room was extremely well-equipped with amenities and was extremely clean and comfortable. Of particular note was the large public bath, where I could refresh myself after a long day of travel. It was truly helpful for me to be able to relax both body and mind on my last night.
The dining bar on the first floor also had a stylish and comfortable atmosphere, making it especially perfect for couples. Both dinner and breakfast were of high quality and very satisfying. Of course, there are many attractive restaurants around the hotel, making the location convenient for finding a great choice.
Furthermore, there was a souvenir shop nearby, which was very helpful as I was able to successfully purchase souvenirs I had forgotten to buy on my last day. Because it's located in the city center, parking was charged, but the convenience and satisfaction outweighed that."

Do note that there is no reception desk nor phone at the hotel so you need to seek help from a staff around.

GGuest UserOur family of three had a very comfortable stay for four nights and five days. I hate cramped and cramped rooms, so I'm glad I chose the spacious suite. It's designed for six people, with three double beds and one single bed, so we each had our own spacious bed and slept comfortably. Basic cooking utensils and cutlery were provided, making it easy to make ramen. A Max Value convenience store is located five minutes away and is open 24 hours, so we packed lunches in the evening and reheated them in the morning. There's a large public bath on the first floor, and soaking in the warm bath at night completely melted away my fatigue. I'd definitely choose this place again the next time I visit Miyakojima.

The room was spacious, so there was no problem finding a place to unfold my suitcase.
As a hotel where you can stay as if you were living there, there was a kitchen and dining table, so I was able to easily enjoy some sea grapes and instant Okinawa soba noodles I bought at the supermarket in my room.

The Korean staff and the Mogeun staff were friendly, and the location was perfect, allowing me to visit the Horumon-ga BBQ restaurant across the street twice.
The parking lot was a bit small, but it wasn't a major inconvenience.
I'd love to stay here again if I ever visit again.

If you're just looking to sleep, it's perfectly worth the price.
Please don't expect more.
The only downside is that the floor near the entrance to the room is renovated wood,
so the noise between floors is quite loud.
Thankfully, everyone seems to be asleep after sightseeing, so it gets quiet after about 11 PM.
I recommend taking a deep nap after a night of sightseeing to avoid any noise.

It was my first trip with my 7-month-old baby, but everything we needed was provided, including baby wash and baths, so we had a comfortable stay. There was also a well-equipped children's playground, even though we were only four years old.

SSdehuayanglvtuThere are no special facilities, it is cleaned very well, and it doesn't feel very old. Of course, the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, which still reflects the sense of age.
There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It is really a big bus. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient.
There is no FamilyMart or 711 in the entire southern area, and there is no decent beach, including the largest Shigira Beach. The beach in front of the hotel is basically not a beach.
The hotel itself has no recreational facilities, just a very small swimming pool, which is not only small in area, but also less than 1.2 meters deep, basically for children to play. Before noon and before dinner, it will be crowded with Japanese kids who come to travel until there is no space.
Fortunately, there are groups chasing turtles in this area, so it is convenient to go there. To go to other places, such as Yonaha and Ikema Island, you can only drive or take a taxi. It is also difficult to get a taxi at night, and the bus stops after 18:00. So you can play in whichever area you live in. If you charter a car to go around the island, it doesn't feel like you are playing on the island.
But it is still a very quiet choice, a kind of lying down vacation. If you want to have dinner around, you have to make an appointment in advance. There are quite a lot of facilities in the room, and you can also wash clothes.

SStan T.This hotel is conveniently located near the main ***** in downtown. There are lots of restaurants, bars and ports. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. And if you visit beaches, it goes without saying just how convenient it is to have a laundry machine in your room.
You can even enjoy an onsen on the top floor. But in my opinion it's better in the winter.
