"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's located on arguably the most beautiful stretch of beach in Miyakojima. Every day was filled with stunning views – pure bliss! The airport shuttle service was a great convenience. Our room was cleaned daily and always spotless. The food wasn't great, but honestly, food throughout Okinawa isn't particularly noteworthy, so I can't really fault the hotel for that, haha. The hotel's glass-bottom boat tour is also worth experiencing. I loved it here and definitely want to come back!"

"Great experience in Miyakojima!
Location: The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is super convenient as a starting point to anywhere of the island: from here, the taxi to any direction is within 30 minutes at a cost of less than 3,000 yen. There is a FamilyMart across the road and you can get anything needed easily. And there are a lot of good dining places in the neighborhood. I made no reservation to any restaurant but just take a short walk randomly to the nearby restaurant every day and always find delicious food (there is one Japanese-style wagyu BBQ across the street which is super good!).
Room: The room is cozy and spacious. You won’t feel it too narrow to open your suitcase as hotels in Japan elsewhere. The bed is comfortable.
Facilities: There is a microwave in each floor, which is useful especially you need to leave early in the morning and have no time for breakfast. And there are also washing machines and dryers on the 1st floor, which is a must-have if you have activities in the sea.
If there is any improvement I must say, that is the light in the room is too dim and it is not easy to do makeups."

"This hotel is very close to Shimojima Airport. The hotel helps call a taxi, and it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport. You can also see the airport from the hotel balcony. The hotel is very quiet, and at night you can see many stars just 50 meters away. We were even lucky enough to see a rainbow after it rained. If you like peace and quiet, you can come here for a night. Locals all rent cars, which is very convenient. The sea view from the hotel balcony is beautiful."

"I was very pleased with the friendly service at check-in and check-out! It was close to the beach, so I could walk to snorkeling. While it wasn't a busy area, there were plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, so I had no issues during my stay. The room was in decent condition. There was a separate laundry room and I could pay via app, which was very convenient. I also liked that they provided free ice! I didn't go in the pool, but it looked fun with the exciting music and lights! Thanks to them, I had a great trip!!"

"I have to say that hotels in Miyako Island are really expensive at this time of year. Although the Totifito Hotel we stayed in this time is far away from the city center and there are no supporting facilities around it, the room price is nearly 1,000 yuan. The hotel is a distance away from the city, but it is very close to Miyako Airport, about a 10-minute walk. You can also call the hotel to pick you up after getting off the plane, which is a 2-minute drive. There is an AAA supermarket mall 5-6 minutes away from the hotel in the direction of the airport, with two restaurants, a bakery and MUJI. The supermarket is very large and complete. Solving dinner is not a problem. If you don’t have an international driver’s license when traveling, it is recommended to charter a car. The Miyako Island bus is really inconvenient. I recommend a local taxi charter company, 4,400 yen per hour, for two days. The attitudes of the two drivers are superb. Although they only know a little English, they can communicate very smoothly using translation software. You can ask the front desk to help make an appointment. Finally, I have to say that the sea of Miyako Island is really beautiful."

"The bathroom and sink area were separate, so it wasn't inconvenient even when used by a family. Amenities were well-provided, and the bathtub was great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
In particular, the fully equipped kitchen allowed for simple cooking and breakfast preparation, and the presence of a washing machine made it very convenient for a long-term stay. Being able to wash swimwear or clothes immediately during the trip was a major advantage. The refrigerator, microwave, and tableware were neatly organized, making it feel as comfortable as a small apartment.

"There are no special facilities, it is cleaned very well, and it doesn't feel very old. Of course, the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation, which still reflects the sense of age.
There is a shuttle bus on the coast south of Shigira. It is really a big bus. It runs every half an hour during the day and every quarter of an hour after dinner time, making the transportation in this area quite convenient.
There is no FamilyMart or 711 in the entire southern area, and there is no decent beach, including the largest Shigira Beach. The beach in front of the hotel is basically not a beach.
The hotel itself has no recreational facilities, just a very small swimming pool, which is not only small in area, but also less than 1.2 meters deep, basically for children to play. Before noon and before dinner, it will be crowded with Japanese kids who come to travel until there is no space.
Fortunately, there are groups chasing turtles in this area, so it is convenient to go there. To go to other places, such as Yonaha and Ikema Island, you can only drive or take a taxi. It is also difficult to get a taxi at night, and the bus stops after 18:00. So you can play in whichever area you live in. If you charter a car to go around the island, it doesn't feel like you are playing on the island.
But it is still a very quiet choice, a kind of lying down vacation. If you want to have dinner around, you have to make an appointment in advance. There are quite a lot of facilities in the room, and you can also wash clothes."

Handles and clothespins for the bathroom dryer were provided.
The room was spacious, so there was no problem finding a place to unfold my suitcase.
As a hotel where you can stay as if you were living there, there was a kitchen and dining table, so I was able to easily enjoy some sea grapes and instant Okinawa soba noodles I bought at the supermarket in my room.

腰腰腎It was a very pleasant stay! The staff are very helpful, gave me some great recommendations for food. Also they are very thoughtful to have helped arrange everything for you, from the time of breakfast to the moment you leave the hotel, they have got it all sorted and made sure also that we are fine with every decisions. The room has a good view facing the ocean where you can see the sunset, and it's super clean! Would highly recommend

The team was friendly and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The car we rented broke and they even helped us get the car working again. Llinda11The hotel has a great location, right next to the pier. The pier is clean and quiet, and the sunrise is beautiful. Every room faces the sea and has an ocean view. It's not far from the airport, within 8 kilometers, and a taxi ride costs less than 2000 yen. The hotel is near a residential area with many restaurants and convenience stores, making it very convenient. There's a small bay a few hundred meters from the hotel with a beach and swimming area. The hotel has been open for a long time, but it's well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious, including sashimi. However, the mattresses are very hard, which I wasn't used to. Getting around Miyako Island mainly involves taking taxis. In the city center, it's easy to find a driver, but in tourist areas, you might have to wait a long time. The meter is accurate. We also took a taxi to Ikema Island pier for a boat trip, 18 kilometers, for 4200 yen one way, cheaper than hiring a car. It was very comfortable, but no one accepted our return trip. We had to call the taxi driver who brought us there, and he came to pick us up. The return trip also cost 4200 yen.

Please don't expect more.
The only downside is that the floor near the entrance to the room is renovated wood,
so the noise between floors is quite loud.
Thankfully, everyone seems to be asleep after sightseeing, so it gets quiet after about 11 PM.
I recommend taking a deep nap after a night of sightseeing to avoid any noise.

How to visit a Japanese house with good hosts. 💖 You need to follow the rules so that everyone is clean and comfortable: sort the garbage, do not enter the house in shoes, it's easy. In a separate fenced room there is air conditioning, a clothes hanger, a futon, a pillow and a light blanket, that's enough. There is a shared refrigerator, you can fry toast, shower and toilet separately for men and women. There is a good store next to the hostel, a place for snorkeling, you can buy coffee. From the airport you can get there by bus 7 or with a transfer first by bus 9, then bus 7. If I can, I will come again!❤️

Was out standing ! Also loved the hot bath. And location is very central you can walk to many places by foot . Although it will be helpful to get around if you have a car . They also have paid parking space. I would recommend this hotel for location ( city central in Miyako ) hot bath , and all the locally grown yummy food if you would love to try ☺️
